Nyinredda med moderna möbler och fullt utrustade med stora bekvämligheter är det här den perfekta platsen att njuta av din ödesemester. Det finns 3 sovrum (Kung, Dam, drottning) och 2 badrum vardera med dubbla handfat. Alla rum har platt-tv! Njut av ett spel med pool på biljardbordet i vardagsrummet eller mysigt upp till eldstaden och njut av en Blu-Ray eller DVD-film i vardagsrummet. Vi erbjuder ett sortiment av DVD-filmer, böcker för lugn läsning, baby redskap för unga familjer och en välfylld kök med köksredskap, bakeware, små apparater, redskap och även kaffe och kryddor för att komma igång. Bakgården har en gnistrande spela biljard, badtunna, två stora gräsytor, BBQ, matbord för 6 och 4 schäslonger solstolar för att njuta av solen!

Hemmet är mycket privat och ligger i ett lugnt område, men ändå precis runt hörnet från otaliga golfbanor, fina restauranger, exklusiva shopping-, sport- och nöjesställen, bekvämt shopping (dagligvaruhandel, apotek, gas, salong, spa), The Mayo Clinic, biografer och professionella tjänster. Hemmet har travertinplattor och designmattor hela, professionell belysning i alla rum - alla på dimmers, ett fullt utrustat kök med alla nödvändigheter för att laga en gourmetmat, hårtorkar i badrummen, grundläggande toalettartiklar i badrummen för att komma igång. Vi tillhandahåller badlakan, handdukar, handdukar, utomhuspool / spa handdukar.

Det finns ett mistersystem på uteplatsen för att hålla uteplatsen sval under sommarmånaderna, 6 cruisercyklar, 4 tennisracketar för att njuta av tennisbanorna runt hörnet, en iPod-docka, utökad HDTV-kabelservice, Nintendo Wii, Blu-ray / DVD-spelare, telefon, gratis WiFi, öppen spis och mycket mer!

EN ANMÄRKNING OM POOLVÄRME: Poolen kan värmas under vintermånaderna när den naturliga bassängens temperatur sjunker på grund av lägre utetemperaturer. Pooluppvärmning är frivillig och tillgänglig för $ 30 / dag med ett minimum på 3 på varandra följande dagar. Vid uppvärmning hålls temperaturen mellan 83-86 grader. Vi rekommenderar i allmänhet att poolen värms 15 oktober till 31 maj för att vara en bekväm simningstemperatur.

Superb house in a nice Scottsdale neighborhood

The property was immaculately clean and wonderfully outfitted. It has the best functioning kitchen I've had in a VRBO. The amenities, especially for an almost toddler were fantastic. The hosts were responsive and very easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Enjoyable Stay

This home is stunning! High ceilings make it so grand, yet the décor makes the house very warm and inviting. We so enjoyed the spacious kitchen, large dining room table, beautiful grill bar and patio table. Backyard lighting made dinner by the pool after dark so lovely. The beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are spacious (I personally loved the Philosophy bath products).The pool is bigger than it looks as is the house…we spent a lot of time chillin in the pool. The quiet neighborhood is great for biking-there are 4 cruiser bikes in the garage. We loved riding to breakfast past the lovely Kierlands Golf Course. We also loved the close proximity to Kierland Commons with its wonderful restaurants and shopping. Amazing vacation! We hope to be back soon!

Lovely Scottsdale Rental

Pool was lovely and we had ample space to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped with pans and tools to prep meals. Would definitely stay here again. The house is in North East Scottsdale so access to downtown/old town and other activities will require a 15-20 min drive, but there is some advantage to being out of the main swirl. It depends on what you are looking for.

It has a well stocked kitchen, plenty of room for three couples, and a fabulous pool. We paid to have the pool heated in February. It was SO worth it! Lots of time spent in and around the pool. We walked to store and Kierland Commons; both within a mile. Management was responsive upon arrival and departure, didn’t need a thing the rest of the week. Thanks!

Nice Place To Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very we’ll equipped. The pool is fantastic and happy they had a safety fence for the pool as we had two small children with us. Also enjoyed the wide selection of toys and a fantastically equipped kitchen. A very nice house in very good condition.

Thanksgiving stay

Great location, close to Kierland shops and restaurants. We rode our bikes everyday from the house to the bike path off Shea and 84th. Pool was heated and perfect temp, swam daily after biking. House had everything needed to make our stay comfortable and easy.

Loved our Stay

I would highly recommend this property. The owners maintain it meticulously. House, furnishings, pool, and property are all great. Everything was so thoughtful, any kitchen gadget we needed, was there. The desk/workstation had not only the basics, but even a spare mouse. Charging stations for devices conveniently placed throughout the house. TV connected wirelessly to all devices. Thanks for a great stay!

Location, comfort, ease!!! What a wonderful place to relax.

This home is pure Scottsdale! The pool and hot tub are perfect for anyone looking for relaxation time. This house is supplied with everything you need for a long-term rental. CJ was great to work with and accommodating with checking in early as well as a late check out. Beds are comfortable, linens are great and the the bidets in both bathrooms were the highlight of our groups trip. Lol.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

Reviewer Comments: Although it was chilly and unexpectedly rainy in the beginning of our month-long stay, the home itself had plenty to do for the kids and the pool table was a plus. The pool was gorgeous but we couldn’t take advantage. The hot tub was a wonderful alternative. The home is located close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. We were never at a loss for things to do when we weren’t relaxing. Getting out of Scottsdale was easy as well and we took advantage of the desert lands and mountains. All in all, it was a pleasant and enjoyable time.

Peace and Quiet

It was just what the doctor ordered. Two couples, 1 pregnant with a two year old and 1 with a 5 month old. Everything we could need was available. The hosts were very nice and did a thorough walk through of the home. We had a peaceful and relaxing long weekend with our two families. Only negative was we were not able to stay longer!

Wonderfully Relaxing

And so many little details that made stay extra. Things like loads of towels for the swimming pool , labeled light switches, huge umbrella over pool. And best part - the backyard was fantastic - we floated in that beautiful pool for hours.
