Excellent location for some shops, and sea excursions. Instructions for how to get to parking area and getting into VRBO were not good. Getting into the door, with the key was also difficult, as door key needed to be slid into door lock in one position and pull on door to ease tension at latch.

Perfect little gem!

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for the week of 17-24th September. It's approx a 45 min drive from the airport, check-in is straightforward, the apartment is clean, light and airy. It is a 1 bedroom apartment, so it's small but perfectly placed! It was ideal for the 2 of us. Overlooking the marina, the block had it's own pool. If you fancy the hub-bub of Old Town it's a 20 minute walk, or else there is the more chilled atmosphere at the marina which was just lovely. There are plenty of cafes and bars to choose from and we never had a bad meal. We used Uber for transfers to and from the apartment, and the price averaged 35 euros. When messaging Umberto for any queries he always repliled within an hour or two. I would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Umberto and we look forward to visiting again!!

Fantastic stay in beautiful location

We have stayed in the marina a couple of times, this apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable had everything you would need during your stay. Location perfect for walking and also having bars and restaurants on the doorstep but not too rowdy as most close around 10, old town is within walking distance as well as beaches

We stayed in this apartment on the marina. Beautiful location, beautiful apartment. We have been staying on the marina for numerous years and this apartment was just as beautiful as the others. Great communication with the owner.

Mejor que en las fotos

Hemos estado la segunda semana de julio, dos adultos y una niña de 11 años. El apartamento genial mucho más bonito que en las fotos, con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. La cocina muy bien equipada. No hay que acondicionado, sino ventiladores pero más que suficiente pues el apartamento está muy bien orientado. Está a unos 20 minutos andando de la la playa de Albufeira pero es un paseo precioso. Lo mejor es el aparcamiento privado, en un parking público, dentro hay otro aparcamiento solo para el edificio con ascensor que te lleva a la planta. Es un plus para el apartamento pues en esa zona no se puede aparcar. La comunicación con el propietario perfecta aunque realmente solo hablé con él a la llegada y la salida para la devolución de las llaves. Desayunar en el comedor con las vistas del puerto deportivo, es genial. Y sobre todo la tranquilidad. No es ruidoso a pesar de estar sobre una zona de bares, restaurantes y supermercado. Para salir en barco a ver las Falesias, estás en el mejor sitio. Sin duda un apartamento para repetir

Bombillas fundidas en Baño y Cocina. Sillas tapizadas muy sucias. Todo en general muy descuidado. No se ve interes del propietario en revisar las cosas.

Great value and nice host

We really enjoyed our time here working abroad. The condo has everything you need. Only downside were the dining room chairs which need a really good steam cleaning and perhaps the bed pillows could be replaced. Other than that we loved the condo and location.

Fabulous stay in a wonderful apartment

We are just back from an 8 day stay. The apartment has a fantastic view of the Marina, and is equipped with everything you could need for a fabulous stay. Pool area was great and correspondence with host was excellent. We've been to the area many times and this was one of the best apartments we have had so far. Highly recommend.

31 day stay in Albufeira Marina

The property was excellent, well located with lots of good restaurants and grocery stores near by. The pastry shop across the street was awesome with great friendly staff. There for 31 days and enjoyed it very much. The only disappointment was the comfort of the furnishings. They could use an upgrade. Other than that I would recommend this rental. We did not a car but the local buses were great.

Het appartement was goed en schoon.

Het meubilair mag wel een keer vervangen worden. Het is oud en je kunt er niet echt relaxed op ,itten. De terrasstoelen mogen ook wel vervangen worden. Het zijn nu stoelen die niet lekker zitten. Je moet uitkijken dat je er niet doorheen zakt.

Une location qui se mérite

Location spacieuse convenable pour 2 personnes et bien située, vue très agréable, la salle d'eau manque de porte-serviettes. Le loueur nous a envoyé le contrat par mail et les instructions pour prendre les clés en portugais au dernier moment, mais aucune indication concernant le parking privé que nous avons eu un mal fou à trouver (accès par le parking public). Pas de réponse à notre demande d'aide à notre arrivée. Le jour de notre départ nous avons oublié un bagage dans le parking et lui avons signalé par WhatsApp le jour même , le message a été lu, mais pas de réponse de sa part. Aucun accueil, aucun souci de notre bien-être, ce monsieur est passé à l'appartement le lundi matin pour une petite réparation, sait parler le français uniquement pour nous proposer de nous relouer ce bien plus tard.

BELLE VUE

Un appartement agréable pour deux avec une très belle vue. Bien équipé et décoré même si, à la fin de la saison, quelques éléments paraissent bien fatigués, voire cassé. Le plus, le parking et la piscine. Devant l'immeuble, départ de bus, petit train, etc... Mais il est préférable d'avoir une voiture pour sillonner et faire des courses, car très cher juste en dessous. Globalement, séjour agréable.
