Séjour à Annecy

L'hôtesse est tres gentille et arrangeante. L'appartement est tres bien situé dans une résidence calme et sécurisée. Il est grand et pratique bien qu'un peu vieillot pour certains aspects comme les volets. Le balcon est très agréable mais le boulevard assez bruyant fenêtres ouvertes. La situation géographique est idéale pour visiter Annecy et la région. Toutes les commodités sont en bas de l' immeuble et les accès routiers tout proches. Comme à la maison!

La propriétaire Nathalie est très gentille et efficace. Elle va au devant de nos attentes. L'appartement est tel qu'on s'y sent chez soi. Vaste et bien aménagé avec tout ce qu'on peut avoir besoin. Beaucoup de services à proximité, et quand on est pas trop pressé, on se rend à pied dans le vieux Annecy qui est de toute beauté!

Very nice appartment and amazing city

We had a very nice vacation in Annecy, which is a fantastic destination and the appartement was one of the reasons we had a very nice vacation. It is located close to the lake and the old Annecy in walking distance. The appartement was very clean, beautiful and practical and Nathalie was a fantastic host. She was very accesible, kind, very helpful if we had questions or needed help, which was very nice. We would highly recommend the appartment and the amazing Annecy as a possible holiday destination.

Lovely home close to center

We stayed during the Annecy festival and had an amazing time in Nathalie’s beautiful place. The house had everything and was 20min walk to the Bonlieu. Definitely looking forward to our next stay. Nathalie was also such a nice landlord and eco-friendly. Definitely recommending if you’re looking a lovely stay.

Appartement conforme à la description

L'appartement est conforme à la description, agréable et spacieux, bien équipé ( manque seulement une cafetière électrique classique car il n'y avait qu'une cafetière à capsules (nous ne sommes pas adeptes 😉)). Il est central et permet de visiter Annecy sans problème mais préférez le faire en vélo ou à pied car la circulation automobile est intense. La propriétaire est accueillante avec des petites attentions dès l'arrivée. Petit bémol l'heure d'arrivée 17h , c'est tard, nous avions l'habitude de 15h c est plus pratique. Je recommande cette location sans problème.

Bon adresse

Beau appartement, propre, spacieux et bien équipé. Carrefour City et une boulangerie à deux pas est un vrai plus de cet appartement. Son emplacement est pratique si vous prévoyiez d'utiliser régulièrement la voiture pour visiter la région. La vieille ville et le lac sont à 20 min. à pieds mais la plage la plus proche est à bonne une demi-heure. Nous remercions Nathalie pour son accueil et le cadeau de bienvenu.

Annecy- Lake and mountains.

This is a great apartment very conveniently placed for access to Annecy town centre but with good road links to easily get out into the countryside and mountains. We took bicycles which made popping into Annecy even easier. The apartment is clean, bright and spacious. It is also well equipped.

Excellent spacious apartment

A spacious light apartment with excellent facilities. Communication with the owner was really good. Nathalie went out of her way to make us welcome. The supermarket next door has everything you need and there is a handy boulangerie across the road together with a pharmacy. The apartment is out of the town centre (15 mins walk). This was not a problem for us but we also appreciated the very regular bus service which stops around the corner.

Lovely family break.

The property was perfect for a family holiday with a supermarket and bakery next door to it and in an easy to reach location. There was also secure parking and a place to store my bike for the duration of our stay. The apartment was very charming with beautiful views over a green area with trees and shrubs. Our host Nathalie gave us a great welcome and gave us some great tips for our stay in Annecy. The apartment is very modern with excellent WIFI, a very well equipped kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. Nathalie explained to us how to keep the apartment cool by using the shutters and we found it very comfortable even with outside temperatures in the high 20Cs, which as hot as it was during our stay. We didn't even use the electric fan we had brought just in case. The apartment was a great base from which to explore Annecy but we found it very useful to have a car for our trips into the centre of the town and to the beach,

Excellent accommodation & great location!

I would recommend this apartment it’s clean, modern, spacious, a small balcony and has everything that you would possibly need. Nathalie is very accommodating and was there to greet us on our arrival and show us around the apartment. The location was ideal for us. The apartment is on the first floor set back from the main road in a safe gated complex area, next to a supermarket and bakery which was convenient. We enjoyed the fresh croissants and pan au chocolate from the bakery for breakfast. Although the apartment is not directly in Annecy centre we enjoyed being a little further out and enjoyed the short walk - approx a 15/20 minute walk into Annecy and to the Lake. There is lots to do and see in Annacey. We hired bikes from the railway station and leisurely cycled around the lake, stopping for lunch and a swim. I would also recommend the speed boats and also a tourist trip across the lake in a larger boat. There are lots of fantastic restaurants and ice cream parlours. Lake Annecy is so scenic - ideal for families, we plan to return again for another holiday !

location et prestations conforment à la description - à recommander

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spatieux et très fonctionnel - l'ensemble est propre et la qualité des prestations permettent de se sentir d'emblée chez soi - la résidence est calme, reposante (accepter les quelques nuisances sonores inhérentes à la vie citadine) et le parking sécurisé - toutes les commodités commerciales sont à moins de 5mn à pied (accès direct de la résidence au market) et un hypermarché à 3 mn en voiture - toute la ville et le lac sont accessibles à pied et la proximité de l'autoroute est appréciable - nous avons apprécie la convivialité et simplicité concernant les formalités d'arrivée et départ ainsi que le geste de bienvenue - merci à mme renaud pour la confiance réciproque - nous recommandons cette location idéalement située pour profiter d'annecy et rayonner dans le massif alpin et même plus ...

Centrally located, very well appointed kitchen

We have spent 2 weeks of holidays in this very nice apartment. Private parking lots and a bicycle room, as well as a super market directly beneath the housing area result in a very good infrastructure. The beach of the lake could be easily reached by bike, but also by foot. The new kitchen contained all things, which we needed for our cooking and lots of dishes.
