Räddat av orkanen IRMA, är Villa Zenitude den perfekta romantiska resan för ett par. Det ligger i en frodig tropisk trädgård och ligger i det exklusiva gated området Terres Basses, en om de mest önskvärda platserna på ön.

Wonderful!

Everything from check-in to check-out was great! Not only did this place have everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoable but there were so many well thought out touches that made our stay extra special. The hosts were quick to respond to all our questions and needs. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to St. Martin.

Birthday celebration

Very well landscaped,beautiful flowers and plants which attracted many birds. we liked seeing hummingbirds. We enjoyed watching the lizards. Lionel met us at the airport to take us to the house. He helped us get around the island by having maps. We liked the seclusion and privacy. We liked the views. It was just a short drive to go wherever you wanted to go or get what you needed. Lionel and Micheline were great hosts. We want to come back again.

A happy week in a beautiful setting

We especially enjoyed the indoor-outdoor blend of the villa in the middle of a beautiful garden with complete privacy, yet 5-minute drive to a beautiful quiet beach. We cooked most dinners at the villa and ate out for lunches as we explored the areas of the island recommended by Lionel and Micheline. They are very gracious hosts and gave us a great overview of everything when we arrived. The week flew by - a sign of how much we enjoyed our time here. We will definitely return to the villa.

Beautiful villa except for the mosquitoes.

Lionel and Michelin were great hosts. Lionel met us at the airport to make sure we got to the villa. They had great suggestions for anything you would need. The villa had a nice plunge pool with nice views and a view of the ocean in the distance. You definitely need a vehicle as it’s a bit of a drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Everything was great, except the mosquitoes were VERY bad.

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay. Plum Beach (super close) was the best beach, security was awesome and we always felt safe, hosts were super nice and we couldn’t believe how clean it all was. The pool was great, the deck was wonderful, and the house was super comfortable. Thank you for a great place to stay while we were there!

Best place for a relaxing holiday

Very friendly welcome and a beautiful location. The best beaches directly in front of you. If you want to go to St. Martin, I would say this is the place to stay.

Perfect Island Getaway

We loved our stay at Villa Zenitude! The villa was very well equipped (we like to cook in house most of the time), right down to beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella. We loved the plunge pool and used it multiple times a day. The proximity to Baie Longue and Plum Bay was very nice, as was the gate guarded community. We felt secure, safe, and comfortable in the villa, in walks in the community, and on the beaches (which we had to ourselves at times and never saw more than 25 people on). Micheline and Lionel were welcoming, warm, and helpful hosts. They provided a helpful guest book and personal orientation to the island. We lived the privacy and relative isolation of the villa—we felt like we had our own hideaway, but were just a few minutes away from Maho on one side and Marigot on the other. You will definitely need a rental car if you stay here. Micheline recommended Golfe Car Rental (with a discount code) and they were perfect. Met us at the airport (no bus ride) and we dropped the car there also. All in all, a fantastic week in paradise. We HIGHLY recommend this villa for couples looking for a quiet, romantic getaway.

St. Martin Get Away

We had the privilege to stay at the Villa for 8 days. Lionel and Micheline were wonderful and very knowledgeable hosts. They have beautiful property. The stay was very quiet as well as restful. The restaurants that they suggested were great as well as places to go. It was a perfect blend of being on our own but having someone you know you could go to for advice.

Private with beautiful garden

This villa is kept very clean and has everything you might need for your stay. Several private beaches are perfect for a day in the sun without any crowds. The host was very accommodating. Note that there are (friendly) dogs on the property. Being a countryside villa, we did have an issue at night with mosquitoes entering through cracks in the front door and a couple very large cockroaches lurking in the bathroom.

Awesome location/awesome host

The property was gated within a gated community with access to the best crowd-free beaches ( great snorkeling and swimming). Towels, and chairs were provided. The kitchen was stocked with basics like fruit water, beer, champagne and some cereal so we didn't have to run out for supplies after a long day of travelling. We loved this property - it is indeed perfect for a romantic getaway!

A Piece of Heaven

This beautiful villa in the quiet neighborhood of French Les Terres Basses checked all the boxes for us. Natural setting, quiet, private plunge pool, beautiful villa. Micheline and Lionel are the ultimate gracious hosts who are available for recommendations of where to eat but otherwise completely out of the way.

We love Villa Zenitude!

We had a magical experience at Villa Zenitude! Micheline and Lionel were fantastic hosts - Lionel even met us at the airport and took us to pick up our rental car! The house and the property are relaxing and so comfortable. The house is a quick 10 minute drive from Marigot, and everything on the island is within 30 or so minutes. They prepared a full book full of maps, restaurant and beach recommendations and we loved every single one of their suggestions. We can't recommend this villa enough!

Simply paradise

Villa Zenitude is such a beautiful Villa. Micheline was a perfect host, very kind, friendly and eager to please. The Villa is private, in a secure neighborhood, near 2, beautiful, uncrowded beaches with the most gorgeous, turquoise water. The plunge pool was awesome, wonderful restaurants near by…… actually everything was perfect for our 3 week stay. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much, Lionel and Micheline.

Beautiful property!

Micheline met us at the airport after a long day of travel and immediately made us feel welcome! The property is beautiful and well equipped; everything you could need was provided. Beach chairs/towels, umbrella, coolers, snorkeling equipment...everything. The welcome champagne was so thoughtful and appreciated. She was helpful with dining and shopping suggestions. Above all, the property was quiet, private, and peaceful. We can't wait to return!
