Wonderful family space

Such a fun and spacious place for my family's visit to Moss Creek to see family who lives there. My 4 adult children each had their own rooms. There were plenty of bathrooms. We cook big meals for 12 all but 2 nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was such a bonus on this week of temperatures in the mid to high 90's. There were nice lounger chairs and 25 pool/ beach towels! The layout of the living room, dining room and kitchen was great as it allowed us all to father comfortably in one space to play games or talk and hang out.

Fantastic stay in beautiful home

An amazing property and large enough to fit 10 adults comfortably. Only regret is we didn’t book during warmer months to take advantage of the deck and pool! Would highly recommend

Great Place, Quiet Stay

Stay was great, Great location, the house was as advertise, Lots off room there was 5 of us in the house and we all felt very comfortable, if being kick picky all the rooms did not have TV, the bedroom with access to patio need blinds at the door, and bathroom faucets need some attention. The golf course on the resort was over priced I felt there should be a set rate for folks renting, and it was very overpriced for an afternoon rate at 3 pm, we decided to go out on town, Will rent again and hopefully golf passed could be included for at least one round.

A Great Place to Stay

This is a beautiful home with so much to offer. Moss Creek community is gorgeous! The hosts provide very thoughtful necessities and clearly have thought it out on how to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

From start to finish, a wonderful stay! The house is so roomy , clean, quiet and comfortable. We have never stayed in a place so well-stocked! The neighborhood and grounds were beautiful. Plenty of room for all of us! It’s about 20 minutes from Hilton Head, but we didn’t mind. Perfect for our family!

Wonderful for large family

The house was so much more comfortable for our family of 8 then staying in 4 separate hotel rooms. We were all able to be together and enjoy our vacation. Very comfortable.

Our children all moved south and for the second year we went down for an early Christmas with them. The layout,size and location make this the perfect house for a family gathering.

Perfection

We took 4 generations on an 8 day 7 night trip to this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for everyone to have space and privacy but also room for togetherness. One of my grandsons couldn’t say “vacation” house but called it the “station” house; from then on this house became known as the “station” house. The grandkids are already asking to go back. The only downside was the pool was not heated. We always do family vacations mid September, this year seemed to be a little cooler than we were used to so we were unable to enjoy the pool. But we will most definitely stay here again!

Annual Family Vacation

For our family, this was an excellent choice. While the property could use some TLC, size and location were perfect. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The grandchildren loved the plunge pool. Proximity to the beach was also a plus (~20 minutes). The community was quiet, felt safe, and had all the amenities which were available to us.

Great Property Great Location

The property is as advertised only better when you check in. Plenty of room for 10 adults sharing rooms plus additional space in the mother-in-law. Well stocked kitchen - all the dishes and pans you will need if you choose to eat in. The house is located in the back of the community close to the Wilderness walking trail and 25-minute walk to the pool and fitness center. The common areas are well appointed, and the deck and pool area will make you skip your afternoon and evening events. We will stay there again for other family events.

Labor Day gathering

Our family (9 of us, ages 3-71) gathered at Moss Creek for the labor day weekend. There was a minor issue with cleanliness when we first arrived but the owner was wonderful and the property manager was on site within 30 minutes to address our concerns. The house was perfect for our family. The main bedroom is on one side of the house downstairs with two other bedrooms on the other side of the house downstairs. The upstairs had two large bedrooms and plenty of room for a whole family. The pool was larger than I had thought it would be (3 1/2 to 4 1/2 feet deep). The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of cooking items to prepare meals in house. the neighborhood was restful and quiet - at the far end of the community so it takes a few minutes to get there from the front gate. They do allow pets so keep that in mind when booking.

BIG House with Everything You'll Need

Beautiful, big house in a beautiful, big neighborhood! We had 9 family members stay in the house so the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were ideal. We made use of the large dining room table and large living room sectional every evening... it's a great layout for a large family to hang out together. My only issues were with the 2 bathrooms upstairs... the "hot pink" bathroom is very small and the other bathroom is a bit of a walk from the bedroom. The owner was very generous with stocking paper products and soap, coffee, etc. We were very comfortable and had a great time in this property!

Family time at HHI

Family members from Ohio and Arizona convened at Moss Creek for vacation and was greeted by a very spacious, well appointed VRBO. The five bedroom, five bathroom home suited our family perfectly. Also greatly appreciated the amenities at Moss Creek as the property is beautiful. We utilized the fitness center, pickleball, golf, and swimming pools, all were great!!! The only small drawback was a little mustiness in the house and garage. Overall, a great, great experience!!

Early Christmas Celebration

The last of my children moved out of the state this year to SC and we wanted to have a celebration with the whole family. We came from NY and FL and met in the middle. The house was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and VERY spacious. The gated community was very quiet and offered many things to do. A great amount of stores and restaurants near by. Not sure what else you could ask for.

Wonderful Girls Trip

This was our first girls trip for our group who have known each other since elementary school. Some of us had only seen each other once in 40 years. The home was perfect for intimate conversations and shared memories. We were central to most excursions and enjoyed Savannah and the local area dining. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and two up. I recommend you plan for stairs. The kitchen is very well equipped, the outdoor area is lovely with many options for enjoying the outdoors in privacy. We would definitely stay again.

Marine graduation trip

Excellent everything, excellent host, the owner was very accommodating as well. Very clean. Super comfortable and a very quiet neighborhood. Really feels like home. We had to force ourselves to leave. We did not get to check out the beach. But if you are in SC to visit a marine like we did. The base is about 40 minutes away but it really feel like 30 minutes. This place was so spacious I could have brought more in laws. I was very lucky to find this place.

Golfing with friends

The house was right on the golf course with a wonderful view of the 10th hole at Moss Creek North. We enjoyed the back patio, and didn't utilize the splash pool as the weather was cooler. The upstairs rooms are rather quarkey, but for 5 guys, suites our needs. Only real complain was that the grill was a mess. Hadn't been cleaned in forever, and the oven was in the same condition. Smoked the neighborhood out by turning on the grill, and smoked the house out by turning on the oven. I understand that the cleaning service will not clean the grill, but the oven should have been cleaned. Overall we enjoyed the house and the community.
