En mycket rymlig lägenhet i en exceptionell position, färdig och dekorerad till en hög standard med marmor och trägolv i hela och modernt inredning, boende inkluderar två sovrum med fullt badrum. Terrass med matbord och stolar med utsikt över havet.

Beaulieu är en charmig fransk badort med en daglig frukt-, grönsak- och blommamarknad på det gamla torget. Två internationellt berömda hotell, många restauranger både franska och vissa med italiensk inflytande, inklusive den internationellt berömda afrikanska drottningens restaurang, kasino och biograf gör det till ett utmärkt läge för både sommar- och vinterferier. Det finns flera stränder inom gångavstånd från lägenheten som erbjuder vattensportaktiviteter. Det finns två marinor, den större som lägenheten har utsikt över, har en fungerande fiskeflotta som säljer sin fångst på kajen varje morgon. Spacious and comfortable apartment

Apartment very well supplied. Very good beds, linens and kitchen equipment, decor dated but very comfortable. Perfect location, transport close by. Excellent view. Our stay marred by hotel renovation next door, but this a temporary situation. I would very much recommend this choice.

Return to Le Marina

This was our second stay in Le Marina, the first being five years ago. It felt very familiar when we walked in the door, greeted warmly by Donna. We appreciate there was a fast turnaround between our arrival and the departure of the previous guests, and the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough, even with the limited time available. For example I found a dirty plate on the floor behind a curtain in the bedroom, which had been overlooked. Some doors had dirty fingerprints on them, and it all looked a bit shabby. Not much has changed since our last visit, and perhaps a little redecorating might be considered. The kitchen, in particular, would benefit from a coat of paint. The windows could probably do with upgrading, as the wind whistled through on a windy day. The patio door to the main balcony is very hard to close, and a couple of times, we couldn't lock it when leaving the apartment, we had to close the shutters instead. The apartment is well equipped with everything you might need during a longer stay than ours, though a shower caddy would be useful! We were a bit unlucky with our timing, as there was major renovation work going on at the hotel next door, which started at 7.15am, and the noise of drilling continued all day. That, however, was just bad luck, and we learned to live with it. Thanks to Donna for facilitating our late check out, and allowing us to leave our luggage for an extra couple of hours, as we had an evening flight home. We will be back!

Superb apartment

A delightful and extremely spacious flat in a perfect position with marvellous views in all directions. Very efficient check-in and help from Donna. Highly recommended.

My friends & I were there to both play & watch tennis. We genuinely had the best of times Sarah (the owner) & Donna (property manager) could not have been more accommodating. Everything about the apartment was fabulous. It's a great location, gorgeously appointed simply just perfect. Book it - you won't be disappointed

The condo was excellent-size,furnishings,kitchen appliances,etc,laundry,view.The big downside was the excessive traffic noise! The condo is right at a very busy intersection with many noisy vehicles and motorcycles

Celebrating my birthday

What a wonderful property, it exceeded all our expectations. Very central for the supermarket , train station and the beach.It had a wonderful balcony where we would eat our breakfast and sometimes our evening meal. We definitely hope to go back next year.

Wonderful to take in the view every day from the living room and balcony. Quiet, secure building. Easy walking distance to beaches and town square. Everything is carefully designed for a comfortable stay. Excellent coordination with host.

Perfect location

You will be hard pressed to find a more ideal location along the riviera. They go out of their way to make everything easy for us. We have stayed in this apartment multiple times, and it is always lovely.

Spacious appartment

Practical location. Spacious appartment. However, Much more noise from the street than anticipated. Two bathrooms and an extra toilet was though a positive surprise. The tiny bed (1,40 m) in the masters was though disappointing and gave us some sleepless nights. A King size could easily fit in the masters and is also what we had expected at This Price level. We had some Challenges with various things in the appartment, which the local handy man fixed really fast. That was nice. And overall a good experience.

