Property was very clean. All the basic amenities. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Kitchen had all cooking and dining essentials. The property was amazing 3 hot tubs and heated pool. Highlight was the Gondola service on property up to the slopes. Definitely will be back!

Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. We have stayed at The Village many times and were happy with the location of this unit overlooking the spa and pool. We even had a view of the mountain to check out the weather conditions. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking necessities, there were plenty of towels for our family of 4 and humidifiers in all rooms. Easy check-in and check-out process. We will be back in the future...hopefully when the snow is a little better! One trick we learned, use the stairs to go down if you don't want to wait for the elevators as they are pretty slow.

Phenomenal location, cozy retreat

Best stay we've ever had in Mammoth. We came in mid-December for a week to work and ski. Check-in was easy. The garage doors are left open (during our stay, they were never closed), so anyone can drive in. The security comes in getting into the elevator lobby that need an access card. We buzzed the front desk per the check-in instructions and they opened the door remotely. No problem. What could have been easier was getting our stuff into the condo. We didn't know this, but we could have gotten a luggage cart from the Village Lodge part of the complex (this unit is in Lincoln House, they share the same garage). I did this the day we checked out by calling the Lodge front desk. They let me take a luggage cart by leaving my driver's license with them, which was great! The condo was very clean, the kitchen well stocked. The living room was small and cozy, the master bedroom was spacious with its own TV and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom was small but cozy, with easy access to the other full bathroom. This unit faces the inner courtyard with huge windows and a balcony. The wifi was great and served both our needs for work. I set up in the master bedroom using the small corner desk, my partner set up at the kitchen table. If I closed the bedroom door, we didn't disturb each other while on calls at the same time. The ski in/out access was phenomenal. The unit came with a ski locker on the first floor. From there, it was a short walk to the Village Gondola. It starts at 8 am, free, and runs until the ski hill closes. When I was done skiing for the day, I didn't have to wait for my partner, I could head back to the condo anytime. As for the hot tub, it's directly accessible via the gym on the first floor and was wonderfully hot. As for robes, they weren't provided in the unit as stated in the check-in instructions, but we could have called the Lodge front desk for one (as shared by others). We walked to the Village several times for treats and ate at the Smokeyard BBQ restaurant one night, which was very good. All in all, it was an excellent vacation. Note, during the week, this wasn't much of a problem, but noise from the inner courtyard can be loud. By the time we left, more people were arriving, and the courtyard was getting noisier. Though quiet time starts at 10 pm, there were people throwing snowballs at each other at 10:40, shouting and giggling. This was pretty loud in the unit. I turned on my white noise app and was able to fall asleep.

We had such a great time here. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The mountain view from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed the convince of being right in the village, so we could easily walk to the shops, restaurants, and the gondola. The host was friendly and check in was simple. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo in a great location. It was super clean with tons of amenities. We had a few challenges on this trip not related to the condo and the PM and owners were extremely accommodating. They're great people - definitely rent from them if you're planning a trip to Mammoth.

A surprise for us was the location of our condo and our pool view. We had dinner at 3 restaurants in the village and lunches at 2. We enjoyed the concert of country music on Saturday night. Our condo was just as the photos appeared on the website.

We had a wonderful stay. Nice, clean place with some great added touches. We had some issues with the power on the tv not working when we got there, but owner responded quickly and we were able to resolve. Great location near restaurants and shops, etc. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was as listed. Very nice and lots of kitchen appliances and cookware which is great for us. In the village great location for skiing even tho the village gondola was closed but that is normal. Owners very responsive !!

The location of the property in the Village is unbeatable - steps away from the gondola. Property was well furnished and maintained. Our second time staying here and we will likely stay here again when we return to Mammoth.

Pleasant Stay

We always stay in The Village Lodge but this is the best stay by far. Clean!! Well appointed. Perfect location. We had a wonderful time. Thank you! The only thing that would have made it even more perfect is if the shower curtain/liner in the secondary bath would have been changed out. We ended up not using that shower. Just kept the curtain tightly stacked to one side.

Top Floor Lincoln House

It’s always great to stay right in The Village and this condo did not disappoint. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and it had a great view of the mountain. The beds were super comfortable and the living room furniture set up was comfy and cozy. We will definitely be back.

Nearly Perfect for Our Needs

Property is well laid out and well stocked. Location in the Village is convenient to everything needed for our ski trip. Park in the garage and walk a few steps to get on the gondola. Unfortunately, we were there during a massive blizzard and the ski area and roads were closed for 2 days. Fortunately, many of the Village shops and restaurants stayed open, so we were able to still get out and explore. Even while snowed in, we had plenty of room to play games and watch movies. Property manager was extremely responsive and accommodated our early arrival and late departure (due to storm concerns).

Amazing Stay!

A wonderful property with communicative and helpful owners! We were close to the gondola and restaurants. Great property to stay at if you have young kids. Great area outdoors for snowball fights and close to Canyon Lodge for easy schlepping of skis. Highly recommend!

The Village is the most convenient location in Mammoth with underground parking and onsite shops and restaurants.

Our family has fallen in love with the natural beauty on the Eastern Sierra. Mammoth combines activities as diverse as skiing and mountain biking in just one place.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

One of the very few Village condo with a view of Lincoln and Mammoth mountains. This is the sought after quieter part of the Village. The high speed internet is excellent.
