Great cozy spot in Sunriver!

I had to travel to sunriver for work. Brought my husband and 2 friends along to help. Loved being able to relax in the hot tub after a long day. Very conveniently located unit. Walked to get food and shopping! Thanks again

Spring Break ‘24 Family Getaway

Loved the location and perfect size for family of 4 adults and 1 extra friend for a night. Would be nice to have a small supply of ground coffee for at least the first morning. Also some travel size shampoo/conditioner as only 1 of us remembered to bring any. Loved the home, would love to stay again in the future!

Summer Family Vacay Getaway

We had a really nice time in Sunriver. The location of the home is perfect and it comfortably slept all of us. It was very well stocked for all of our cooking needs as well. I would only suggest that it’s time for some updates to the interior of the house and definitely some better lighting as it’s quite dark. Not something that would prevent us from renting the property again but some updates would definitely add to our experience and make it a bit more comfortable. A great spot though!

Sunriver Sanctuary

Our stay at the property in Sunriver was excellent. I really liked the fact that even though it was so close, walking distance, from Sunriver Village it felt like you were away from the hustle and bustle. Really great property and will be returning.

Nice stay!

Awesome location! So easy to walk to the village. The house was clean and well-furnished, perfect for our weekend getaway. We loved the cabin-type feel and the coziness of it.

Cozy Cabin in an Excellent Location

This cabin is perfect for a family or 2. The two upstairs bedrooms are spacious (1 king, 1 queen) and share a hall bath with tub/shower combo. Downstairs is a double bunk with another bathroom (shower only). The kitchen is well stocked with dishes as well as cooking oils and spices. Everything was spotless, including the hot tub. There was laundry detergent, laundry baskets, a pack n play, extra blankets... all the comforts of home. The only downsides: as with many mountain cabins, I felt that the lighting was insufficient in many parts of the home (aging eyes). Also, there wasn’t much floor space in the downstairs common area for kids to play with toys, etc. I love renting through Bennington Properties. Communication is excellent, supplies are well stocked, check in/out is a breeze and properties are CLEAN.

6 Grizzly Close to the Village

6 Grizzly Lane was a great home for our family. The house was clean and spacious. The hot tub was extremely relaxing after skiing each day. The house is so close to the village. It was not a chore to get our 8, 6, and 3 year old to walk over for dinner or the grocery store when it was cold. Overall, a five star property.

Easy village walk

Easy location for walking to dinner or enjoying the village for other reasons. Nice and clean, you are able to hear everything going on downstairs from up in the bedrooms. But over all a recommended property.

July 2019 Stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this cabin. We’ve been coming to Sunriver for 15 summers and so have experienced many properties. Based on a comparison to our past stays, here are the positives of this property. Pluses include being within walking distance of the village (just a city block away), the well maintained condition of the property (e.g. couches and chairs in good condition), the hot tub with privacy screens, the size of the unit (not too small and not too big), easy access to bike trails, the cute cabin decor, the remodeled kitchen, air conditioning, and that the unit is pet friendly. Now here are the negatives - lack of a view (although most houses in Sunriver also don’t have views), somewhat dark even with big windows, and that the mattresses for the queen bed and the king bed were extremely soft. We recognize that for some, soft beds are preferred, but for us, these beds were super soft causing one to sink into the floor. For us, the mattresses would need to be replaced before a return.