Bel appartement MAIS SANS PARKING

Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l’annonce, il n’y a pas de parking avec l’appartement. Donc il faut soit se garer en payant dans la rue (s’il reste des places à l’arrivée, soit aller à l’autre bout du port au parking gratuit - 10 minutes de marche). Comme c’était un de nos critères de choix de l’appartement, nous avons été très déçus à notre arrivée ! Et cela nous a fait perdre du temps pendant le séjour. Sinon, l’appartement est très agréable et spacieux. La cuisine est très bien équipée et il y a des produits d’épicerie dans les placards, comme à la maison. Le linge de maison est d’excellente qualité. Le balcon agréable avec sa vue sur le port. Nous avons apprécié que chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bains. L’appartement est bien chauffé (mois de février). Enfin, l’accueil de Donna est charmant.

Agréable séjour au Soleil à Noël

Perfect Autumn getaway

This beautifully appointed apartment, with its spectacular view of the marina and Cap D'Ail, did not disappoint. The rooms are large and airy, and every necessity is supplied, including, to our delight, a Nespresso machine in the kitchen! From our welcoming greeting from manager Donna, to our departure and a cheery farewell from the Concierge, we had a wonderful autumn break in the lovely town of Beaulieu. We enjoyed le petit-dejeuner soaking up the sun on the balcony of the apartment, and with so many wonderful restaurants close by, we didn't cook even once in the very well fitted kitchen. We'll be back soon!

Great place to stay!

We only spent 3 nights at Beaulieu-sur-Mer and could have stayed much longer. Mrs. Hutchins place is very comfortable with a king and queen bed and beautiful view of the harbour. Very functional kitchen and great balcony and living room area. Many restaurants in the town and along the beach. Close to a great grocery store. Everything very walkable. We spent our days exploring the towns along the Cote d'Azur. Wonderful central location! Thanks.

Great Apartment

This was our second stay at this special apartment. Wonderful views from the balcony, while we ate breakfast. All rooms are large and, comfortable, a bit of home from home. We do like the underground parking, which is very secure, with lift access. The apartment is well situated for the marina, which we use regularly, the beaches and, town, all within a short walk. Donna and Sarah could not be more helpful and, are both a pleasure to deal with. Beaulieu itself, is a great place to base yourself, with Nice & Monaco an easy commute, Ventimiglia a short train journey away. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and, we hope to return again inthe not too distant future.

Brilliant location, fantastic apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Beaulieu, the apartment exceeded our expectations, 2 spacious bedrooms with large ensuite bathrooms, a large entrance hall leading to a large lounge room...lots of larges here! We spent many happy hours out on the balcony which extends the width of the apartment and has fabulous views of the marina and the Med, always something to see. The kitchen, with its own small balcony, is light and bright and well equipped for the chef in the house, the pantry cupboard had condiments and cooking ingredients as did the fridge. The location is superb, easy walk to the station to catch the train to Ventimiglia via Monaco and Cannes in the opposite direction. Beaulieu is a pleasant town , we enjoyed the restaurants in town and down at the Marina. The fruit and vegetable market is an added bonus. The apartment was exactly as described, it exceeded our expectations, we were delighted, the addition of a telephone was also much appreciated. Wifi (once we found the code) worked perfectly. A couple of small things, parking can be difficult, however there are car parks just a short distance away. Also, Sky Channel did not work due to signal restrictions, this was not an issue for us, we weren't there to watch TV. Sarah, the owner and Donna the manager were a delight to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. We loved this place and would have no hesitation in recommending it, we hope to return in the near future. Thanks Sarah for letting us share your beautiful apartment, I hope we did a good job on the plants!

It is a little corner of the South of France which suited both my husband and me, he liked views of the mountains and I wanted sea-views. We both wanted to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. We also have a sporty son, who over the years has learnt to sail, play tennis and generally enjoyed holidaying and exploring with friends this part of France.
