Du behöver inte ladda familjen i bilen, bara ta hand om kylaren, strandstolarna, paraplyerna och badlakan (alla som ingår i din enhet) och ta en 2 minuters promenad till tre fantastiska sandiga, säkra stränder med livräddare: Kamaole 1, 2 , & 3 stränder. Maui finaste stränder för snorkling, simning, stand-up paddling, solnedgång, och valskådning (under vintersäsongen).
Den lägenhet är ett slut enhet på översta våningen i en två våningar B byggnad, som ligger bara några steg till stranden, pool, grillplats, & Tennisbana. Vackra tropiska möbler & inredning men ut enheten. Vardagsrummet har 42 "plattskärms-TV, DVD-spelare och CD / iPod-spelare, gratis trådlöst internet. Det finns takfläktar i varje rum och de milda eftermiddagshandelvindarna hjälper till att hålla lägenheten cool. Ingen luftkonditionering.
Köket är fullt utrustad med allt du kan tänkas behöva och har granit bänkskivor. Kaffebryggare, kaffebönor kvarn, 4 slice brödrost, lerkruka potten, mixer, maträtt kläder och handdukar, etc. etc. och en stor och liten is bröstet för din dagsutflykter och picknick.
Div. objekt: tennisracketar och bollar, Gummibåtar, boogie styrelser, solstolar, parasoller, och nudlar, sand leksaker.
Båda sovrummen är mycket privat med egna badrum. Drottningen Drottningen sovrummet har en TV, stor byrå, två Säng & garderob, ett golv till tak fönster med utsikt över grönskande palmer och en combo badkar / dusch med fåfänga. De dubbla sovrummet har en night stand, stor byrå, garderob, långa horisontella fönster och badrum med en stor duschkabin. Alla bad och lakan ingår. Det finns en tvättmaskin / torktumlare inuti enheten.

Beautiful condo! Very clean and had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed. Snorkel gear, plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and beach gear. So close to the beach and the perfect location to everything in Kihei. Also very proximal to all other towns!

Fabulous apartment

Clean and super well equipped, steps to the beach. Great location for shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool and tennis court. Extra fans were welcome!

Family friendly location

The condo is perfect for a family. It has plenty of beach equipment like snorkel gear, beach toys and pickleball.

High School Graduation/Anniversary

We brought our son and his best friend to celebrate their high school graduation along with our 20 yr anniversary. We hiked, parasailed, ate great food and played on the beach. It was amazing and the condo location was perfect for the boys to go off on their own and close to many restaurants and shops. It was a very hot weather week, so we wished we had ac to come back to each day, otherwise perfect!

Kihei, Maui Vacation

The Condo was in a perfect location to walk to the beach, shop, get a coffee or even find dinner! In addition, the kitchen was perfectly stocked, allowing us to prepare meals in house. Our only drawback was the lack of AC! Otherwise, it was perfect for our family.

Great time in Kihei

The condo was accurate to the listing. Enjoyed having access to all we needed for a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment. Condo could get a bit stuffy at times, but there were lots of fans to keep the air moving. Great location, just a few minutes from the beach and short drive to so many more beaches.

Perfect in every way

Our family loved this Maui property. Very clean, welcoming and comfortable. Well stocked with beach chairs and towels too. Dishwasher, washer and dryer were excellent to have. Kitchen was very functional and had all that you needed. Also even an ice machine. Best part 4 minute walk to the beach and sunsets every night. Magical. 🌸

We have been renting this condo for several years and have always been pleased with it amenities, is very nicely appointed, location, manicured grounds. It is very close to the beach and very handy to shopping and restaurants. The weather is always sunny in Kihei which adds to the condo's location and its pleasant surroundings.

Maui November 2023

Check-in process was simple. Condo was well stocked and clean upon arrival. Location of condo on the island was convenient - both an easy drive to and from the airport as well as to any of our planned excursions. Having Kamaole Beach Park II directly across the street was also a plus. It did get a little warm a couple of evenings when the breeze was not as strong, but there were several fans supplied by the property manager and our family had no issues sleeping. This was great property for our family and we would definitely stay again when traveling back to Maui!

Great Property in a Fantastic Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Kihei. The condo is right across the street from a great beach park with nice sand, lifeguard, light wave action for playing in the water, and a rocky area to snorkel or search for critters in tide pools. Despite the lack of AC, there is good circulation through the unit aided by several fans. We brought our own beach gear but it was not necessary as there was an abundance of beach towels, body boards, snorkel gear, etc, so you can pack lightly knowing you will not miss out on the fun. We also appreciated the stock of mineral sunscreens left behind by previous guests. Very useful and safe for the coral. Overall a great condo and good value for the area.

