En vacker familj hem nu tillgänglig för uthyrning till en enda familj eller för en grupp semester.

3.400 m² - ligger på 45: e parallellt i centrum av norra Michigan på 150 meter av den sandiga stranden av länets största "all-sport" sjö.

Detta lakefront, har luftkonditionerade hem fyra sviter, var och en innehållande 2 dubbelsängar och ett badrum, plus 2 anslutna intilliggande sovrum för extra gäster eller barn. Det finns gratis WiFi och kabel-tv.

En katedral tak stort rum med en dubbelsidig sten spis, en sluten sön veranda rum och ett stort öppet däck förbise en rymlig gräsmatta som leder till en underbar, Childsafe gå ut badstrand med brygga, kajak, roddbåt, kanot, eldstaden och en spektakulär solnedgång.

En offentlig sjösättning är 400 meter bort ...

3. "Golf Mecka" - vi ligger tvärs över gatan från Marsh Ridge och Michywe kurser och 17 mästerskapsbanor att utmana dig på måttliga priser ligger en kort bilresa bort.
4. Snöskoter - miles av preparerade spår i alla riktningar direkt från vår stuga för långa avstånd eller dagliga lokala loopar ... ligger på Trail 4/7 vilket leder till 300 miles av preparerade spår.
5. Skidor - längdskidåkning eller utförsåkning på 150 genomsnittliga årliga inches av snöfall - Boyne Mountain, Otsego Club och Treetops närheten.
6. Jakt - Tusentals hektar av statens mark i närheten håller riklig småvilt, fåglar, kalkon och hjort ...
7. Sightseeing - Mindre än 1 timmes bilresa till Traverse City, Mackinac Island, Petoskey, Charlevoix och Harbor Springs. Spektakulära falla färg turer börjar här.

Another great vacation!

Many great memories were made once again here! We call this trip our “Big Vacation” and look forward to it all year long! We’ve already made our reservations for next year! This house and the property are so comfortable and there’s enough space for our large family!

Great house right on the lake

We have stayed here 3 times now it has been a great experience every time. We bring an ice fishing group to the lake each year and the house is great.

This house was perfect for our family! We had two children under 2 with us and there was a really nice space for them to roam around and play with their toys. The view looking out from the house was absolutely gorgeous. Communication with the owner and manager was also really great. They helped make sure we had a great stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to take advantage of the water activities, but I wish we could have. We did enjoy just sitting outside and looking at the beautiful lake. We could see the bottom of the lake by the house! We spent a little time in the downtown Gaylord area which was super cute and had great food options! If it was closer to us or we have another occasion in the area, we will definitely return.

Our summer happy place

This is our 2nd stay at this property. Great for our annual family vacation. Grandma and Grandpa were very comfortable with the first floor suite and short and level walk to the lake. The location works excellent for our Shel Haven canoe day and our golf day. Having use of the space across the street for parking and play is a nice bonus.

Family fun

This is our 3rd time there as a family group. The house meets our needs completely. The lake and beach area were great for our growing children. For each family to have their own suit is such a great accommodation to have.

Big Vacation

We’ve come every year for a while and this house and property meet our needs: enough beds for our large family, plenty of living space, great yard, beach, and shallow water for the kids! Jerry and Tom are great to work with, too! We’ll be back next year!

Beautiful!

House and property were beautiful with plenty of sleeping accommodations for all! Host answered any questions immediately and was very pleasant to work with. Overall family enjoyed the stay. The only concern was some mold in the kitchen and an old shriveled up pizza in the refrigerator…but not enough to keep us from visiting again.

Vacation fun.

The house worked well for our group of 8 adults and 2 children, although it could use a little refreshing or updating. There was plenty of room for everyone. The lake and beach were great for children and lake activities, and the property's proximity to golf courses, walking paths and bike trails was certainly a plus.

Snowmobile Vacation

We had a great time during our stay. Initially started off well with a conversation with the owner when booking. Property manager met us on arrival and walked us through the entire property and provided answers to all of our questions. We had plenty of parking for our trailers and vehicles on the owners property. Short ride to main trail and excellent location for food and beverage access. We will book again for next year. We will post some pictures in the near future.

Well played out for our large group of 14. Everyone had a bed. Beautiful location. Only small complaint is that there wasn’t enough plates and silverware for 14. We had to go buys some. We will be back.

Full Family Vacation

We had a family group of 7 adults and 7 kids. What a great facility. We had plenty of room, big table for dinner plus picnic tables, fun balcony, plus two extra rooms if you needed quite time. It was super hot and the air conditioning was great. Lake was good for all ages.

Great Getaway!

We took several customers on a snowmobile trip and wanted easy access to the trails, an area to grill and a nice place for all of us to stay together. Very pleased with the home and the entire process. Would recommend to anyone, groups big or small!
