Vackert och rymligt 2200 kvadratmeter anpassat hem med stor trädgård och inhägnad trädgård med utomhus badtunna ligger i den underbara Tahoe Keys vattnet community, 1967 Venice Drive, South Lake Tahoe. Tre stora sovrum med dubbelsängar, full / full våningssäng, drottning futon och tre fulla badrum. Tanklös vattenvärmare för obegränsad varmvatten. Ingen väntar på att duscha!

Rymligt stort rum har skinnsoffor, läderstolar, skinnstolar med ottomans, platt-TV, Surround Sound Stereo med CD och DVD-spelare. Vacker flod sten sten eldstad med utsikt över Mt. Tallac och Mt. Himmelskt. Två bilgarage plus plöjt uppfart och gångväg för enkel åtkomst.

Alla nya möbler - soffor, sängar, madrasser, kuddar och sängkläder, inga klumpiga sängar här! Två badrum på övervåningen har egna jacuzzi-badkar. Alla badrum är kompletta med schampo, balsam, kroppstvätt, bubbelbad, kleenex och q-tips. Välutrustat gourmetkök med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Leksak, babymonitor, barnstol och babyport tillhandahålls för din lilla.

Frukostkroken med fyra vridpallar. Åtta platser runt köksbordet är utmärkt för middagar med poker och familjer. Ta bara med dig utrustningen så är du redo för din nästa skidresa eller sommarlov. Koppla av på våren och hösten utan folkmassorna. Båtbrygga ligger precis tillbaka med plats för tre båtar. Koppla av på bryggan och fiska eller simma direkt i vattnet eller gå några kvarter ner till stranden!

If I could have given cleanliness zero stars I would have. This house was filthy. It looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. There were dead bugs and cobwebs everywhere, INSIDE the home. There was a huge ant problem which when contacting the owner we were told that was normal. However, our family only a few houses down did not seem to have that same problem. There was food stuck to the couch and we had to fully clean the house just to sit in it. The yard was overgrown with knee high weeds. The pictures do not represent the property accurately. When I contacted the homeowner she was slightly annoyed with me for requesting to have the cleaners come back to clean how it should have been done, The first night (because the cleaner couldnt get there until the next day) I pulled down the covers for bed and there were long black hairs from the head and the body covered in the sheets. I slept on top with my own blanket we had brought. The cleaner came over the next day and did a great job with the things we had pointed out but it should have already been done. The kitchen drawers had food in them, in the silverware. None of the sinks or tubs drain and fill up with water while showering. The toilet seat was broken off one bathroom and just set to the side. The dock is broken and you most definitely would not want to swim right off the dock as stated in the description. It is a cove so filled with seaweed and looks more marshy then swimming water. We only selected this house (based on pictures) because it was near our family members other rental property which was much nicer and MUCH cleaner and $1500 less then ours for the full stay. After speaking to the homeowner and having her send the cleaning lady back over, she didnt even call to check and see if things were better or if there was anything else we needed. Never checked in on us again. Terrible customer service. Clearly they are making a killing with this property and just let it go. We were embarrassed to have our family over so we spent most the time at their house. The only good thing was the location to town and our families home. Everything we did outside the home was great. I would recommend Tahoe but not this listing.

Great stay!

we were a group of 9 adults and we had a great time at this home. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location with a lake view/close to town. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Heavenly Ski Resort which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location

The location of this home is very good. Convenient to hiking trails, beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The posted pictures of the property are accurate. While not fancy, there is tons of room for a large family or group of friends. The wifi was excellent and enabled us to easily conduct our Covid remote work from the home. We found the cellular service to be a bit spotty. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and glassware. The homeowner was easy to work with. Our only real frustration was not being able to use the pedal-boat, kayak or SUP that were at the house due to liability concerns per the homeowner.

Good value - solid property with some caveats

Overall, the house and location were great, and we had a wonderful vacation. The view on the water is awesome, and the living room was spacious and relaxing. Having a gas fireplace was lovely. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware. The place is much nicer in person than what you see in the poor quality, outdated pictures posted online. This rental offers good bang for your buck - but only if you are comfortable with what we thought were flaws. First, the master bedroom seems like it used to be a loft, so there are windows on one wall that let too much noise into the bedroom from the downstairs living room (the listing doesn't mention this or show a clear picture of it). Second, the kitchen is very small - 2 people can barely work in it comfortably at the same time. Lastly, and most annoyingly for us, were the rules. We had to deal with the trash from prior guests and put the bins on the street for pickup at strict times. We also had to do a lot of cleaning on our own for checkout (what's the point of paying a cleaning fee?). The spa requires the guests to add chemicals during their stay. We had to provide veterinary contact information and medical history of shots for the dog we brought. There are signs and lists of rules posted throughout the house that really detract from what should be a stress-free vacation. We are reasonable people, and we understand the need for rules, but this is the first place we've stayed where it was so excessive. As long as future renters are aware of these things and are OK with them, this property should meet your needs.

Excellent Stay!

We headed up to Tahoe with myself, my husband, our 9yo son & our Corgi for a week of fun. This house was perfect for us! Our dog loved the backyard, we loved the view and location, and the closeness to a walking trail was an added bonus! There were a few items that needed some TLC, but we let Eden know about them & they didn't hinder our stay at all.

Nice and comfortable house

The house was very comfortable for 2 families with teenagers, 9 people total. Good and comfortable beds, everything in the kitchen, extra bedding and towels, clean. One minor issue is that the Wifi is not the best on the second floor where the bedrooms are. It was fine in the living room and kitchen.

Wonderful and comfortable home!

