Not clean. Someone need to go into the place and do a good cleaning, very dirty.

Dirty, someone does not care about this property. Its smell, towels dirty pot and pan are old. Light bulbs missing in front room and bed room. I could have on but I will stop. Need a bigger tv.

Not up to our standards

The property was not up to standards we have for cleanliness, or readiness upon arrival, and several things were broken or needed to be fixed. Photos posted are not representative of the current condition of the unit. Pool and other ameneties outside of the unit were good.

Disappointment

This property was dirty and the cleaning service sent by the owner after we had complained about the condition stated that he could not properly clean the property given its condition even after his allotted time had been extended from 1 hour to 3 hours. This property was also poorly furnished including furniture, lack of lighting, housewares, linens. This property was poorly maintained. Neither the patio door nor the blind covering it could fully open, light bulbs were missing and replacements were not available. The garbage disposal leaked and was replaced at our request but was unusable because the splash guard was omitted. The service of a lock smith was an unexpected expense for us as the keys provided for this unit did not unlock all of the door locks. We were not informed of the need to not use of one of the locks. Also, using the primary dead bolt took many attempts because the lock cylinder wasn't secured. We stayed away from this property as much as possible as comfort was not an amenity. We also ate all but one of our meals at restaurants as preparing food in this environment was very off-putting due to chipped dishes and a poorly equipped kitchen. The ice maker doesn’t function properly. The contacts we made with VRBO to improve this negative experience were also minimal, offered no alternatives, and often contradictory depending on who answered our phone calls.

Exception stay in a wonderful area of town

I am traveling medical professional that has a lot needs. Short term stay, furnished housing , good location, reasonable price and allows pets- usually impossible to find all of these needs. However our stay at Paradise Valley Place has met all of those needs and more. Liz is excellent at communication and has went above and beyond for our stay. If I need help with anything, at all, she is just a quick phone call and/or text away and is fast at responding to my needs. The place has a wonderful pool(s), gym and everything you need to cookout out. I would 10/10 recommend staying at this location!

Nice development

The development was good. The condo wasn’t up to my standards for cleanliness or supplies.The usable kitchen equipment was minimal. Could not cook dinner for my family . Probably won’t use site again .

Wonderful location, secure and quite comfortable

This is a sweet, comfortable, efficient space with nice amenities. It is located near anything you might need: groceries, gas, medical facilities, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, walking paths, freeways...and much more. The landlady is friendly, professional and attentive. We would stay in this condo again in a hearbeat!

A two month eperience

Great Location and Complex, close to everything you need

Beautiful Condo and great place to stay. The condo has everything that you may need to be comfortable and feel at home. For dog owners, there are plenty of places to walk your dog and doggie stations located throughout the property. There are also 2 off leash dog parks very close by. The complex has an awesome pool area and good workout facility, as well. There are several restaurants within walking distance, Sapporo(Japanese/sushi), Mad Greens, Zoe's Kitchen(Mediterranean), Sauce(pizza) and Five Pie(more pizza), just to name a few, with many more that are just short drive or UBER/LYFT ride away. If you enjoy to shop, Kierland is very close by with many restaurants to choose from also. For golfers there are several locations close by and also a covered driving range that is a very short drive on North Scottsdale Rd. The condo is also very convenient to TPC Scottsdale. If you enjoy to cook, several grocery stores are 4- 5 minutes away. There is fantastic BBQ area located at the pool! The owner is very easy to work with and even helped me get in the condo on a last minute request at 7 pm and is very good about responding to any questions you may have. Great experience for my stay in Scottsdale and I look forward to staying again!

Lovely, Quiet Condo

I stayed for 16 nights (while my own condo was remodeled) and brought my two little poodles. The Plaza Residences is super dog friendly, with walking paths, grassy areas and potty bag dispensers. The unit was very comfortable and well equipped with kitchen and bath amenities,. I really enjoyed walking to and from Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter! Would definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay at Plaza Residences.

Location was safe and excellent; walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The fitness center and pools were very important to us so it was handy to have them on site. We would return to this area.

Plaza Residences location is excellent. Location of building 6 is excellent for pool and Bbq'd access. Condo was comfortable and well equipped. Could use a vacuum for client cleaning. Bed comfortable but very noisy with the least movement. Bath tub could use updating Appliances and dishes were good but could use new cutlery and no wine glasses

Great Location

My wife and I spent 4 weeks here. It is an attractive apartment. The complex is nice and the apartment is close to pool and grill. There are 20 great restaurants within walking distance. The overall stay was very enjoyable.

I stayed 9 nights. Great location. Nice complex. Enjoyed pools and hot tub. Kids and I shot some billards and I even used the community office to print some documents. Accommodations nicer than most hotels in the area. Comfy couch and bed, nice kitchen. Pleasant owner experience. I would stay here again.

Great place with everything included!

This place was great to stay in because it included everything I needed - just showed up with my suitcases. The owner was very sweet and accommodating to my situation as a student with a dog with a bizarre schedule - and kept in touch with how I was doing and told me about local events and places to visit during my time here. It was a very quiet, safe and peaceful stay - perfect for studying, relaxing and entertaining too. The gym was great for workouts, the pool was pristine and the neighbors were friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a furnished comfortable place to stay in Scottsdale with no hassles.

This property has been fully upgraded unlike others in the complex. It sits in a quiet area of the complex, and is a perfect place to entertain or quietly enjoy your vacation. It is in a highly desirable area, and within walking distance to high end restaurants and shopping.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I have a custom built granite bar, which is unique to my condo. Of the many renovations I did upon moving in was tearing out a coat closet and a pantry closet to make an arched opening for the bar. It makes the space not only much bigger, but provides a more enjoyable manner in which to entertain guests.
