Chalet cosy avec superbe vue

Très beau chalet avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances au ski. Superbe vue et exposition idéale pour profiter des beaux jours.

Excellentes vacances au ski

De vraies vacances en montagne dans un chalet très agréable et très bien équipé. Proche de la station et de toutes ses commodités, le chemin qui y mène est un peu pentu mais l'accès aux pistes est juste au-dessus. Très bonne interaction avec le propriétaire pour la gestion du séjour.

Fantastic stay @ Alpe d'Huez!

The chalet is perfect for a familiy skiing holiday @ Alpe d'Huez, with a great view and good comfort at a very reasonable price, fairly close to the piste. We rented our skis and snowboards, walked to Sports 2000 every morning where we left our equipment overnight. From there it is easy to take a (short distance) free cable car to the piste. If you're not comfortable with an uphill walk on a snow-covered path in the morning, it works better to take the car, either to the shop or to the piste. For us, it worked perfectly. Theoretically you could ski down to the apartment, but then you would need to carry the skis uphill the next morning. Heating, shower, washing machine and dishwasher came handy.

Mois d août à l Alpes d huez

Quelle agréable surprise en découvrant la piece principale! On s'y sentait comme chez nous et nous y etions très à l aise à 6. Le plus du gîte : la machine à laver. La navette l été est très utile pour aller au centre ville

Agréable séjour

Chalet très bien et spacieux. Local à ski très pratique. Juste un peu loin du départ des remontées et cours de ski.

Good location

This little chalet is situated just before Alpe d’Huez , which easily accessible by lift if you ski down from the end of the road (snow permitting). We liked being out of town and enjoy catering for ourselves in the evening so was perfect for us. We like having our own space and the kids enjoyed playing out at the end of the day in the snow. The house is super cute although a bit dated, however was warm and comfy and the beds were good. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony at the end of the day in the sun drinking a beer! Would def visit again. Thank you to the owner for his helpful communication.

Semaine de ski au calme

Superbe vue depuis la terrasse Chalet fonctionnel et spacieux pour 6 personnes en contrebas de la station il faut être sportif pour monter à pied chercher le pain et faire les courses après la journée de ski ! Sinon il y a la navette mais qu'une par heure.... nous avons préféré descendre à ski à Huez car l'eneigement était excellent !

Excellent séjour en famille

Vacances de février. Nous étions six adultes et deux enfants un de 4 ans et le deuxième de 1 an. Excellent séjour en famille, chalet confortable et agréable dans son espace, bien exposé. Nous avons été bien accueillis. Nous apprécions le fait de ne pas avoir à prendre de voiture. Navette à proximité. A recommander. Nous reviendrons.

Sejour très agreable

Nous avons séjourné a 6 adultes et un bebe sans aucun souci au chalet le rochail. Le chalet est grand et c'est tres agréable de ne pas se marcher dessus. Les deux chambres sont grandes et il y a egalement un grenier avec matelas, très pratique. Il est aussi tres bien équipé (lave vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, four, micro ondes, machine a laver ...). Tout pour un sejour comme a la maison. Il y a beaucoup de rangements et la terrasse plein sud est juste géniale ! On a bien apprécié l'entrée spacieuse où l'on peut stocker tout le matériel. L'accès aux pistes est assez facile soit avec la navette au bout de la rue soit par la piste qui descend a huez (on remonte ensuite par les oeufs puis télésiège jusqu'aux bergers). La navette est également pratique pour rejoindre le centre, surtout a l'aller car sinon a pied c'est possible mais ca monte dur ! Retour au chalet possible a skis si l'enneigement est suffisant. La voiture n'a pas bougée de la semaine. Bref super sejour et Monsieur Charles ou sa soeur sont tres disponibles et nous ont mis a disposition du materiel pour bebe.

Alpe d'Huzes 2016

We used the house during the event Alpe d'Huzes 2016. We liked the house. Beautiful location en very nice owner. For summer or winter the house this house is in a beautiful location. The owner is very nice and everything was organized very good.

Fabulous Views Fabulous Property Fabulous Location

As soon as we got there the scenery was beautiful and the Chalet was perfect a gorgeous setting, lots of walks around. Although a little old fashioned in places the important things were spot on, beautiful views, Dishwasher and washing machine and very comfortable beds. We had a fantastic time and even the steep hill to the village that we went up a few times a day wasn't a challenge by the end of the week. We were also blessed with wonderful weather, and the boys managed to come away from the Megavalance bike ride without injury. Would definitely recommend and will return soon.

Super Urlaub in m

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub auf der Alp! Das Haus ist gemütlich, der Ausblick auf die Berge grandios. Es gab keine Sprachbarrieren mit dem Eigentümer und bei der Schlüsselübergabe, beides hat gut auf englisch geklappt. Danke, gerne wieder ! Maik und Siw Böttcher

Un lieu appaisant

Nous étions quatre amis et nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour (10 jours). Le chalet est très agréablement situé, pas trop loin du village (voiture préférable mais pas indispensable), la vue est magnifique et même si les chambres sont très légèrement petites, c'est tout à fait suffisent pour y être à l'aise à quatre. Le seul aspect plus ou moins négatif est qu'il n'y a pas de connexion internet. A l'exception de ceci, le chalet est très bien équipé et tout le reste est parfaitement prévu pour offrir le meilleur.

Vacances février 2015

De la neige en quantité suffisante cette année pour partir et revenir au chalet skis aux pieds, dans le cas contraire, il faudra marcher un peu vu que la location est dans le bas de la station. On a apprécié l'espace et la tranquillité du lieu. L' équipement est relativement complet et correspond à notre niveau d'attente. Joli point de vue sur la vallée et exposition au sud. Accueil sympathique et pas de tracas pendant le séjour, on recommande sans problème.

Super séjour au chalet Le Rochail

Une semaine de Noël très agréable, si la neige n'était pas au rendez-vous, le soleil était là et nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse à midi face à un paysage magnifique. Chalet bien conçu, bien entretenu,bien équipé et au calme. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Une petite marche pour rejoindre le centre, histoire de se mettre en forme. L'alpe d'Huez est une station de ski superbe et je vous conseille SkiSet au Berger pour la location du matériel de ski ou surf.

Location, location, location

If you want a cottage at a perfect location, this is the place. The cottage is spacious and has everything you need. We were surprised to see the photo's do not do it justice, it was much nicer than we expected. We will definately come back. Only feedback is that the communication with the owner is mostly in French. We did not have a pay a deposit, but left a pasport with the caretaker. Only default is the French don't use shower curtains and you can not hang the shower head ;) Other than that: you will definitely enjoy your stay.

Séjour du 4/1 au 11/1/2014.

Chalet très agréable, bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Au calme. Terrasse plein sud avec vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Voiture souhaitable pour accéder au départ des pistes de ski mais nombreux parkings dans la station. Excellent séjour.

très agréable séjour (17-24/08/2013)

Logement idéalement placé, grand calme garanti, loin mais pas trop du centre village atteignable par chemin pédestre en 10min. Logement confortable, particulièrement la literie. Salle de bain grande, patio d'entrée permettant de s’étaler. terrasse donnant accès à une vue très dépaysante. petite critique pour monter le niveau de la prestation: les abords et accès du chalet mériteraient un peu plus d'attentions. Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour

"Super chalet for 4-6 peo...

"Super chalet for 4-6 people. A 7-10 min walk up to the centre. You could follow the slopes down to the bottom and start the skiing there if the hill gives you a tough start on the day. Lovely view from the balcony. "
