Gästerna kommer att njuta av enkel tillgång till sevärdheter i området som Mustang Island State Park, Padre Island National Seashore, Texas State Aquarium och miles av vindpipade stränder.

INTERIÖR
Interiören har en modern kustkänsla med lugnande färgscheman och bekväma soffor som uppmuntrar dig att slå tillbaka och koppla av medan du tittar på den 60 "plattskärms-TV. Det öppna konceptet kök, vardagsrum och matplats är det perfekta stället att förena alla för att njuta av en trevlig familjemåltid efter en lång dag på stranden. I nedre våningen finns också ett sovrum med en king size-säng och badrum. På övervåningen finns ytterligare två sovrum, alla med eget badrum. Den ena har en king size-säng och den andra har två queen size-sängar. Det finns också en bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng för att sova ytterligare 2 gäster i vardagsrummet och 2 tvillingstorlekar för att rymma totalt 12 gäster. Köket är fullt utrustat och det finns också en tvättmaskin / torktumlare för din bekvämlighet. Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar gratis Wifi, 2 reserverade parkeringsplatser, kolgrillgrill och TV i varje sovrum.

Perfect Stay for a Large Group!

There were 12 of us, and the property was spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The location was perfect, with Whitecap Beach just across the street, making it super convenient for beach outings. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The management staff was also very helpful and responsive. Great condo with great location!

Father’s Day weekend

We all had a cozy comfortable room to sleep in. The AC was super cold , the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with . The Pool was nice and clean. Every room had a TV. There was even extra clean blankets to use. Overall we had a great time with all my family being able to be together. Thank you

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Property manager was great in working with us when we needed to modify the reservation. Only thing is that I would not recommend staying here with babies, toddlers, or young children learning to walk, as floors are concrete. Also rollaway beds shown as put together/made up on listing, but they were not. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Some maintenance required

Toilet seat was broken, cobwebs under dresser, shower was painted and some of paint peeled every shower, rug under dining table was curled up tripping people, refrigerator light was out, ice maker didn’t work, and dishwasher did poor job of cleaning.

It's just okay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: -plenty of room for our group-the bedroom on the bottom floor was super hot compared to the rest of the condo...made it hard to sleep-it was nice to have 3 bathrooms, 2 are adjoining rooms-plenty of extra bedding and pillows if needed- the carpet has stains...the stair carpet should be removed-the coffee pot did not work properly...needs a pot that works with the drip valve- the living room fan could only be used on low was super loud and shaking excessively on high-the tvs are hard to operate...need to provide instructions-the tv in the room with double beds did not work

Great location but

Location, sleeping room and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our large group. The living room furniture was very used, stained and uncomfortable. WI-FI was horrible, tried to work a couples hours in the morning but had to go to Starbucks. We tried to reset and called customer service. Also had a bug problem, ants and black small bug and found a cockroach ran across the clean dishes.

Cockroaches and Cold Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Got a call from the management company prior to our check-in letting us know the owners had scheduled a bug treatment company to come in at 9am our first morning and that children and dogs needed to be kept away from the chemicals for at least at hour. I told them at 9am that wasn't possible so they rescheduled for later that day. That first morning we found out why they hired a bug company, the house has a cockroach infestation which is probably the real reason you can't leave food as there isn't actually any Texas state law against it that I'm aware of. Each morning of our stay we found roaches in the kitchen and killed them. Not too big a deal but it was definitely gross! The weather sucked but that's no ones fault. We went to the "heated" pool on a chilly day only to find that the kids pool area was NOT heated by any stretch of the imagination and the pool itself was barely lukewarm, even chilly below the first 4 inches of water. The kids played in it but it definitely wasn't warm water. The layout of the house was nice, plenty of beds and space. Appreciated the cots and sleeping pads and loved the location to town and the beach! Overall a lovely little townhouse that needs their bug problem fixed and pool warmed up a bit more.

Good place needs WiFi upgrade

This is a nice place and suitable for a crowd but not with the current WiFi setup. There was no WiFi upstairs at all. Cooking was easy and furniture was good in the unit, but kids and family were disappointed in the WiFi.

Great place to stay

The room set up was perfect for our family. It seemed to be an older place, but clean and well taken care of. Pool area was nice, but cold. Management was quick to come and turn in the heater. It didn’t heat up very much before we had to leave. Easy check in and check out. Just wish there was a hot tub.

Great property!

Perfect property that met our needs. About a 5 minute drive to the beach and short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We had 8 in our group - my husband and I, my mom, and our three young adult children and their significant others. The older adults stayed downstairs while the young adults stayed upstairs. The stairs are kind of steep, so it was tough on older knees. We had plenty of room and enough beds for everyone. Having three bathrooms was great for our group and had plenty of towels. We enjoyed the full kitchen and dining area, as we stayed in most nights for meals. The kitchen had everything we needed which was a big plus. We did not use the back patio as it was not private and too close to the property adjacent to us as they were usually taking up too much space and smoking outside. The pool area was nice but was crowded most of the time so we did not get to enjoy it. But we spent most of our time at the beach or exploring the island. Overall, this place fit our needs and our budget and we would definitely stay here again.

The homes were really nice and with all of the condos we were in backing up to each other, it made it really easy for us to hang out. The staff was super helpful in helping us get organized with 5 homes! My only "issue" is some having 1 room that sleeps 6 which doesn't work well with mixed company.
