great cabin great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was super clean. Super beautiful. The road and drive to the cabin probably needs to be done in the daytime for the first time but it was in the woods which made it quiet and secluded in a good way. Everything was very very nice!

Unbeatable View!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was a great stay. The view is amazing, the proximity to Gatlinburg was perfect and the cabin was clean. 4 stars because the beds were uncomfortable and the check-in was a little frustrating. We asked to check-in early, the response was it wouldn't be ready until an hour after check-in but then we got a text a little early that it was ready. If they would update the mattresses, perfect stay!

We appreciate your comments regarding the mattresses and check-in experience and will share them with our team for review. A vacation we will never forget!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our family of four. The property was well maintained and very clean when we arrived and the management company called to check in to see how we were doing and if OK or if there were any upon our arrival. We had visitors every single evening and it was such a sight to see, from a distance, of course. While we didn’t spend much time in the cabin, it was the perfect getaway.
Svar från VrboOwner 19 juli 2026

We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome your family back for another memorable getaway soon.

Thank you so much for sharing about your sisters mountain getaway! We are absolutely delighted that the cabin was a great fit for your group, especially having two king bedrooms on the same level to make things easier and more comfortable for your sister. Creating a space that’s both welcoming and accessible is so important to us, so it means a lot to hear that it worked well for you. It sounds like you made some wonderful memories—enjoying the basketball finals, games, and dinners together in the open floor plan is exactly what we hope for our guests. There is nothing better than quality sister time in the mountains! We would love to welcome you all back again soon for another special gathering. We encourage guests to book direct and save up to 15% on your booking!

Bearfoot Memories had everything I was looking for in a cabin...2 king beds on the main floor, ensuite bathrooms with showers, a wonderful view and close enough to Gatlinburg and Dollywood to only require a 20-30 minute drive. Here are my personal pros and cons for the cabin:PROS: (in no particular order): - The view was spectacular!- The hot tub was clean and worked very well. - The cabin was very clean, including the rocking chairs and tables on the outdoor covered deck.- The upstairs bonus room pool table was a lot of fun, the room was well lit and comfortable with good seating areas. - Beds were very comfortable.- Good overhead lighting in all roomsCONS: - I felt that the counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms need to be updated...just my personal preference. - Showers are quite small.- Only 1 bedside table in each bedroom.

Great time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our time at Bearfoot Memories. Perfect for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids). Unfortunately (or fortunately?) we didn’t see any bears at the cabin, but did on the mini-golf course in Gatlinburg. The shared road and private driveway were both steep and narrow - take it slow. The views are wonderful. We loved the location - close enough to town to get there easily but far enough away there isn’t a crowd or traffic. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool table by after long days exploring. Loved how dark the bedrooms got with the blinds and curtains but anyone sleeping on the futon would probably get up with the sun.

It sounds like you had quite the memorable wildlife encounter during your time in Gatlinburg! We appreciate you mentioning the road and driveway as well—taking it slow is definitely the best approach. It’s wonderful to hear you were able to relax in the hot tub and enjoy the pool table after your days of exploring. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback, and we hope to welcome you and your family back for another stay soon!
