Casas de Guadalupe är en liten enklav av omsorgsfullt restaurerade historiska adobe casitas. 12 casitas ligger strax utanför plaza - vi har ett och två sovrum semesterbostäder, var och en med en unik planlösning.

Denna 730 kvadratmeter semester hyra är en av våra mest eftertraktade casitas. Med två sovrum och två badrum det ska göra en familjer semester gå i uppfyllelse! Vardagsrummet är skild från köket genom en räkning top bar, perfekt för sammankomster. Den har alla de autentiska inslag - en kiva öppen spis, Saltillo kakel och trägolv. Men det har också varit skickligt uppdaterats för att förse dig med alla moderna bekvämligheter, inklusive kabel-tv, tvättstuga, ett fullt utrustat kök, luftkonditionering och gratis höghastighetsinternet. Detta Casita har en stor sluten uteplats som är perfekt för en utomhus kväll på en mild sommarkväll. Vi har kostnadsfri parkering så att du kan bara parkera bilen och gå till plaza på några minuter! Mellan plaza och den helt nya bangård, du har mycket att göra!

Santa Fe Get Away

This property was perfect for a visit to Santa Fe. The casita is adorable, well maintained and within walking distance to the old town area. The host, Mary Ann Kaye, was incredible. She went out of her way to address a problem I was having with the T.V. (due to my inexperience), as well as returning an item that was left there at checkout. Will definitely want to rent this casita when I return. By the way, the parking was great!!! Very grateful to Mary Ann Kaye for all of her efforts!

Great spot for Santa Fe stay

The Casita is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It’s very close to the square and other locations to walk to, but it still is quiet. Very enjoyable place to stay.

Quiet Casita, close to everything!

We loved this place and would stay here again. There's a cute little courtyard, a fully stocked kitchen and comfy bedrooms. We loved the central location.

Great place to stay in Santa Fe!

We loved our stay here. It was close to the Plaza and Railroad Yard shops. The Casita was very cozy with the just the right amount of room for the 4 of us. I highly recommend this place to stay

Great stay

Excellent location- easy walk to all the sites and good places to eat close by. We didn't really use the kitchen but it looked well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

Casita in Santa Fe

Perfect location for easy walking to the sites in downtown and to restaurants. Casita was cute, clean, comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. We appreciate that it is dog friendly! Communication with host was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for our family of four!

Wonderful Casita, Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casita D. The neighborhood was quiet & the casita was excellent...comfortable, cheerful & airy and the kitchen was well stocked. We usually have opted for a hotel room in the past, but from now on, The Casas de Guadalupe will be our choice!!!

Short vaca with dogs

Great location for people and dogs. Easily walkable to the plaza and to greenspace. Lovely private patio. Charmingly decorated and well-stocked. Great showers. Comfy bed. Would definitely book again.

Came to Santa Fe to celebrate hubbys birthday. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and close to everything. We had a couple great restaurants that were within walking distance. I would definitely come back again.

Casita D has tasteful southwestern decor; cozy fireplace, well-equiped kitchen, comfortable, private patio for drinks and conversation. Walkable to downtown Santa Fe museums, restaurants, and galleries. Mary Ann is a great and responsive host. We loved our stay.

Lovely!

The house is adorable and comfortable. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go as the house is close to many attractions. The beds were comfortable; the house was clean and neat. Mary Ann gave us excellent directions to navigate to and enter the property. She was friendly and quite easy to reach. Will definitely stay there again, if I ever get to go back to Santa Fe.

Autumn in the Grand Southwest

We felt right at home in this lovely casita. The welcoming kiva kept us warm as the evenings were especially chilly. Conveniently located within walking distance of Historic Santa Fe, the Cultural Arts District and the Railyard Scene, we explored on foot and enjoyed outstanding cuisine. Our home away from home was cozy, clean, and bright and the enclosed patio was a boon for our canine companion!

An adobe casita near the Santa Fe Plaza--perfect for a Santa Fe experience

As described, this is a comfortable and cozy casita within walking distance to nearly every thing you'd want to visit in Santa Fe--the main Santa Fe Plaza, The Railyard arts district, museums, galleries, top resturants, and a fun wine tasting room for Gruet, a good New Mexico "champagne". The fireplace was wonderful since it snowed while we were there. We found Mary Anne to be very efficient and easy to work with during the reservation and check-in/check-out processes. I hope to return in the spring/summer season.

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased these properties. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them. 10 darling vacation rentals, all within the same complex, just off the plaza...what sales person could resist!! Come and experience the friendly people, the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops, and best of all the outdoor activities in and around Santa Fe!

Casita D is a great property for family and friends. The kitchen is easy to maneuver and has everything necessary to prepare a delicious meal (or warm up your delicious left overs from earlier in the day!). The kitchen counter has two bar stools and the den has a kiva fireplace. This casitas has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a full size bed. The larger bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a shower/tub. The second bathroom is located off of the kitchen (next to the bedroom) with a shower. The private patio is enclosed with coyote fencing, and parking is only steps away.

Walk to the plaza and enjoy all our shops, restaurants, museums and much, much more!

This property is located just off of Guadalupe which is one of the main streets that borders the Plaza. Once you cross Guadalupe, you will see lots of shops, restaurants and museums. Park is a very quiet street just off the beaten path. You can enjoy a day at the plaza, walk back to the casita and enjoy a quiet night on the patio. Or take a little walk to any of the nearby restaurants in the area. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are several grocery stores in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to whip up a delicious meal of your very own!
