Stor, tre sovrum villa, havet med havet pool. Om du har letat efter den rena, sandstrand för din perfekta familjen semester, ser inte längre! Surfside Beach erbjuder den lugna och vackra stränder du förtjänar på din familj semester med bekvämligheten till Surfside Pier (5 block), Myrtle Beach aktiviteter, golf, bra restauranger och shopping. Det enda som saknas är trafiken!

Kom och bo i vår rymliga, tre sovrum villa med stora öppna däck på tredje våningen för havet erfarenhet och utsikt över poolen (du kan titta på barnen medan du koppla av på däck)! Det finns ingen trängsel stranden eftersom det inte finns några höghus i Surfside, och ingen trångt poolen antingen.

Dessa lägenheter har totalrenoverats för en sann avkopplande semester med uppdaterade apparater i köket och en stor, expanderbar köksbord (säten 8 +), 2 uppdaterade badrum, nya golv i hela vardagsrummet och nya möbler, inklusive soffor med en sovhytt . Familjen Rummet har en 42 "väggmonterad HDTV med digital kabel och WiFi-DVD / BlueRay-spelare. Familj har också skjutbara glasdörrar som vetter mot havet som öppnar på däck (fantastisk solnedgång) och dimbar belysning. Njut av stranden musik med Hifi stereo med MP3-ingång och CD-spelare. Det finns gratis hög hastighet kabel Internet (trådbundna och trådlösa) och land telefoner. Vår stora sovrummet påminner dig om en karibisk solnedgång med plysch ny madrass, sängkläder, möbler, 32 "platt-TV och WiFi-Blueray med skjutdörr tillgång till däck med havsutsikt. Barnen kommer att njuta av den nya sängkläder och utsmyckning i tvåbäddsrum med egna leksak garderob leveranser för de stilleståndstider efter en dag på stranden, samt 32 "platt skärm och wifi Blueray. Drottningen sovrummet är också försedd med nya sängkläder, möbler och en platt-TV med DVD. Folk älskar vår nya utomhus däck (eftersom vi är på översta våningen finns ingen däck ovanför du blockerar solen och vacker himmel) som är rymlig nog för hela familjen med en 4 stol bistro inställd för att njuta av middagar och solnedgångar! Det finns en utomhus lagring garderob för stranden tillbehör. Kom och njut av stranden med alla bekvämligheter i ett hem!

Beautiful place

Despite the weather which is unavoidable, we had a great time. Place is in a perfect location and all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay! My boys shore fished and the beds very comfortable! Definetely would stay again.. x

Girlfriend week

Great location for a girlfriend week! We had a blast enjoying all the local restaurants! Marys condo was very cozy! Great view of the beach and pool from the third floor balcony. No way would I not give a 5 star on cleanliness. But, the cleaning company should step it up. I’m sure she pays a lot for their service. Linens and towels were very soft. And the beds are top notch! Looking forward to returning! Thank you 😊

Surfside Beach Condo

Second time we have stayed in Surfside Beach, SC area. Love it here! Quieter than more touristy Myrtle Beach to the north, but still plenty to do with a less crowded beach. Things to know about this condo rental…. 3rd floor with no elevator! Avoid if you have any mobility issues. Bedrooms are spacious and beds sit high and are very plush. Well equipped kitchen with tons of cookware, utensils, and gadgets.. Lots of amenities and comfort items provided. Decor is fun, furniture is huge, just not a lot of room to lounge if 3+ guests. A/C thermostat monitored to prevent renters from complete control. Overall a great stay, but agree with previous review that the condo could use a good deep clean in bathrooms, etc.

Great Place for Beach Lovers

We recently stayed at this awesome beach condo and had a wonderful time. The condo itself is very nice, with a fantastic view from the deck that we thoroughly enjoyed. Getting to the beach was a breeze, just a short walk away. The only downside was the number of steps we had to navigate to bring all our beach gear and luggage up and down, which was a bit of a hassle. Additionally, while the owner wasn’t extremely responsive to chat, it didn’t impact our stay significantly as we didn’t encounter any major issues. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Great family trip!

