Denna underbara moderna nya villa, som ligger i ett lugnt och privat läge, utformades, byggdes och dekorerade av det bästa laget i Casa de Campo.
En stor uteplats med vattenfall och inomhus dammar skapar omedelbart en avkopplande känsla så fort du kommer in denna fina hem.
Tre av de fyra sovrummen är på ett galleri för extra avskildhet, alla har egna badrum. En studie / TV-rum har en bäddsoffa för ytterligare sova. Det stora sovrummet svit ligger på motsatt sida och åtnjuter de ostliga vindar. Befälhavaren Badrummet har en hans och hennes del, och en utanför jacuzzi.
Huset är omgivet av en stor tropisk lummig trädgård. En stor veranda, en stor terrass, och överdimensionerade saltvatten pool med jacuzzi förbise det första hålet i den privata La Romana Country Club golfbana. En liten lusthus är den perfekta platsen för yoga eller utomhus massage.
Den öppna vardagsrum och matsal är bra ställen att njuta av din semester, ett välutrustat kök gör det hela komplett.

We had a wonderful time at the villa the pool jaccuzi the overall accommodations were fantastic. Victor and Ada made us feel like home I highly recommend this property our experience was memorable.

Great Vacation Home For Family

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful home and felt so welcomed by Elizabeth, Augustine and Igne. Also, Elizabeth is a great cook! We had both breakfast and dinner with her and we'd loved it. We'll be back soon!

Inge and her team met us upon arrival and helped us settle in. The house was beautiful, the pool and view were amazing and the golf carts were new. Victor helped us with restaurant reservations and Elizabeth made the best breakfasts! Thanks to the team for a wonderful stay!

Family Break!

The house is so much more beautiful than what you see in the pictures. Domingo the butler and Elizabeth the cook were extra nice and pampered us with every posible detail. I have stayed several times in Cada de Campo and this was by far the best vacation ever!

Beautiful home for our family trip

The villa was gorgeous and as beautiful as pictured. We had an extended family vacation of 10ppl with kids and were well taken care of by Augustin and Elizabeth. Inge and her team were also great at helping arrange airport transfers, grocery delivery pre-arrival, restaurant reservations. We would certainly come again.

Amazing Casa de Campo Home with even more fabulous people

We had an absolutely excellent experience from check-in to the day we left. This house is very spacious and comfortable for a large group with all the amenities. The on-site staff is among the nicest and most attendant that I've encountered having stayed many times in different locations. Look no further if you are looking for a place in this slice of paradise.

Amazing luxurious is the best words for the place

We have to thank the owners of this amazing villa for letting us stay here. This villa have everything you oils desire, staff that take amazing care of you and your entire family, pool, jacuzzi's and fabulous views. I would recommend everyone to try it out! Our family stayed for 4 weeks and no one wants to leave! We will for sure be back.

Amazing home and staff

This is a beautiful home, and the pool view makes u feel that u r definitely on an island. Elizabeth the home keeper and victor the butler are Absolutely AMAZING!!! They accommodated us in every which way. Ingrid, the host made everything streamlined for us! Recommend this place 100000%

The house is beautiful, comfortable, and a very pleasant place to enjoy with family. Doña Ada was outstanding, her cooking was excellent, and her service was one of the highlights of our stay.However, our experience with the butler service did not meet expectations. Aside from serving coffee in the mornings, the service was quite limited.At the end of our stay, the property manager told us that the tip we left for the butler was not appropriate and indicated that a significantly higher amount was expected, specifically mentioning an expectation of a 500 tip. We found this comment uncomfortable and inappropriate, especially since tipping is voluntary and should depend on the quality of service received.We have been visiting Casa de Campo for years and have never encountered a suggested tip or expectation of this kind. If there is a minimum or recommended amount for staff, it should be clearly disclosed in the listing and before booking, particularly when it states no hidden fees. Otherwise, it gives the impression that part of the service cost is not actually included.The way this situation was handled felt unprofessional and lacked transparency. Unfortunately, it overshadowed what would have otherwise been a very enjoyable stay. We hope this practice is reviewed and that any additional expectations are communicated clearly from the start.

Thank you Andrea for your review. I am sorry our butler was not up to your expections and we are currently looking for a replacement. As for the gratuities, there is a welcome book at the house with instructions for all amenities. It has a page about suggested gratuities and overtime rules. This was presented to you at arrival. Our staff works from 8-5 as clearly mentionned in our listing. It is only normal to pay extra for overtime and as your are used to come to DR, you surely must know that tipping is normal. I am sorry that this makes you uncomfortable and the gratuities sheet does not mention 500 US$, which indeed would be exagerated. Please accept our apologies for this unfortunate miscommunication and we will do our best to avoid staff issues in the future.

Excellent weekend!

Our stay at Batey Sur 12 was amazing, the house is incredibly clean, the staff is very attentive, hard working, welcoming and polite. The house has two newly refurbished rooms that are beautiful, as the rest of the house. It was a lovely stay and definitely would book again.

Family Xmas trip

Batey 12 is a wonderful, open and breezy house. The staff is hospitable and knowledgeably and you feel relax and welcome upon arrival. This is the second year in a row that we have rented the home for our Xmas vacation and we are planning to return in 2016.

Exceptional Experience

My family and I recently stayed at Villa Nova on the Casa de Campo property. I am not sure what I can say about our experience, which can adequately describe how happy we were to stay here. My wife and 5 year old son travel every year for extended stays to escape the snow and cold of eastern Canada. We've had the pleasure of staying in many locations but non have matched the appeal and amenities of this home. Everything from the friendly and capable staff, to the pool and villa, to the Casa de Campo facilities, everything was amazing. We'd highly recommend this villa and the property.

THE PERFECT VACATION

We came to the villa end September for holiday with my daughter. We where only two people. The villa was the perfect. The villa interior, grounds, and the view of the Country Club golf course and the Dye Fore course from the deck was really beautiful and you felt like you were at home instantly. The staff were just an excellent group and always ready to help no matter what you needed. We did eat at a number of the restaurants and all the meals were very good The villa is very close to LA Marina . It is easy to get around with the golf cart. A trip over to La Marina took about 5-minutes by golf cart. The resort is huge so we made good use of our golf cart and a rental car. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone going to Casa de Campo. The owners, were just great to work with as we planned this trip. The house manager is great which gave us great assistance on the resort and gave us great advice on everything we wanted to do. Everything turned out more than we expected which made the trip very fulfilling. We will for sure go back.
