CB1 - Denna två sovrum strand stuga har en egen uteplats framf��r bekvämt inredda f��r uteservering eller slappa. Inne i dubbla glasdörrar, har en folklig k��nsla av en stuga i vardagsrummet. Stor egendom 2BR, 2BA tvärs över gatan från stranden.

Casa Blanca är ett litet kluster av 5 stugor / lägenheter tvärs över gatan från den sandiga s��dra änden av Tamarindo Beach. Byggnaderna är maskerade av träd och ett överfl��d av stora tropiska v��xter så att bara några meter fr��n vägen är en hemlig liten Eden höljt i lugn. Alla Casa Blanca enheter sitter i en cirkel inför ett centralt område som har en stor pool och gemensam däck område med solstolar och full grillplatsen. Poolen och dess omgivningar kommuniceras med parkeringsplatsen och omv��rlden genom en unik stenbro som valv över ett h��rn av poolen.

Denna två sovrum strand stuga p�� Casa Blanca ligger i ett lugnt hörn av komplexet. Den privata uteplats framf��r stugan är bekvämt inredda f��r uteservering eller slappa.

Inne i dubbla glasdörrar, har en folklig känsla av en stuga i vardagsrummet. Från tr��bjälkar i taket till den eklektiska samlingarna av konstverk p�� väggarna och b��cker p�� hyllorna, har denna strand stuga känslan av en plats du har varit f��rut. Köket är ��ppet mot vardagsrummet, separeras endast av en bar och har samma folklig komfort vardagsrummet. Det är ��versvämmad med naturligt ljus genom ett stort fönster och tillsammans med kylsk��p och gas ugn och spis, erbjuder allt fr��n matlagning och servering objekt som behövs. De många avskärmade fönster och takfl��ktar tillåter denna stuga att utnyttja naturliga luftrörelser i stället f��r beroende på luftkonditioneringen.

Great for Family

Casual but nice house, well appointed with good inside space. Excellent location just outside the hustle of town, right across the street from beach. Very comfortable outdoor space, with very nice pool. Great for a family of 4-6.

Amazing stay across from Tamarindo Beach

We loved this property. We were located just across the road from the beach, which was fine by us. Property was beautifully landscape. Pool area was fantastic. Plenty of room for the four of us. Great sitting area to relax, play cards and eat. Can park your car and walk to town and amenities via the beach or by road Sean

Fantastic location!

Loved the location, communication was top notch. Everything you need is in walking distance. Buying groceries was difficult as you’ll have bulky items, such as soda and water. Liquor. Hard to come by a taxi. What took us most by surprise was the amount of wild cats around our unit. Not being cat people and allergic we were taken a back. Lucky for us other people in the area were feeding the cats so they left us alone as our time went by. Noticed then they are everywhere you dine etc. obviously good for other issues they may be weeding out. Would stay again!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The beach was right across the street from the home. It was close to the Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. The house had lots of towels and our AC worked just great! The pool area was fun for the kids. They used it everyday we were there.

Wonderful stay ... great location!

This little bungalow was the perfect fit. Communication with management was easy. Well stocked kitchen and baths. And we couldn't have asked for a better location. Easy to get to town, to the beach or the pool. Would stay again!

Great spot!

Such a perfect place! Access to the beach couldn’t have been better, host(s) were attentive and easy to contact. The pool was lovely and the short walk to town was good so not having a car was easy.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location is perfect, but the unit needs a DEEP cleaning and some updates (i.e. the bathtub is very stained). The pool and gardens are well maintained and the staff friendly.

Reviewer Comments: Very nice casita on the quiet stretch of the main road that connects langosta and tamarindo (just north of captian suzio hotel). its close enough to walk to tamarindo without being stuck there. quick and easy access to the beach via the public beach access steps from front gate. the property has a perimeter wall with one parking space inside the locking gate. the nighttime security guard made us feel very safe as well. the multiple A/C units and ceiling fans kept the entire casita very cold. the kitchen was fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. overall this is a great spot and I will definitely stay here again if/when im in the tamarindo/langosta area.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay the unit was clean but unfortunately there is a large puddle of raw sewage on the road very close to our unit. Tamarindo has to improve its garbage collection , and RPM should look into the termite problems that are beginning to show up outside the condo otherwise we loved it.

Nice setup in Tamarindo close to the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our experience in Tamarindo. The house was very comfortable and with the pool we loved hanging out there. The owners nicely corrected an issue we had with the house so we were very happy at how attentive they were. The beach, as the ad says, is very close. About a minute walk and you're there. The staff on site (maid, gardener, security) were all absolutely excellent. As for Tamarindo itself some in our party loved it but others found it more built up than we were expecting. The dirt roads are a bit of a pain as with the wind everything ends up covered in dust.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Casa Blanca #1 between April 6th and April 18th, overall we are very satisfied with our experience and we would recommend dealing with RPM Vacations any time, especially Lola who has been very helpful.Here is a bullet point type list of comments:- The RPM staff has been very professional in all aspects of our dealings, including the house rental and excursion purchase.- The villa was pretty much what we expected.- There were some ants in the house, I guess it's very difficult to not have any ants in the south.- The villa did not have any long chairs for the beach and that was dissapointing for those of us that wanted to spend some time on the beach.- The Kitchen was well equipped.- The beds were very comfortable.- The site was really nice and well taken care of.- The AC worked well.- We felt safe during our stay.- The location is very convenient, 15 minutes from Tamarindo.

House for a great vacation time