Six adults and two dogs stayed at this home for five nights over the New Years weekend. The house was clean and well-stocked for our stay, and the home owner was kind enough to send us an inventory list ahead of time so that we could plan accordingly for any supplies we might need (we ended up not needing to bring anything because the house had pretty much everything we could have needed!). All three bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious (we had never seen such nice full size bunk beds before!), and the living room was perfect for gathering as a group to play board games every night, etc. We also brought our Nintendo Switch to play games on the TV as well. The house has a fully enclosed backyard which our dogs appreciated, and the garage was spacious and accommodated our minivan easily, with plenty of space in the driveway for another car. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, and nice to walk the dogs around, and there were plenty of grocery stores within a short drive of us. The house is also right on the water, so it made for lovely views every morning and evening. The internet is not the best, but it was not a high priority issue for us as we spent a lot of time outdoors. We really enjoyed this home, and we hope to return in the warmer months! Wonderful accommodations for 3 generations of family & 3 dogs!

We loved this home & location. The photos don't do it justice. Everything seemed much larger than the pictures showed. We had 6 adults & 3 children & there was plenty of comfortable seating for all 9 of us in the large living room. Plenty of room for us to all sit at the table & counter too. Loved the round table for playing games. Kitchen is small, but we had no trouble with 3 cooks in the kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are all really big. The backyard was safe for the dogs. It even had dog dishes. We loved having our own dock & even caught a fish off it. The blue jays were abundant & fun to watch them steal the dog food. But most of all we loved the view & lake access right from our dock. Eden was always very quick to answer any questions & a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

The house is perfect for a family or group gathering. It has everything you need. It is clean and in great condition. It is very comfortable. The location is perfect for relaxing, skiing or hitting the casinos. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

This property was absolutley Gorgeous!!!

My fiancé, friends, and I all Loved staying at the Tahoe Keys property!!! The home was quite a bit more spacious than expected, and literally had everything you could think of. We’ve stayed at quite a few homes, and this one had everything we could possibly need - extra linnens, towels, appliances, toys for activities (bycicles, kayaks, sleds, etc)....literally everything has been taken into account to make the ones stay that much more comfortable. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!

Well Equipped Home with Dock

We have visited the Lake Tahoe area many times over the years. This was the first time we rented a property in Tahoe Keys. We were surprised at the cost to use the amenities in the community, but there is so much to do in the area we didn't miss using them one bit. This home is generously stocked with towels, sheets, soap products, pots, dishes, utensils, etc. Even extra beds for flexibility in sleeping arrangements. We had extended family staying near by and we could could easily accommodate everyone for a backyard BBQ. Having our boat on the dock was awesome. It was a little tricky learning our way through the Keys to Lake Tahoe, but by the second day we had it down. We fished in the lagoon, which is a short walk from the house. We kayaked in the keys from the dock. The neighborhood is level so it easy to walk or bike around (bikes in the garage). Some of the furnishings are worn, but this home is a great value for the price!

Family friendly lovely home

I very much enjoyed my stay. The location is close to shops and restaurants. We all enjoyed the excellent neighborhood, the hot tub, and the lovely cool evenings. Being so close to the water was a treat. The property was exactly as expected, clean, ready on time, great location--we hope it works out for another visit next year. Very smooth renting experience. There is plenty of room, and it is a very well maintained home. Everything that is needed for a pleasant stay was made available to us--towels, shampoo, detergent-- we just had to pack our clothes.

Home away from home-repeat renter from Los Angeles

This house is perfect for my friends and family it is spacious, comfortable, clean, and nearby many attractions. Haven't had any issues in the three times I've stayed here. Any questions I do have the owner responds immediately. I would recommend checking out Cascade Falls, Fallen Leaf Lake and Emerald Bay which all are within a 5-15 drive from the house. Already looking forward to next year!

Great house on the water

House is just as advertised. Clean and well maintained. Jacuzzi was perfect for the kids, and the having the boat dock took away all the hassle of taking the boat in and out of the water every day. We filled up the garbage cans much earlier than garbage day, and after sending the owner an email, she responded back a couple hours later with a resolution. Can't wait to come back next year. Try naked sushi for an amazing dinner.

Great pet-friendly home

The house is in a great location in Tahoe Keys, not far from casinos, great restaurants, supermarket and excellent hiking. It is well-maintained and there is plenty of room for people and dogs. We particularly enjoyed hanging out in the fenced in backyard which is right on the water. We are repeat renters and plan to rent this house again since we always have a memorable stay here.

Wonderful location

Our family had a memorable time at the Tahoe Keys home. The house was well stocked and comfortable. Our grandchildren had a great time playing in the iron fenced backyard where we could keep a watchful eye on them from within. They loved playing with the toys that we found in the garage! We enjoyed staying at the home playing games, barbecuing, watching movies and spending special family time together. A grocery store, restaurants and outlets are nearby which is a huge convenience. This is a great home for families and would highly recommend this location.

Well Worth the Price

The owner has taken great pains to make this rental comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen and bathrooms (3) are well-stocked, and the furnishings are quite nice, including comfortable beds. The back yard is inviting and secure with an iron fence which keeps the little ones safe. The dock area is maintained and accommodates 2 boats. We had two small items that came up during our stay and the owner responded very quickly. The owner was nice enough to allow us to park our boat trailer in the large, uncluttered garage, which saved storage costs at the local marina. The location cannot be better: 5-10 minutes to Camp Richardson, 5 minutes to a major grocery store, and amid very good restaurants. We look forward to renting this house many more times.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and love to go to Tahoe! We invite friends and family up to our spacious home in the Tahoe Keys and no matter what the season, there is so much to do in Tahoe but at the end of the day, going back to a hotel room was no fun if you want to hang out with your group and relax or play games and for families with kids you need a lot of room for gear! The only way to go is to rent a home and enjoy the good times back at the house after a day of activities.
From skiing on the slopes to skiing on the lake we always have a great time and know you will too!
