Gott nytt Är! Kom och slappna av pÄ min lilla Abode. April Àr öppen (inga aprilskÀmt men andra mÄnader bokar snabbt. Jag Àr nÀra Greenlake, Arboretum, Japans trÀdgÄrd, UW, Downtown, Waterfront, Lake Union, Pike Place Market, museer, Seattle Center. LÀgenheten Àr rymlig, solig (nÀr den inte regnar) och har en stor uteplats och privat parkering. Det Àr gÄngavstÄnd till busshÄllplatser, grannskap pubar, restauranger, bokhandlar, parker, hela mat och University Village.
Den levande / matsal / kök med öppen planlösning kĂ€nns rymlig och inbjudande med gott om utrymme för resenĂ€rer att manövrera sig och sina vĂ€skor. VardagsbĂ€nken viks ut för att rymma 1-2 extra gĂ€ster. LÄGGAD ADDED-NEW CRIB FOR THE LITTLE ONE. Du har en egen ingĂ„ng genom franska dörren som kan öppnas helt för enkel uteplats tillgĂ„ng. Köket Ă€r modernt och effektivt med tillrĂ€ckligt med plats för tvĂ„ eller tre kockar. Den har en full kokplatta, ugn, kylskĂ„p (fylld med kryddor), diskmaskin, brödrost, mikrovĂ„gsugn och vattenkokare, nymalt kaffe och ofta en liten god överraskning. Sovrummen Ă€r mysiga med utsikt över trĂ€dgĂ„rden. Det första sovrummet som jag kallar det gula rummet har en fast drottning sĂ€ng med duntĂ€cke och kuddar. Det andra sovrummet med bifogat badrum har en full storlek ny sĂ€ng med en 4 "minne skum topper. Badrummet Ă€r litet med en retro blĂ„ handfat och Mondrian inspirerat kakelarbete. OBS: ENSUITE BATHROOM. Det finns Wifi, TV med Amazon Firestick, Netflix, DVD-spelare, filmer och ett urval av intressanta lĂ€sningar.

Perfect private place to stay nearby UW. Plenty of room for 4 adults in our party. Great communication with host. Easy parking and plenty of everything provided in the unit. Close to light rail. We will definitely return in the future.

Stayed here to attend our daughter’s graduation from The University of Washington. Perfect location! Love the neighborhood and a lovely walk to Ravenna Park & The U District. The Link is nearby as well if you prefer to train!

Beautiful Area

We have a lovely time at this property. Beds were extremely comfortable, the living room was inviting and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was very easy to get around the city as trains and busses were just a quick walk away. Highly recommend staying here!

Cozy Stay and Great Location

We had a great time staying here! The place is very cozy and made us feel safe. The location is really nice, close to everything but still quiet and comfortable. The host was also very kind and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

This basement apartment is well appointed and comfortable. For the three of us, however, we found having the bathroom off the smaller bedroom awkward.

The most comfortable, cute and cozy spot, quiet but close to everything!

Words cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at Sabina’s! The space was exactly as advertised; clean, adorably decorated, and well-outfitted with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The living room and bedrooms were super comfortable (amazing mattresses and sheets!) and the kitchen was spacious and decked out with all the dishes, utensils, and other accoutrement you might find yourself looking for. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, with adorable old houses around every turn. It’s also an easy (less than 10 minute) walk to the light rail station, which connects you quickly and inexpensively to most major neighborhoods in Seattle; my friend and I used it multiple times on our trip. There is also a Whole Foods right across from the station, which made for an effortless spot to grab goodies on our walk back from the train to Sabina’s. Our stay truly could not have been better, and Sabina checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this spot highly enough!

Long weekend stay

So nice to find a rental that is fully stocked. Far enough from downtown to avoid the hustle and bustle but close enough to get there quickly when you want too. Such a charming little place.

Lovely apartment in great location

This is a beautiful place; well appointed and comfortable. The outside space is perfect for coffee and breakfast with air perfumed with night blooming jasmine. The owner is friendly and easy to chat with. A great experience!

Short Seattle Stay to See Local Sights

Nice property in wonderful location, exactly as described. The property owner was helpful, and quickly responded to any questions we had. Offstreet parking was also greatly appreciated, especially on the narrow streets of Seattle. Would stay again!

Cutest picture I could find. I'm new to hosting but have been a guest many times and have always had memorable experiences all over the world. Since I haven't traveled as much as I want to, by hosting I'm bringing the travelers to me. It's a win, win. I'm the mother of three adult children, graphic designer, athletic and learn something new most days. Design creeps into everything I do whether it's cooking, baking, gardening or designing this little jewel you see in front of you. I've also lived in Seattle most of my life and have seen this town grow into a vibrant and cultural city with endless places to explore. Since I live upstairs I'm usually available for recommendations or questions but I also understand the need for your privacy. No hovering although my kids may beg to differ.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The living/dining/kitchen area with it's open floor plan feels spacious with plenty of room for travelers to maneuver themselves and their bags. The living room couch folds out to accommodate 1-2 guests. Light filters though from a southern exposure reflecting on the buttery warm Eucalyptus floors. The decor is a blend of old and new with contrasting colors and textures though out the apartment. You have a private entrance through french door that can open fully for easy patio access. The kitchen is modern and efficient with enough room for two or three cooks . It has a full size gas cooktop, oven, refrigerator (stocked with condiments), dishwasher, toaster, microwave and electric kettle, freshly ground coffee and often a little tasty surprise. The bathroom is smallish with a retro blue sink and Mondrian inspired tile work. NOTE: ENSUITE BATHROOM. The bedrooms are cozy with views to the garden. The first bedroom which I call the yellow room has a queen bed with down comforter and pillows. The second bedroom with attached bathroom has a full size futon with a 4 "memory foam topper. There's Wifi, a TV (no cable), DVD player, movies and a selection of interesting reads.
Guests have access to the laundry room by request. The entire stone patio is for guests use but please ask before entering the rest of the garden. I'm usually available for giving a tour and will happily share my fresh berries when in season. The Keyless lock makes check-in smooth and easy.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. Since I live upstairs I'm usually available to answer questions or recommend the best coffee shops close by or tips about what to do on a sunny day in Seattle or what to do on a rainy day in Seattle. Hint: its the same.
People know each other in this neighborhood. They care about each other and they talk to each other. Most of us have been here for many years and it shows. We welcome newcomers and guests. Neighbor looks out for Neighbor here....
