This is a great location to setup camp to explore the San Diego coastline. When we go back we will try to stay here again.

Jesse is a great host but as vacation rental owner, if you want people to respect your property then you must do it first. A little tiding up, remove broken chairs, screens, light fixtures and dishes this place would be much nicer. For the patio to be a selling point it needs an overhaul. . It’s in a very central location for all the tourists attractions. A great place if you don’t plan on spending much time there.

The host was welcoming and responded quickly to inquiries. The unit is located near the bay and a short walk from the beach. We especially enjoyed the roof top deck.

Perfect spot & great host!

Cute, clean, and located in the perfect spot for a trip to San Diego. The property manager was very communicative and invested in making sure that we enjoyed our stay. 10/10 would recommend for all!

Great Apartment and Host

My family had a great stay. The host popped over to say hi when we arrived and was readily available by text when needed. The place was clean and had great amenities with the full kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ, and even beach cruisers. No complaints about anything and would definitely stay there again.

Location ! Location!

Comfortable, clean beach getaway condo. We’ll equipped. Easy walking to Bay and Ocean beaches, Restaurants and Shops and even to “Ralph’s “. We will stay there again!

Where shall I start, first of all there is no AC, not even a window unit. The living room furniture is old and worn out and smells bad. The bedroom mattress cover was horrible ( we didn’t notice this till check out after we stripped the bed) stains everywhere on it. No spare TP had to go buy some. The only positive thing I would it was close to the beach.

Great spot

Cute pad Right at PB with nice amenities and plenty of supplies for adventuring including umbrellas, bikes, and speaker. Jesse was very responsive and easy to communicate with, made checking in and out a breeze!

Perfect location

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed this location very much. It was so easy to get to the park and boardwalk and we had many bike rides on the cruisers provided. The communication we had with the property owner was excellent and check in/out was so easy. The condo was well appointed and made us feel at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals, although Pacific Beach has some excellent restaurants we enjoyed as well. We had a great time and would definitely consider this place again.

Stay with friend

Check in went smoothly and the kitchen was good with everything needed. Mr. Coffee, some essentials and an ice maker in the freezer. The bed was large (king?) with a great mattress. The bathroom had a nice shower and dressing area with mirrors. Jesse was responsive when I asked for safety sticks for the sliders and it was nice to have the patio, beach chairs etc. We enjoyed our stay there and it is in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach and back. It did need some deep cleaning though..

Nice cozy condo

The place is smaller than we are used to, but is perfect for a couple. Jesse was great to work with and checking in and out is simple. Close to the bay, the ocean, and PB shops and restaurants. The only issue we had was the traffic noise on the street. A lot of traffic almost every day.
