Njut av denna helt uppdaterade, rymliga lägenhet belägen precis vid stranden! Denna 2-bädd / 2 badrumsenhet med havsutsikt från södra balkongen och solnedgångarna från västra balkongen, och nytt fullt utrustat kök.
Denna nyrenoverade lägenhet har:
Kök med lönnskåp, vitvaror i rostfritt stål och bänkskivor i granit.
Moderna sovrum med alla nya möbler och trägolv. Helt omarbetade badrum med porslinskakel, ramfritt duschdörrar och mycket mer.
3 platt-TV-apparater. 50 "i vardagsrummet och 40" i varje sovrum.
Sovrummet (15 x 14) har en king size-säng med Sealy Plysch Euro-kudde övermadrass och en stor garderob. Det andra sovrummet (13 x 12) har två fulla (dubbla) storleksängar utrustade med skumminnesmadrasser.

The condo was wonderful with a good view of the beach, but from the side, it was a great location and it was clean. The only problem was the mattress being pillow tapped for us and the master bathroom was too small. Thank you

Very enjoyable stay

Property was clean and updated. Elevator was quick and never a long wait. Pool and hot tub were great for the evenings after a day at the beach. Lots of beach chairs and toys and umbrellas. Good eating in the area. People in the condos were all friendly. Plenty of parking. Beach was amazing and very clean.

1st Family Beach Vacation

Very clean. Other residents/guests were friendly. Quiet area. Pictures of the beach view from this specific unit were misleading, but didn’t change the enjoyment of the property. Beach was not overly crowded making it easy to relax and enjoy. Would love to come back someday

There were a couple of issues with the unit and the owner was very quick with getting back to me and getting the issues resolved. Regarding the cleanliness of the property, the floors could use a good scrubbing. Otherwise the rest of the unit was clean. Pictures and descriptions were accurate.

Clean and Updated

This condo was clean and has been updated and I was ok knowing in advance that we would not have front ocean views. Having some of the extras like TP and paper towels was nice. There were a few things that I felt were lacking in this rental and that included baking pans, more bath towels and wash clothes, and some beach decor. The few towels that were provided were small with a lot of mismatched items. Also lacking was comforters on the beds and furniture in the bedrooms. Neither bedroom had dressers or chests -- just a few simple night stands. There were large closets available but no drawers to put anything in. Both bathrooms were clean and the showers were nice; however, the master bath was small. The layout of the master suite was quite odd to me but I attribute that to the age of the building. The complex is nice and quiet and the beach is literally just a few steps away. I would recommend this condo.

Home away from Home

This condo is well stocked with most everything you need! Great location and close to restaurants, shopping, and things to do! It was clean and in good repair. Owner is super responsive to questions. 10/10 would stay here again!!!

Great accommodation

My husband and eight year old son stayed at this property for one week over spring break. It was such an upgrade from when we previously stayed in a hotel. It's located in a convenient location. The unit was so clean and felt like home away from home. The washer and dryer were incredibly convenient and were so helpful to have. The beach gear was great to have access to use. The pool and jacuzzi were utilized daily and well maintained. We met so many other visiting families while there and it was truly a relaxing vacation. My only suggestion would be to maybe have some type of wagon or buggy to transport the beach chairs and gear. It was a lot of stuff to lug back and forth. Otherwise everything we needed was already there. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Everything we wanted and MORE

My husband and I stayed here and it was AMAZING! It's a perfect location to everything and anything Cocoa Beach has to offer. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed... even chairs and a cooler to take to the beach!! The pool and hot tub were perfect too! If you're looking for a great place to stay for your next vacation THIS IS IT!!!!

Outstanding Property

My family had a blast on vacation this year, in part to this wonderful property. The place was HUGE. And even though we were 5 people strong, we never felt cramped up or boxed in. Almost everything was needed was already in the residence so we were able to travel super light and relax like kings and queens. The property owner was wonderful and attentive and even the housekeeper that arrived as we were leaving was super cool. I hope we get to revisit soon.
