CVV is a beautiful well maintain resort. The property managers are very accommodating and care about the needs of their guest. Very quiet and plenty of parking including garages.

We definitely will be back

As a family with teens, we found this property to meet all expectations. Located in a gated community in La Quinta, there is an excellent gym, multiple pools and a snack bar on the property. Tennis is available for a fee next door, and there are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets near by. The condo villa is as described and shown in photos. It was clean, spacious, well maintained, up to date and bright. The owners/managers were readily available and responsive to questions. Made for a very pleasant stay.

Christmas rental for family

Good location and development. Lots of pool and hot tubs. Grounds are well kept. Inside the unit, was clean and very functionable. However, it could use some touch up or updates but it was also reflected in the price. So overall very happy with our stay.

Great property with tons of room and nice amenities

This unit surpassed our expectations! Beautiful with comfortable beds, very clean with everything we needed in the kitchen. Definitely would highly recommend to all!

It's all business

We have stayed at Legacy Villas a ton. This place is similar to all others but lacks the touch and general courtesy. We asked if we can check in a bit early and we're told it will cost $69. 4 pm check-in and was just hoping a 3 or 3:30 pm could be possible. Nope. Ok, moving on. The kitchen had basically nothing in it but the standard cups, bowels etc. No foil, bags, saran wrap, seasoning, and anything else you would hope to find. 2 sugars for your coffee for a 3-night stay as well. Very few beach towels. Sorry as we love Legacy Villas and out of the 15+ times staying there this was the worst unit yet. Not a single pool toy and patio furniture was filthy.

Loved the layout of the unit. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The pools were well situated within a short walk. The cell service is poor because of the closeness to the mountain. No problem with internet or texting.

We enjoyed our stay and the Legacy Villas for sure. Pools and grounds were lovely, easy access in and out. The accommodations were spacious and kitchen was well equipped. Our stay was good although would suggest removing worn dirty carpets in the bedrooms, some sharp edges in the master for sure.

Holiday Getaway

Family got together for a short vacation. Location is great as is the overall property. The unit itself was adequate. We took the unit as it stated it had a pack n play and when we arrived there was not one in the unit. The property manager sent one over but indicated we did not request one. We were never advised we needed to request. We also found the disposal was leaking . We reported it to the property manager and agreed that the repair could wait until our departure. The next day the plumber arrived to make the repair. Fortunately, it was a quick job but unexpected time wise. The property is as listed but could of been cleaner. The unit looks to be in the need of a refresh. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time. The property was well equipped for all your needs. Close walking distance to the pool. My grandkids wanted to stay longer. Close to the shops and restaurants .

Poorly Maintained and Dirty

The Legacy Villas complex as a whole is fantastic, and we've been coming there for years. The pools and grounds are wonderful. We've stayed in probably a dozen different units in Legacy over the years, and this is definitely the worst one we've ever been in. This particular unit is old, worn, poorly maintained, and dirty. The bedroom carpets are absolutely shocking, far worse than the pictures show. They look 30+ years old, nappy, horribly stained, and in some places even peeling up exposing the underlay and floor nails. The kitchen is grimy, cabinets sticky with grease splatters, and really nearly everything in the house needs an update and a deep clean. There is a strong dog smell throughout the house. When I contacted management about how awful the unit was, and even sent pictures of the carpets, the customer service was atrocious. Literally any other unit in Legacy Villas will be better than this, and you will get far better customer service booking with Airbnb or another company.

Lovely 3 bedroom villa!

It was a great location and I loved it had a two car garage especially in the heat of July! Do dog friendly too! My only concern was the air conditioning. I had the true master bedroom but it never got cool enough in that bedroom yet on the other side of the villa it was almost too cold at times. It seemed odd considering the location of the air conditioning unit outside which was loud and by the master bedroom. The thermostat was completely on the other side though. I appreciated the kitchen and all appliances and utensils, etc! Again a lovely place and had a great time!

Really enjoyed ourselves!

We want to make this a tradition for Fathers Day weekend. The pool was not restricted like it said in the contract which we were pleased about because we were in the pool most of the weekend. Lots of pools to choose from with the closest one just a few steps away. We had everything we needed for cooking our meals the kitchen was very well stocked. Clean property and unit but the walls could use a cleaning or fresh paint. The patio was excellent but too hot to sit outside. We went when it was 115+ Plenty of room for two families (8 people total). Quiet and picturesque with the mountains behind the property. Highly recommended.