Perfect location..perfect stay

We cannot begin to say how much we loved our five week stay in this condo! The location was super convenient to the beach, pool, grills, restaurants, shopping and more. We could hear and see the ocean, as well as stunning sunsets from our lanai. It was literally a three minute walk to the ocean. The unit had absolutely everything we needed for our long stay including all we needed to cook our meals, beach towels and chairs, coolers and snorkel gear. Our property manager, Windy, was extremely responsive and helpful. We felt our lanai was superior to others because of the privacy afforded by the trees and flowers. We would 100% rent this condo again when we return to Maui!

Thankfully, the property manager was very communicative, since I did not receive my entry code till the day of the flight. This was barely acceptable. Imagine traveling all day and not sure you’re able to gain access to your unit.

Convenient Condo with Good Amenities

We had a lovely stay at our condo. The kitchen was stocked with necessary items and it was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Greg was responsive and check-in and check-out was very easy. The time of year we were there, we had a couple very warm nights which can be tricky without AC (which is not non-typical in Maui); however, it was nice that the unit was a corner unit and there were ceiling fans and other fans to help get a breeze going. We also enjoyed the pool which was great for lounging and a great temperature for swimming. If you have young kids that love to live at the pool like ours, I would recommend bringing/renting lifejackets (which is what we did) as most of the pool is deeper. Overall, a good stay.

Great condo

I have stayed in various units in Kihei Akahi over the last 30 years. This unit was one of the best. It appears to be a renovated unit with all the things you would need. Kitchen was well stock and plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and other fun things. Only minor drawback is no AC. This was not a problem for me since the night air in Hawaii is fine with me but I can see where it may be a concern for others. Already booked this unit for 2025 and will probably book again in the future.

Great location and beautiful grounds

The unit is conveniently located at a 2 minute walk from Kamaole Beach Park II. The grounds on which the complex is located has beautifully manicured grounds and gardens. Every day the groundskeepers were busily trimming the shrubs, cutting the grass and picking up dead leaves. The birds could be heard chirping in the trees. The unit is also located within a 2-minute walk from restaurants and convenience stores. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. We noted that many units within the complex had air conditioning units on the lanais but ours did not. We knew this when we booked however we could not guess at how hot it would get inside the unit. Although there were ceiling fans and floor tower fans in each room, the inside temperature hovered at 88 degrees F during the day and if we were lucky, it went down to 75-79 overnight. That made it very difficult to get a good night's rest.The owner was very responsive to our requests for a few things.

Perfect for our family

This great place is a 2min walk to Kameole II Beach and was just perfect for my family of 2 adults and 2 teen girls. The girls got their own bathroom, which is priceless. The kitchen is well appointed, with spices and cooking oils, and there were even some basic condiments in the fridge which made it easy for making burgers, sandwiches and salads. There are a few boardgames on hand, and plenty of beach towels and accessories (everything from snorkels and water shoes to sand buckets and a beach umbrella). There is also a CD player with a selection of CDs that my girls had fun exploring, which also has bluetooth. The Lanai is beautiful and private. There is no A/C, but we found that it gets a great cross-breeze at night as it is a corner unit, and with the ceiling and floor fans we were able to sleep quite well. Unfortunately there was some kind of communication mix up for our arrival date, and so the place was not cleaned for our late-night check-in, which was rather disconcerting! However, the place had plenty of extra clean sheets and towels in the cupboard, so we were able to make beds and have showers. The owners and management company were very apologetic, and the cleaners arrived the next morning and made the place spotless while we were out. And to make up for the mistake, they gave us a generous gift certificate for a local restaurant which more than made up for that startling arrival!I would definitely book here again.

The kitchen was well-equipped, so if you choose to cook, it has everything you'd need. The layout is fantastic as it allows for two master bedroom suites. I do have to say, though, that the no air conditioning was a little rough. But I think that's just me as I have a tendency to run hot!

The condo was not cleaned properly, and the coffee maker was broken. I went to the office to report these issues. After three days, we finally received a replacement coffee maker, but it arrived on the morning of our move-out, which was frustrating.While the condo is in a great location, it needs better management to take care of its maintenance.

Young family getaway

We arrived in Maui just as the island was under watch for a Tsunami. Greg was really helpful in communicating and providing suggestions of where to go. The two bedroom layout was perfect for our family - our two young kids were able to have their own bedroom. The kitchen was spacious and very well stocked - we made and ate almost all of our breakfast and lunch there. Very close walking distance to the beach! The kids also loved access to the pool.