We had a great week at Surfside Beach! Mary was very responsive and helpful. The condo is in a great location and had everything we needed! My only suggestion is that it could use a deep clean. Plenty of space for us, our two kids, and my parents!

Great location

This was a wonderful stay for our family..Easy to get to, easy to get around and we had all the kitchen had everything you could need. The most impressive thing to me was the wonderful towels; most places have cheap, hotel type towels, but here, they were big and plush which was nice to a towel snob like myself! love that we could all (&) sit together for our meals at the nice big tables.

The perfect summer getaway!

This is our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time. Nicely updated and in the perfect location in Surfside, nestled between Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet. We prefer Surfside for its family friendly atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back and stay again soon.

Good Location

Overall this was a good stay: The Positives:Communication with property management was clear. Mary responded to my emails before the stay and reached out to my phone directly as the entry code changed after the entry/welcome pack was sent. The pictures of the listing are a good representation of the space. The outdoor balcony is nice and had a surprising breeze on very hot days. The kitchen table was a great place for us to sit and talk and play games. The room lay out was perfect for myself, husband, my parents and my two children. The decor could be minimized to save space for incoming luggage items. Location was great- walkable to lots. Negatives to be aware of: There is no elevator, which served as a a slight let down to my older parents. Elevator is not listed on the amenities. It was an oversight on my account when booking. The unit was not clean. I feel bad that the property owner paid a cleaning company because they did not earn their pay. I found water bottles from previous renters, long black hairs throughout the unit (we all have blond hair) and corners in the bedrooms with layers of dust. I did not report this as I didnt want to have to deal with it. Rather I got out the broom and daw dish soap and did a quick clean myself. Only 1 towel set/guest is provided. This is stated in the listing. However- it would be nice to provide 2 sets/guest as when you are at the beach you need more than one towel. I had to do a load of laundry daily so we had clean towels.

New favorite vacation spot

This condo and location has become our new favorite family vacation spot. The condo was beautiful, very clean other than some hairs left in the bathroom sink which I cleaned up when we arrived. Surfside Beach is a quiet family friendly location which was perfect for us. The pool was never crowded and neither was the beach. A short walk to the local pier and restaurants. Our family is already planning our next trip to Surfside Beach and hoping we are able to book this exact condo again. Wonderful stay, 10/10 recommend for families with young children looking for a fun, but calm and family friendly vacation spot.

Great Location

There is nothing better then drinking your morning coffee ocean side! The patio has a nice table for family seating with unobstructed views. The bedrooms were decent sizes for my family of 5. The check in and check out was easy with no issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Great beach getaway

The location is absolutely perfect! We were able to walk out of the apartment and be right at the pool and beach. It was super convenient to the main road and walking distance to the Surfside pier (although that was closed for construction). The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable. There was a blaring light that came in from the windows in the front 2 bedrooms. We only had 2 rolls of toilet paper so when we ran out in one of the bathrooms, we ended up sharing as we only had one more day left. But overall, it was a great experience. We loved sitting out on the deck and looking at the ocean while we ate breakfast.

Always a great vacation

We have stayed at this unit for a couple of years and it’s perfect for our family. Owner is reliable and friendly which is comforting when so far from home. Location is perfect as the beach is not crowded but close to attractions in Myrtle!

Good experience with updated interior.

Interior was very clean and updated. The electronics were dated, but everything functional. We brought our own boards, but they have some for guests to use. Master bed was new and incredibly comfortable. Access to beach was unbeatable! Pool is well Maintained and bigger than other properties on street.

Great condo and location!

We stayed a week over the Fourth of July. My husband, myself and our two daughters had a great time. The pool and ocean were easy to access right from the condo. Great location to anything we wanted to go and see. Only a few minutes to lots of options for stores and restaurants. Or you can walk to some restaurants also that are closer. We saw fireworks every night from the beach. The beds were comfy and the condo was great. We felt comfortable there. Thank you for letting us stay at your place! We had a wonderful time and made lots of new memories! Now for the long drive back to Wisconsin.

We loved the area and had a great time!

The only description that was missing is that it was on the 3rd level. We had a pregnant woman and an older person and we had to do a lot of steps. We got used to them, but wish we had known and might have selected a condo on lower level.
