Customer service was excellent! Checking in was easy. Our room was clean and cool. Amenities were just as stated online. We look forward to staying there again soon!

Stay at the Grand Villas

It was a great stay. Very friendly staff, loved the tiki bar and the restaurant by the swimming pools, enjoyed the golf courses and the playground with our children, and the place is very clean. They have security riding around all day and night. The only problem we had was in our room the bedroom didn’t get near as cold with the air conditioner as it did in the kitchen and the air didn’t work at all in the bathroom.

It was very nice and clean!

It was a great place for a few nights! They even upgraded us to a two bedroom free of charge! The facility was very nice and clean! The room was quiet. The only recommendation for change is designated parking spots for different condos. We had to park at the other end of the complex. Overall, well worth the cost!

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, very friendly staff, very helpful.

We loved the activities offered every day. There was nothing negative to say about our stay, with the exception of the presentation that we agreed to attend. The last guy that talked to us got very nasty because we didn't buy and that gave us a sour taste. Everything else was really great!

Comfortable and convenient condo perfect for small family!

We loved staying here! The beds were excellent, the soaker tub was used every night after our days at Disney and the staff was excellent. We ate breakfast and dinner here every night. The kitchen is small but well equipped and perfect if you've food prepped your meals ahead of time. This property was the perfect distance to all Disney parks and located in a great area. Will stay again!

The unit was clean, the property and staff were great.

Sounds funny, but it had the best sofa bed we have ever experienced!! The unit was adequate but a tad small for 4. We weren't there much and didn't cook so it wasn't an issue. I was impressed with the front desk staff and amenities for the size of the property. What was of concern was the mildew smell in the unit. It seems like ventilation might be an issue as it has the smell and towels didn't dry in a timely manner. The a/c unit blew very forcefully in the living /kitchen area but not in BR or bathroom. I'm glad there was a ceiling fan in the BR. The other concern was the very strange smell to the hot tub and pool. My kids said that the water in the unit had a faint smell of the same but that could have been their imagination. We would have spent more time in the pools (they were so warm--it was great!) except for the awful smell. It really was awful and if you're swimming or playing, you know some is going into your mouth. It was a negative issue for me. Otherwise, we had a pleasant experience and would stay there again, hoping the smell was a one-time fluke.

Charming 1 bedroom villa close to everything!

Nice little resort. More pro’s than cons! The biggest complaint is that the balcony overlooks a large palm tree and the sliding glass door allows far too much noise from the pool area. Thankfully the pool has a strict quiet hour from 11 pm to 7 am. The resort is easy to get to and easy to figure out. The staff, well, I can’t speak highly enough of the staff. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER WAS AWESOME! I can live without a “perfect” room, but the customer service MUST be impeccable and I assure you the service was top notch! I highly recommend this unit on this property!

Very nice and clean condo!

The staff when we checked in were super friendly. They were very accommodating knowing that we were coming from Tampa to escape the hurricane. The complex itself is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay there. Great Shelter From The Hurricane! Would definitely stay there again.

Property is an "extended vacation sales property" while they were not over the top on pushing it they do push it. Room was okay, sofa was cheap and bed was great. Bathroom was large and really nice. Amenities were goid and staff extremely outgoing. Would recommend it....

Great room; typical timeshare

Overall, our 2 nights here were 4-5 stars. The rental was sectioned off into three separate rooms. The king bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge with a separate large shower from the bathtub and a large double sink for getting ready. The rental was well equipped with all the necessities. There is a pool around the corner from the room with a very large hot tub. Additionally there were many amenities that your typical hotel doesn't have such as ping pong tables, shuffle boards, a restaurant/hoagie shop etc. The staff were friendly and accommodating and check in was easy. The only thing I found bothersome was the timeshare ordeal and the push for you to spend a morning with a sale rep in order to get you involved. It was your typical "come over this way to receive your free gift" followed by 10 minutes of, "if you do this, you'll get this" which might have been more appealing had we not spent the day travelling. Otherwise awesome stay!

Nice bang for your buck

Rooms were a tad small, but it was very clean, nice, and amenities were great. Resort was very family oriented, which adds a great plus for the little ones that came along. Kids absolutely loved the volcano pull on sister property across street. Would come again.

Beautiful...Well kept/clean!

More then happy with our stay here! Clean,quiet, private,beautiful! Everything that you could possibly need was in the room if you want to cook some meals as we did, I mean everything!! Very happy about that! I would stay here agin as well as refer family and friends! The only thing that was upsetting was that we were given a paper to place on our dashboard so that the staff knew we were staying there but there were so many cars at night that did NOT have these papers making parking a pita!! Coming back at night from a day at Magic Kigdom made it upsetting that we had to park far away from where we were staying! Get that under control & next time there will be no ? as to 5 stars!

It was beautiful! Well kept grounds and rooms and a variety of activities and pools!!

We enjoyed our stay! My only complaint was I didn't know it was part of a vacation group. We were pressured many times to listen to a presentation and pay to receive discount trips to many destinations. We declined the invitation to the presentations, but spoke with other guests who had gone. They encouraged us not to go after they experienced the presentation and pushy sales tactics. Overall it was a wonderful stay, but be prepared to say no many times if you aren't interested in that sort of thing.
