Du kan inte komma närmare Paradise Island Beach! Enhetens uteplats leder till bokstavligen ner till den vita pulverformiga sanden på den berömda stranden. Utsikten från vardagsrummet eller uteplatsen är oförglömlig! Bara fem minuters promenad till Atlantis resort!

Andelslägenhet är fullt utrustad med tvättmaskin och torktumlare, mikrovågsugn, kabel-tv, internet, grill etc. Andelslägenhetskomplexet har mycket bra säkerhet, en bekväm restaurang och bra parkering om du får en hyrbil. Det finns två sovrum på övervåningen, alla med king size-sängar och tv-apparater. Det finns ett tredje sovrum på nedervåningen, med två enkelsängar och även en tv. Enheten är rymlig, simningen är poolen vid ytterdörren och havet ligger vid altandörren / vardagsrummet precis nerför altandens trappor. Sunrise Beach Club ligger 30 minuters bilresa från Nassaus internationella flygplats. Estell villagestyraren kan ordna transfer till flygplatser och turer till Dolphin Encounters / Blue Lagoon Island.

Perfect spot in Paradise

Everything about our stay was outstanding ~ location right on the water, ocean views, communication with property manager, comfort and cleanliness of villa, availability of basic necessities and a restaurant right on the premises! We were very pleased.

Like home, but with a better view

Very good arragement of space itself. Great kitchen with everything you could need and a terrace with a perfect view. We are used to lower and harder beds though, however was not a problem, since we could solve it. Host was really very attentive. Top.

Wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property had everything we needed and was conveniently located so we could walk to most everything. It was very spacious and the view from the patio was beautiful! Estell was amazing! She provided great service and information and even checked on us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

A Truley Relaxing Vacation

Property was in the perfect location and easy access to lots of activities. Best activity was relaxing on the beach! We wanted a vacation this year that did not require us doing a million things and we got that with this rental.

Best Vay-cay

Our families first trip to Paradise Island. Great location. Visited Violas quite often, very good. Rental had everything we needed. Estelle had all the answers we needed. Looking forward to a return visit. Awesome trip!

Great location

We stayed at Atlantis several years ago and remembered liking the beach. This unit is just steps from the sand with great views too. The unit was accurately described and also bigger than I anticipated. Estell was a pleasure to deal with and had great communication from beginning to end! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

Right on the water, beach bar/restaurant onsite, wonderful property manager. What else did we need?!? Convenient to Atlantis, too. 15-minute walk or reasonably priced cab ride. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time! Everything was exactly how it was stated in the listing. Beautiful property with a stunning view! Condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Walking distance to Atlantis. Estell was amazing and answered any questions that we had. She arranged excellent transportation to & from the airport. This was the perfect place for our family!

Great condo right on beach

Perfectly located condo on Paradise island right on the beach. You can easily walk to all the action at Atlantis (if you want), yet this section of the beach is still remarkably quiet and peaceful. Condo itself is very clean, spacious, has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable layout for 6. The property manager Estell was very responsive and helpful before and during our trip. She knows the island/area well and can help arrange excursions. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Condo was beautiful, clean and everything we needed was there.

Estell was wonderful, she met us at check in and check in several times during our stay to make sure all was good. She arranged transportation to the airport with a wonderful gentleman, Micheal. He was very informative and friendly. I would say it’s been the best experience so far in our Home Away rentals.

It doesn't get any better

The property was fabulous. It was very clean and beautiful inside and out. It is truly steps from the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach or the pool. Whatever your heart desires. Everyone on the property, especially Estelle were so friendly and helpful. They checked on us often to ensure that our stay was amazing. My family and I cannot wait to go back.

great place for families

This place had more than enough room for our family of 6. Beach chairs were great to have as we could sit close to the water and watch the kids. A few beach and pool toys as well. No need to bring anything. Good collection of puzzles. The wifi went out a few times but Estell was right on it. This is are second time at the sunrise villas but our first time in this unit. Loved waking up to the sounds of the beach!

I am from Germany originally but my family moved to The Bahamas in the 1980's. In 1995 I bought the condo and lived there for seven years. In 2002, I moved to the Dominican Republic to start a business and stayed there. I started renting my unit as soon as I moved away, in order to supplement income.

The location of this property is unbelievable! One of the few condos directly on the beach on Paradise Island. Within walking distance to Atlantis and RIU resorts.

The patio of this property is overhanging the beach, so just walk down the stairs and you will feel the white powdery sand between your toes. Atlantis Resort and Casino only minutes walk away.
