Powder Pointe condominiums ligger en kort promenad från hissarna på Park City Mountain Resort - Main Street i Park Citys historiska distrikt är mindre än en kilometer uppför vägen också - med gratis buss lättillgänglig. (Ingen bil behövs!) Dessa lägenheter erbjuder ett prisvärt alternativ för boende som ligger precis i stan och nära skidåkning, shopping och restauranger.

Denna enhet är en övre nivå enhet, vilket innebär att det finns trappor upp till ytterdörren, men det möjliggör också välvda tak i vardagsrummet och inga hyresgäster ovanför dig. Det finns två nivåer i lägenheten, och den har cirka 900 kvadratmeter boyta. Great location and kid loved the loft!

The management company was wonderful and very responsive. The location of the unit is really great. We walked to the lifts very easily and had no issue with parking at the unit. We liked the layout. Son was really thrilled about the loft. That said- We had a hard time with the smoky scent of in the air from the old fireplace and the noise from the street - the unit needs a lot of updating and the bed was very uncomfortable.

First trip to Park City

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Poor. Property needs a massive upgrade for the price. Heat did not work. It only worked by opening and closing the breaker. Building overall is tired and needs an update.

Major heat issues

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The heating system had a note attached on what to do if the heat did not shut off. (So this problem is on ongoing issue) The heat would not shut off and the place got to 90 degrees. The corrective action was to turn the breaker off and wait ten minutes and then back on. THe first night we were up every hour dealing with it. THe next nights it was easier to turn it off when we went to bed and have it be cold. The first night we also left the door to the deck open.IN addition they made you check in at an off site location when they could have just saved us the transportation issue and texted us the keypad code.

Family Ski Trip

Once again very pleased with this comfortable condo and the location to Park City ski resort (across the street) and public transit into town for dinner is beyond ideal. We parked our car and did not turn that key again until departing week later.

Dated but great location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful visit to Park City. I would like to make one very major complaint. Expecting your customers to flip a breaker on and off for heating the condo is ridiculous. This should be just a normal maintenance of the thermostat that should be fixed and not pushed off as an inconvenience to the customer. Very disappointed in this but everything else was fine.

Ski Weekend

New Years stay at Powder pointe

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location easily walkable to mountain village base. It’s dated but comfortable enough. TVs are very small and there’s no puzzles or games . Largest complaint is the parking. They won’t let you use the available garage space so you have to hope there will be parking available or you are screwed. I had to park illegally one night hoping I wouldn’t get towed because no spaces were there when we returned from our night out. Also if there is heavy snow the parking area won’t be plowed so take that into account as well.

Perfect 4 night stay at Park City

Had everything we look for, comfortable beds, wood burning fireplace, nice community hot tub. Silver King lift parking lot across the street or two block walk to main resort area. Very convenient location on the bus route or one mile walk to historic PC. Would deninitely stay here again.

Great cozy family condo right by ski hill

Great family condo! Walking distance to Ski lodge on one side and right by city bus on the other side. Only 3 min free bus ride to Main st. Condo is cozy, confortable and had all appliances needed. Kids were also able to enjoy the condo hot tub after skiing despite the cold weather. Hope to go back!

Great condo near the ski slope

Great condo close to the the mountain. Kitchen had plenty of utensils/plates/appliances. Communal hot tub is a good size - never had an issue with overcrowding.
