Den vandrande konstnÀren bestÄr av tvÄ fastigheter - huvudhuset, som har tvÄ sovrum och tvÄ och ett halvt badrum och vagnhuset, som har en extra sÀng och badrum. En privat innergÄrd förbinder de tvÄ bostÀderna och gör den perfekta platsen för morgonkaffe eller en kvÀllscocktail.

Huvudbyggnaden har nyligen renoverats, konverterar tvÄ bostÀder till en och öppnar utrymmet samtidigt som de ursprungliga murmurarna bibehÄlls. Det rymliga vardagsrummet har gott om bekvÀma sittplatser, inklusive en queen size-bÀddsoffa och en stor vÀggmonterad TV. Duellsten eldstÀder, nu dekorativa, Àr speglade pÄ bÄda sidor av vardagsrummet. Matsalen har ett vackert, utsmyckat bord och öppnar till det intilliggande köket, dÀr du hittar allt du behöver för att laga en mÄltid hemma.

BÄda sovrummen Àr pÄ övervÄningen, och alla har eget badrum. Det första sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng och den andra har en queen size-sÀng och dubbelsÀng. Varje badrum pÄ övervÄningen har en badkar / dusch combo och separat toalett.

Det tredje sovrummet ligger i studiohuset i vagnshuset som innehÄller en queen size-sÀng. Denna stora öppna plats kombinerar har allt du behöver för en avkopplande vistelse, inklusive ett andra fullt utrustat kök och ett badrum med dusch / badkar combo.

Great location!

The home was so beautiful and on a very photogenic street. The location also felt very safe and was in great walking distance for many if the areas we wanted to visit, for example St. John's Cathedral. We seemed to be around other visitors, so that made me feel more comfortable.The home is spacious and very beautiful. However, be aware that the three bedrooms are not in the same dwelling space. The third is in a carriage house that's just a quick walk through the courtyard. Overall, we enjoyed this location and would stay here again.

The outdoor furniture and covers could use some attention, the covers are torn and the cushions were saturated and dirty and unusable due to the rain. I would mention the flight of stairs to get upstairs to the carriage house. My mother has some mobility issues and I was not aware in advance of the stairs. We had to buy more toilet paper and liquid soap for kitchen and bathroom. Could have used extra towels for kitchen and bathrooms. Overall, a beautiful house, great management company, quick to respond, we would definitely stay again!

Perfect for taking advantage of walking Savannah

Felt secure, everyone we saw in the area greeted us. Walking distance to squares, historical venues and restaurants. Easy drive to Tybee. ONLY issue is the kitchen - lack of kitchen linens - one sponge, one towel, no hot pads. With so much fresh food available we had planned to cook, but the kitchen wasn’t really good for that. In a one week stay, we only prepared three meals - one breakfast and two dinners.

It had everything we needed: comfortable living room to hang out, large bedrooms with super comfortable beds, 2 dining areas. About a 10 min a walk to downtown, but easy enough. Only feedback would be to suggest the street sweeping schedule be posted on the Refrigerator along with the garbage schedule. And included in the text updates and check-in emails since it is midnight to 4am. Regardless, would definitely recommend the property and stay again, it was great.

The Azalea’s were in full bloom, the trees on our gorgeous street, with all the hanging Spanish moss was like a fairy tale. The location of our magnificent rental was perfect for leisurely walks to different restaurants and the grocery store was just a very short drive away. I would recommend this rental and I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place. We loved it.

Very nice space for 3 couples. Everyone had plenty of space and the location was super. They rental was very clean. The only issue we had was with the patio furniture. The chairs and sofa are very tired and the covers had holes so the cushions were damp and dirty. They really need to be replaced. Other than that 6 stars!!!! thanks

Beautiful property

We did have air conditioning issues. They sent tech right away but, was an issue he could not fix. So we had no air conditioning upstairs for the stay. Amenities were great, property was as shown and location was perfect. Just too warm at night.

Historic Charm with Modern Comfort

We had a perfect stay! This was truly one of the coolest rentals we’ve ever stayed in—charming, unique, and full of character. The location was ideal and within walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit in Savannah. Parking was easy, which was a huge plus.Our teens especially loved having their own space in the carriage house, which is connected to the main home by the most adorable courtyard—it gave them a little independence while still being close by. The property was spotless, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and simple.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Savannah!

Historic Savannah Friends get away

Home was beautiful with good accommodations for 3 couples. Had trouble with access code on arrival and leaking toilet, but issues were responded to quickly. Location was very nice for walking excursions in the historic district.

Five Stars

The house was perfect! Pictures do not do it justice, it’s quite spacious and decor is awesome. Pictures of the 2nd bedroom weren’t in the listing but it’s an exact copy of the master bedroom plus a twin bed. I loved the carriage house in the back, it was a perfect get away for my girls. The location was cute, quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again if we return!

It's convenient to all the sites/sounds/experiences of the city. Being a historic home, it has the best ambiance as well as comfort. Plenty of room with everything an extended family could want in a vacation rental. My entire family (3 generations) had a great time and felt we really achieved the "Savannah Experience".

Girls weekend in Savannah GA

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay in Savannah at Jones Street; it was the perfect place for our spring girl trip. My only complaint was the courtyard patio area would have been so much more welcoming had it been swept, the covers off the furniture. Look “unkept” other than that- everything was perfect!! I would definitely stay there again.
