House exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean. The amenities were amazing. The house had everything you could ever need and more. We wish we could have stayed longer than a weekend. The hosts were very responsive and lovely to chat with. Would love to stay here again.

Unbelievable home. More like a log mansion. The views of the river are spectacular. The home is equipped with everything you can ask for. The kitchen is outstanding and the rooms are luxurious.

O.M.G. This home and property are spectacular! The furnishings and memorabilia alone are jaw dropping, but then the vast home with all of its comfy beds and ample bathrooms steals the show. Loved the chipping/putting area, the river (and access to it), the theater, the game room, and the outdoor furniture everywhere you look. Will definitely be back, and will bring lots of friends along!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! Being right on the river and so many wonderful outdoor activities. It was spacious, truly gorgeous, clean, and amazing hosts! Highly recommend for groups and large families. We hope to return again!

We booked this place as the home base for our wedding weekend! It was absolutely perfect. The whole wedding party plus some cousins stayed and everyone had the same description that this place is “f-ing insane”! It was the perfect place to have everyone all together and we all had so much fun exploring the house, playing golf, playing volleyball, enjoying the hot tub, making breakfast, and just enjoying each others company. Dorla gave a great tour and intro and set us up for a great weekend!

Everything about our stay was excellent...excellent facility excellent setting excellent hosts! Our entire family from 2 years old to 70 years old had a GRAND experience! What a wonderful stay. Everyone commented the pictures on VRBO do not do the Grand River Lodge justice...it's even more spectacular in person! If you have the chance to stay here....do so....it is amazing!

This house is absolutely amazing. We stayed with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday and it was the most luxurious, relaxing, and fun location. The house itself and the grounds are stunning. The house is stocked with anything you could possibly need. We enjoyed spending time relaxing on the porches, star gazing from the hot tub, playing pool, pickleball, golf, and basketball, making smores, watching football and a movie in the movie theater, and cozying up by the fire at night. The location is also very convenient to town but feels fairly private and serene which is a hard combination to find. The hosts were also very responsive, which we appreciated. Our only regret was not staying longer. Although we had a kid-free weekend, this house would be fabulous for families too. We can't wait to come back with our kids in the future. Highly recommend.

This was our 10th visit and the Grand River Lodge is always as exquisite as ever. It is truly a one-of-a-kind and absolutely incomparable. We are already booked for Summer 2027!

This is beautiful home with a lovely and relaxing deck overlooking the river. This was a truly unique stay. It was tranquil yet so close to downtown Leavenworth.

The best property I’ve ever stayed at. Even better than the photos suggest. Barb is also the most responsive and helpful host I’ve ever communicated with - replied immediately when we had issues connecting to the sound system (which was resolved within minutes) and to offer advice when needed! Will be staying here again hopefully in the future!

Amazing. The perfect location for a getaway with friends old and new. Beautiful property with great amenities. We particularly enjoyed the home theater, game room, and preparing group meals in the well appointed kitchen. Will be returning!

This house is incredible, made even better by the fact that it is fully equipped and thoughtfully kept. The children's library, movie theater, and lawn games kept all the kids happy. The comfortable seating made it easy to spend time together as a group with ample bedrooms to spread out on for quiet nights. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook for a group. No detail was overlooked making this an experience we will be sure to return to! Thank you Barbara!
