Peaceful Property

We came to Phoenix for Spring Training. Great location with easy access to interstate for traveling to all stadiums. The screened in porch was awesome and so peaceful listening to the stream. Condo was so clean and decorated so nicely. We'd stay again if we venture out to any future Spring Training games! Thank you!

Great stay

This place is absolutely great! I highly recommend it! Millie and Rod were great. They answered right away with any of our questions I would so stay here again. Easy walk to Starbucks and the pond and river and walk way are awesome. Can’t say enough about both the place and the owners .

Beautiful CONDO

We stayed for a week in November. The condo was beautifully appointed. The furniture was very comfortable as was the king bed. The lanai was so relaxing with a babbling brook running past it. Close to lots of restaurants and golf courses. Would definitely choose it again. Thanks Millie for a wonderful stay!

Excellent Stay

I booked this property while planning a trip to Phoenix with my son and mom. The location was perfect and right off the I-17. The condo exceeded our expectations and was lovely. The furnishings and decor were amazing. There was some landscaping noise each morning while we were there due to a project being completed, but our host was attentive and had no control over the timing. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again when jn the Phoenix area! Lots of space, comfortable beds and beautiful property.

One of the BEST!

We have been VRBO users for about 18 years. First with our children and now as empty nesters. This property is probably one of the best that we’ve ever stayed at. Cleanliness communication and amenities were all top-notch! The property is obviously well taken care of, and as a frequent Vrbo user it was so nice to have actual dinnerware silverware, and Appliances that matched and were of quality. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Weekend Way

We had a great stay at this property. Location was perfect, close to great golf courses (Raven, Biltmore and Orange Tree), restaurants and lots of amenities close by. The property and communication with the host was top notch, would recommend for your trip to Phoenix!

Spring training getaway

My son and I traveled to the Phoenix area to take in spring training games and booked this wonderful unit that was strategically located. It was extremely clean/well-kept and the perfect size for the 2 of us. I enjoyed morning walks around the lake in this gated community. We visited 3 different baseball venues (Royals, Brewers and Guardians), and while there is no escaping the endless traffic and traffic lights, we were able to easily make the trips to all of them. There were very few details missed and it was a true home away from home. I would definitely recommend working with Millie and hope to be back soon.

Amazing condo and complex!

This condo was beautiful and very recently completely updated and remodeled. It has an excellent view of the little lake at the condominium complex. We were impressed. And of course, it was spotless!

Loved the condo.Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with drip or press coffee makers plus some coffee already there. Some spices and other food. Great TV and great view with glass wall in front of balcony where we saw the sunset almost every night. Millie keeps in touch but is not intrusive. Pool is actually warm and pickle ball courts usually available. Highly recommend.

I fell in love with this home as I am sure everyone else will because of it's stunning views of the lake, the sound of the babbling brook, the feeling of serenity and peacefulness within the home. The home is like a very private retreat but at the same time you can experience the community by walking the shores of the lake or relaxing at the heated pool.

From your private screened veranda, you can view both the babbling brook and the lake!
Watch the turtles, ducks and swans from the comfort of your private outdoor space.
You can walk around the entire lake on the boardwalk to admire the full length of the babbling creek and the gushing waterfall.
