Gorgeous 3 sovrum hem som har en vacker kök fullt utrustat med vitvaror, köksredskap och maträtter. Rummen har sängar i 2 rum och en futon i den andra och kommer att sova sex. Mycket lugn och avkopplande. Gemenskap erbjuder många golfbanor och många shoppingområden och restauranger. Lake Pleasant är bara 15 minuter bort så är Cardinals Stadium.

Detta hem inte ansluta till en annan enhet. Mycket nära slingan 101 för enkel resa runt dalen. Och glöm inte den vackra gemensam pool med inbyggd badtunna !!!!!

Great place and location. Visited for a baseball tournament and it was close to the fields. Very clean with all the amenities.

Great location and amenities.

It was a pleasure to work with Jim. Some minor fixes in the home were remedied immediately by Jim’s brother who lives close by. There is a pool (unheated) and whirlpool close to the property. Bash’s is also close by. My one note is that there are 17 steps to get to the bedrooms which was a little troubling with knee arthritis and my need for a knee replacement.

Winter Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very comfortable, conveniently located for all of our needs, and the property owner was great to work with. We would definitely consider staying again if the opportunity arises.

Another Great Stay in Peoria

Very nice townhouse in a quiet neighborhood

Very nice townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. This was an annual golf outing with a friend from college. We have been doing an annual golf vacation for about 25 years and look for properties that are in quiet neighborhoods with nice amenities. This property has 2.5 baths and three bedrooms. A nice big kitchen and a living room. The pool and hot tub are about 150 feet from the house. We never turned on the TV but there’s a large screen TV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen appeared to be well equipped but we never used anything other than the coffee pot. This would be a great place for a small family or friends together on vacation.

Bought a foam pad for one bed; it was too hard for our preference. Master bedroom very nice. Other two were too small to set up a baby crib.

Learned a lesson

For years I had used Vrbo for my annual trip to Phoenix for golf. This trip was with my son and we initially chose to try out a suite hotel that offered breakfast. What a mistake. Family stay

We were visiting family. This place was centrally located to Suprise and Sun City communities along with the close stores. The pool is clean and a great size. The few times we saw people in the pool was in the evenings and everyone was friendly.

Great vacation home

A cute condo with all the amenities

I was pleasantly surprised to find everything stocked and ready to go at this quaint condo. All I had to purchase was food! Roomy & clean, this was a perfect getaway spot for me & my kids. Perfectly situated in town with a driving distance of 5 or 10 minutes to most stores in town. Will definitely visit again!

We bought this property because we would be close to a couple of my brothers. My parents retired in Sun City West and we just loved the desert and the weather.

We just bought this property and just love the location and how clean and beautiful everything is around the home. The pool and hot tub are a beautiful attraction also. We also love Peoria. It is a very progressive town with great restaurants and shopping areas. It is also very close to Arizona Cardinals stadium and Peoria Sports Complex. (Mariners and Brewers).
