Vårt privata egendom kan vara värd för din familj och vänner för en semester eller en fredlig reträtt. Hemmet har sängar för 16 personer och 3 badrum. Det stora sovrummet är en lyxig reträtt, även med en klo fot badkar! Hemmet och egendomen har gott om utrymme att sprida ut, samtidigt som de skapas för att också komma ihop runt köket och vardagsrummet.

Medan vårt hem är bra för vuxna, har vi försökt att vi också kan ta emot barn. Vi har en pack & play samt en liten bassett-typ sovare som hjälper föräldrar till små känna sig riktigt hemma.

** OPTIONAL ** Vårt hem har också ett stort stort rum (med halv bad) nere som kan användas för att samla, äta middag, skapa bord för projekt eller spel och mycket mer! Detta är tillgängligt mot en extra avgift ($ 250) och vi kan ordna överkomliga uthyrning av bord, stolar, dryckeservice och mycket mer.

Även om utomhusbröllop är tillåtna med tillstånd på vår egendom, har du inte möjlighet att ha ett bröllop eller en speciell händelse helt enkelt genom att boka en vistelse. Bröllop och speciella evenemang bokas via Rough & Ready Vineyard kontor och är helt skilda från din semestervistelse. Vi har vackra grunder som har en säsongsbetonad vik, arv ekar och en italiensk marmor lusthus. Den pastorala inställningen är underbar för familjen bilder eller bara tyst utforska. Vi njuter av att promenera till fastigheten, ibland springa i hjort eller tvättbjörnar och titta på närliggande hästar.

California Foothills är roliga året runt, och vår egendom är en central plats för dagsturer att åka skidor i Sierras, gå till stranden eller San Francisco, vandra i Tahoe National Forest, besöka den vilda och Scenic Yuba River, eller lära om historien om guldbrytning samtidigt försöker din egen hand på slående det rika! Vi är 90 minuter från Lake Tahoe och tre timmar från San Francisco.

Nice older style farmhouse.

Quiet place, even though it's a working farm/vineyard. Had good communication with the property caretaker and enjoyed the red wine they left out for us. Definitely will return.

Fit for a Beautiful Wedding Day

The house was rented for 2 nights for our daughters wedding. It was absolutely perfect for the rehearsal dinner and then getting ready on Saturday. Plenty of room for everyone, kitchen stocked with what we needed. It was also easy to keep the guys & gals separate as we got ready.

Great property, clean and full of ammeneties

Amazing property! Great host and a very clean place too. The AC however wasn't as powerful as it should have been. We were at the place during a heat wave and hence, the central AC couldn't cool the place throughout the day. Apart from this, everything else was great!

Perfect birthday weekend

This property was perfect for our seven adults and six kids. We were comfortable and everyone had a wonderful time. Number of beds and rooms worked well and cousins got to sleep in the same room which was quite a treat. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and we really lacked for nothing. Would stay here again!

We Will Be Back

To say that this listing was excellent would be an understatement. From start to finish, everything about the stay was amazing. Myself and 13 others ventured here for my birthday and to get away from the busyness of our day to day life. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine on the kitchen counter, and a spotless home with everything that we would need there already. Huge thank you to the property manager!

Nice for large family

This was a great property for a large family stay. The grounds were beautiful. Lots of room in the Kitchen Area/ Great Room for a family to gather. It had everything we needed, including games for kids to play. There was not an event scheduled when we were there.

Relaxation and family

We all enjoyed our stay and it was clean, relaxing and somewhat private. We just enjoyed some really fun and relaxing family time. We had children and adults and it felt very safe and refreshing. A short distance to snow and mountain town history that we all enjoyed together. Thankful for my family and for the very special and memorable time there together.

Perfect for our wedding celebrations

We had booked Rough and Ready Vineyards for my daughter's wedding, and after having initially thought the guest house rental was not needed, we changed our mind and I am so glad we did. The venue has no other place for the bride to get ready or hide out, so unless you are arriving ready for the ceremony to start, you need this house. We had a welcome reception the night before, had bridesmaids and other wedding helpers spend the night, had a place for the bride to have hair and make up done, get dressed, etc. Everyone thought the house was great. Fully equipped, good communication from manager contact, would be a great place for a multi-family getaway or reunion. Would recommend Tiffany and the Rough and Ready crew - a smoke alarm going off was immediately addressed by them! Thanks to all!

This home was exactly what we needed for our family reunion. Plenty of room . Well stocked with supplies. Lovely grounds. The decor is a a bit worn and dated, but it was clean. Felt like visiting Grandma’s house.

Great get away, close to the Bay

A short drive away. Our family found this property exactly what we were looking for. Quiet solitude on a sprawling property that makes you feel at home. The accommodations were ideal for our large family, which makes you feel like you're in the country side while also being very close to town for anything you might need. Tiffany was very accommodating with our needs, and we would highly recommend this to anyone looking for some peace of mind and lots of room.

Best Family Retreat
