Holiday Magic!

Our group of 12 life long friends (we are all over 60!) had a magnificent time in this incredible home! This kitchen was the best stocked of any house we have stayed in...and we have been in many! En suites were perfect for everyone. Stairs were easy to get up between floors. Just a few minute walk to downtown! Our only regret was that we didn't book it for longer!

Amazing Leavenworth Lodge

I brought a group of friends to Leavenworth to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. There was sleeping and space for all of us (11) with 5 beds to spare. Would return here again.

Beautiful home and even better location! The perfect spot for anyone who wants to experience everything in Downtown Leavenworth, and very close to other great Leavenworth options, especially summer river tubing! Host was very easy, sent us all the details and were nice enough to offer us a slightly early check in and a later check out at our request. House had everything we needed to make it a wonderful stay, particularly in the kitchen area! Loved that each room was its own master with its own bathroom. Weather was HOT HOT HOT for our stay but the house was well equipped and stayed nice and cool the entire time.. what a paradise to retreat to after a few hours in the sun. The ONLY issue we ran into turned out to be not really an issue, more of an unclear directive— the street facing door is actually the homes back door, and the one where the code worked. When we arrived, thinking that the back door was the one in the ‘back’ of the home, the code did not work. I called and texted the numbers available during business hours on a weekday and did not get a reply. We figured it out within a few minutes, so it was A-OK, but would recommend a little more clarity in the arrival instructions. Also, unlike other vrbo’s, this stay did not come with a laundry list of “cleaning must-do’s” for check out. We are respectful guests and did clean everything we came in with, but it was refreshing to not feel like we NEEDED to do x-y-z or else we might face some kind of added fees.

We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the location, the amount of space, and the amenities- strong air conditioning for hot days, lovely hot tub for cool evenings, a good kitchen for cooking group meals. Some challenges with host communication but they all worked out in the end. Would recommend this space.

Perfect place for large friend group

Great house and easy walk to all things. We had 7 couples and it was perfect for gathering and also for everyone to have some personal space. En suites with each bedroom was excellent! Definitely will book again.

Great lodge for family and friends

The property has great amenities and is a great location. We utilized it as a home base for our Stevens pass ski getaway. I would highly recommend this place

Leavenworth family 2025

We We so enjoyed our stay. Six family members traveled from California we loved the closest to town and the river. The private suites are a plus. The kids hung out in the bunk room. This is my family's 3 time stayi g at either Hans or Frans. I look forward to the next visit. Six family members traveled from California.

Great location and house

House was clean and set up very well for our group. The kitchen was very large and common areas were comfortable to spend time in. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Walk-ability of the house was phenomenal to all of downtown and the river

We stayed in both the Hans and Franz lodge and they were amazing! Clean, fun, and spacious. Walking distance to just about everything you'd want to do in Leavenworth!

Great property

I would rate this property 10 stars because of its location. It’s 7 mins walk to the downtown, 2 mins walk to the grocery store and mc Donald’s. The rooms are spacious and have a private bathroom. The big patio is a feather on the hat. We stayed with our family and friends and had a great time. Thank you!!

Great group trip to Leavenworth

The house was so comfortable, clean and well located. We were able to walk to a beautiful park in the mornings with our dogs and kids and also walk to all the fun restaurants and shops in town and only needed a car once to go to the alpine adventure center. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake and grill. Excellent place for a group!

Great location in Leavenworth

This is a spacious facility in a very great Leavenworth location. It is well supplied with cooking, meal prep items, and eating utensils. It is a bit pricey, but does allow for easy walking to all the downtown points of interest.

Amazing Spot for a Leavenworth Trip!

This place is absolutely beautiful. Location is perfect as you’re walking distance to anything downtown. Spacious rooms for everyone. Our group had an amazing weekend trip and the property definitely helped make it so great.

Great Stay

Perfect property for a large multigenerational group. Location is walking distance to shops and restaurants. We loved Munchin Haus for beer and brats. Kristiina was always prompt to respond to questions and very accommodating. The house was clean and well stocked.

Fun Family Lodge

This space was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen was great, the bedrooms each had their own bathrooms, and there was plenty of living space for puzzles, board games, and hanging out. Easy walk into town and to the river. Hiking and great rock climbing minutes away by car. Our whole family loved it!
