What a lovely stay we had here! Great property that accommodated our family of 4 nicely. The hot tub was a great addition with coming off the mountains from skiing. Owners was very responsive and communicated nicely. Will stay here again.

Mid week getaway

Condo was perfect for a quick family getaway with 2 kids. The unit had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was a real treat after tubing and skiing days and the location at Waterside West can't be beat.

Two couple reunion

We met up with East Coast friends while on tour of Colorado. The house worked perfectly with comfy sitting areas, good kitchen supplies & set-up and access for both shoppers and fishermen. It's in a lovely complex, easy to find & convenient to exploring this region of Colorado.

Nice Condo

We stayed here with a family of 8. Everything was clean and the condo was well stocked, our kids especially enjoyed the books and legos. We could easily walk to the grocery store if we wanted. The hot tub was very nice but I wouldn't call it private. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

Winter Wonderland

Our stay here was perfect. From the excellent communication with thr owners who also lent us their sleds! To the great amenities and proximity to everything we needed. The hot tub was super clean and just a relaxing delight. The kitchen was fully stocked, the rooms were comfy and lovely. The neighborhood was quiet and super close to the supermarket and a fabulous tubbing hill. Parking was close and always easy. We will definitely book again. Thanks!

Sweet little condo in Fraser

My family and I made an impromptu trip to Fraser, Colorado and were able to stay at this property. It was conveniently located in town, but still in a quiet community. The condo was well stocked with necessary items. The hot tub was welcomed after a full day of play. There were plenty of games, and books to read if you didn't want to venture out for the day. The kitchen was fully functional with everything you would need without bringing anything from home and there is a Safeway within walking distance to pickup groceries. I did have to talk to Joe the owner a couple of times, but he responds quickly and via text. I loved this property! My husband and I travel to the Fraser area for work every year and I am going to share the listing with my company so that we can stay there more often. Thank you Joe for a wonderful stay! See you again!

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. The unit is immaculate. The location is perfect, short, easy walk to the Safeway and bus stop to the mountain. A huge bonus is the personal hot tub! Fantastic way to end the day after skiing, in the hot tub facing the mountain and beautiful sunshine. I would highly recommend this condo for skiing Winter Park.

Our family vacation fell apart last minute so I found this place last minute to take my boy and his friend. It was very clean and comfortable. We left every day early and got back late. Hot tub was perfect in the evening talking about our great days fishing. The only item we were missing is a grill but since it was the 3 of us we ate out every night. Very close to anything you need but very quiet at night. Plenty of room for a family of 5 or 2 couples for sure
