Den 1 000 kvadratmeter stora stugan har vardagsrum, matplats, 1 sovrum, klädkammare, 1 badrum, kök med frukostkrog med utsikt över druvborren och tvättstuga med handfat och tvättmaskin / torktumlare. 5 sovplatser (Queen size-säng, Full bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet, Twin roll-away.) Wonderful stay

We loved staying in the cottage, from the eagle eating off low tide to picking blackberries for cobbler, Croquet in the yard as ferry boats passed by to relaxing with a book. The kitchen had all we needed from crock pot to baking pans. Ahh-such a special place. Thank you Linda!!

Peace and quiet.

I booked the cottage for some respite time alone. The cottage had everything I needed and was close to stores, but most importantly was right on the water so the sounds of seabirds and waves kept me company. It was precisely what I was hoping for.

Breath taking

The views were spectacular. The place was clean and beautiful i would highly recommend this place to any couple who wants a relaxing getaway. The owner was beyond helpful any questions i had were answered quickly she was very respectful and the pictures do not do it justice once you step in the door you feel happy and relaxed

Charming cottage to rejuvenate the soul

We were enchanted by the cottage view, which frequently changed with the time of day and weather. The view included ferry and other boat traffic, the snow capped mountains to the west (Mount Olympus and surrounding peaks), as well as birds, including a bald eagle that gave us a good long look on a pole just off the shore and a gorgeous kingfisher. The host was the best communicator, went the second mile with helpful local information, as well as provided a well stocked kitchen with plenty of complimentary spices and cooking resources--we were easily able to cook up daily tasty meals across all 5 days of our stay. Clearly the host is generous in sharing the space that has provided their family joy for many years. We also found plenty of places to explore nearby (when we did venture out) and were rejuvenated by the quiet peace of this ocean cottage!

Charming, Peaceful, Exquisite, Serene Cottage

The superlative Sinclair Beach Cottage is absolute perfection. It could not be more charming, spotless or serene. The grounds are beautiful as is the view of the Olympics and right on the water. The owner could not have been more accommodating. I have stayed in many VRBO properties and this is the very best, superlative across the board. I will definitely return for another stay.

I am recently retired from a 42 year career in Public Administration and I am looking forward to managing Sinclair Beach Cottage as my main hobby!

This home has been passed down through my family and I am keeping the tradition alive. I grew up in the house next door to the cottage and my grandmother and grandfather lived in the cottage while I was growing up. Then my sister lived in the cottage for about 30 years. I purchased the property in 2014 and renovated the cottage into a vacation rental.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This property sits on one of the most pristine beaches in Kitsap County. It is low bank waterfront with direct access to the beach. The waterfront deck provides a 180 degree view of Sinclair Inlet, looking towards Port Orchard, Bremerton, Manette, Agate Pass, Bainbridge Island and Rich Passage. The ferries pass every 30 minutes. The beach is great for exploring for sea glass and sea shells and exploring sea life at low tide. There is a large lawn area, great for Croquet or Yard Darts (both provided). The water is great for kayaking and canoeing. (Please bring your own).
