Hus med 3 sovrum som sover 10 (bekvämt) till 12. Ett sovrum och ett bad på bottenvåningen. Två sovrum och ett bad på översta våningen med loft. Det stora sovrummet med king size-säng ligger på bottenvåningen med tvätt och ett badrum bifogat. De två sovrummen på övervåningen har en queen size-säng vardera. Loftet har en drottning och en dubbelsäng. Källaren har en bar och 42 tums tv med två soffor. En av sofforna dras ut i en dubbelsäng. Matsalen har sex platser. Det finns ett stort picknickbord på däck mot sjön med plats för 20.

Vanliga frågor:
1) Vattendjup: På framsidan av bryggan är vattnet cirka 8 fot. Den styrs av en damm och fluktuerar. På baksidan av bryggan finns en stege som leder till vatten cirka 5-6 ft djup. Vattnet sjunker gradvis därifrån till stranden
2) Båtar: vi hyr inte ut en båt men du är välkommen att ta med eller hyra en och använda båtlipan. Det passar en stor storlek pontongbåt. Det finns gott om plats runt bryggan för upp till 3 båtar.
3) Under dagen är bryggan i fullt solljus. Det finns små delar av bryggan som ger skugga (precis under täckt område).

Har också en sandstrand som är perfekt för små barn!

Great for the family

This is my family’s second stay and it was as great as the first. The kids had plenty to do and slept good at night. Having the washer and dryer was wonderful… NO going home with dirty clothes!!! There is a small beach area if you have smaller chiller which is really nice.

Favorite place yet.

Beautiful property- beach for those with tricky knees to not have to use the ladder at the dock to get out. Clear water plus diving depth at end of dock. Just perfect and the view is amazing. Inside is very well kept and while the kitchen is small- had everything we needed to cook all our meals. Had 4-15 yr old boys and never even heard the TV they were so wiped out from all the water time. Hoping to be able to rent this every year!

Location, location, location

While the house is a bit cramped, we were there for the lake, no to sit around the house. We can do that at home. The location is fantastic. Right on the open lake so we could watch the kids water skiing and tubing easily. The walk from the house to the dock was an easy short gentle slope. This owner allows you to use the covered boat house for your boat. It was great.

Family of 9 we had plenty of room. Loved the view

We loved the house and the location. Smaller kids got to swim and it was mostly shaded. My older kids got to fish and we rented a jet ski. My son caught a 21 lb catfish from the dock. And a little over 4 lb bass from the dock.. We had a friend who we have used several times on Kerr lake take us out on gaston we had 2 coolers of fish . We had an awesome time. Hope to return again all in all we had a great time

Perfect Location and Views

First let me say that we had a week with 3 straight days of rain and 4 children and 4 adults and everyone survived! The kids loved the downstairs game room and the adults loved that they could go down stairs to get loud. The house is charming and just right for families with kids, with 3 bedrooms and space for teens to sleep in the loft. We loved the sandy beach entry for the little ones and by the end of the week, we were jumping and fishing off the end of the dock. We were able to put our boat in at the access nearby and loved cruising the lake for sunset rides and even went up to The Pointe by boat for dinner one night. We were also thrilled with the location at the front of the cove with views of the main lake, but protection from most of the traffic. We’ll definitely be back again!

Great location and outdoor amenities

Perfectly situated on the lake. We tubed and skied right off the property(saved gas). The kids love the dock and the beach. They played until the sunset. There is a place for a fire down my the lake. The house needs a little updating, but we were there for the outdoor activities and the house was perfect for us to relax and sleep at night. There are some lake toys in the storage outside and a nice outdoor table and chairs. Bring your own linen! We didn’t read that and had to make a run to the Walmart(15 minutes away). There is a boat launch on your way to the house(front of the neighborhood).

Lr furniture not as pictured, very uncomfortable. No tv in master but pictured in photos. no cable or satelite - must belong to stream service - we don't. Tubs very slippery - no tub mats. Out door plastic chairs 5 cracked - unsafe, especially one on dock.

Dirt and safety

The positive : the property is beautiful! The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, mold in the basement, mold in the coffee pot) I bought one to use) the amount of freeze on the vent hood so who ever clean just surface cleans I have pictures Safety for is was. Major issue the second floor balcony has benches at each end the are inherently the benches is wide open any child could fall 8 feet! I have pictures, we blocked the space with lawn chairs

Long weekend on the lake

We spent a long weekend here in Sept. The house was exactly as described. It was sti ked with all the basics. A grill outside with proane tank that was full and ready to use. We had enough room for everyone. We took advantage of the basement area and the board games provided qlmost nightly. We spent 2 days on the lake after renting a boat from a local marina. The house provided floats and a tube that we used. The town of Littleton had a festival this particular weekend but we were so busy on the water we were unable to attend. We enjoyed the house and will be returning. Communication with owner was great.

Can’t wait until we can return again!

This is our second time renting this charming property, and we love it so much. It’s the perfect location with awesome beach and dock access. We put our pontoon in at the nearby launch and left it at the dock all week - the kids loved playing on the beach and we all swam and fished off the dock during the week. The hosts are wonderful and took the time to call us during the week to check in on us. We are so grateful for this adorable house and the peace and relaxation we got this week!

Totally Awesome Location!!

We fell in love with this place last summer and returned for another week this year. Fishing off the dock, floating around in a big 'ol tube, and renting a boat (that you can dock in the boathouse)...these activities filled up our week of perfect weather. The owner bends over backwards to make sure you have everything you need. The house has its own charm, with lots of space for hanging out. We spent almost the whole time in the lake.This year the kids got inflatable paddle boats and the had a blast on them in the quiet cove off the main lake. This is the best value on the lake, in our opinion.

Perfect lake location

We stayed for a week in July 2021 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Yes, the house decor is dated (retro), but the price more than makes up for that. The house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The location on the lake and the large dock is perfect for easy access for jet skis or a boat. My husband caught two large bass right off the dock in the reed grass. The beach access is also very convenient for swimming. There is also a basketball hoop on a concrete pad (bring your ball). The sunsets from the fire pit and dock are breathtaking!

Lake Gaston Paradise

Loved everything about this place. It’s exactly as pictured and described. Had everything we needed for our stay. Our family was celebrating our nephew going into the Marine Corp together. We all had the best time. The long table on the deck made for great times for meals and games. Plenty of space on the dock and being able to tie our boat up to it was appreciated. Other friends that live on the lake were able to find us for visiting easily. The sunsets were amazing from the pier. Highly recommend and will be back again.

Absolutely Beautiful

We came here for the week of our Spring Break and had the most wonderful time at this house. The yard is huge and has a hammock looking out into the lake. Our kids loved swimming in the beach area and jumping off the dock. Our host left us a gift a fixings to make S’mores. The kids were so happy to see that! We loved the fire pt right off the lake and it was stocked with wood for us to use. This house is absolutely beautiful with stunning lake views. We can’t wait to come back!!

Great location

Overall above average. Location was outstanding. We were very satisfied with the rental, great location, great price. The owners where available for any concerns or questions we had. The home itself is a little outdated a few tweaks and upgrades to the property would have made it a better experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed being able to use the dock and even though it rained for a chunk of our time, we could look out the doors and windows to see the lake and enjoy the views while we read books and watched movies. We found that we had hand and dish soaps and some wood available for the fire pit. The property is right at the damn, which was a good place to fish from our rental boat.
