Charmig, elegant stuga i skogen. Vardagsrummet öppnar till matplats och kök och har en mysig gaspis och plattskärms-TV. Ett drottning sovrum med bifogad Jack och Jill badrum ligger på bottenvåningen. Huvud övervåningen för att hitta ytterligare två sovrum; en med en king size-säng och den andra med en queen size-säng. Dessa två sovrum delar tillgång till övervåningen badrummet. Familjen bonusrummet nere har en storbilds-TV, bekväma sittplatser och kan fungera som ett extra privat sovrum med soffa och badrum med dusch. Njut av en blötläggning i badtunnan och ha kul BBQing på däck. Ta en kort åktur till SHARC på de 4 vuxna cyklarna som erbjuds.

Nice place but needs repairs

Nice house and we enjoyed it overall but it is a bit run down. 2 of the bathroom fans are crazy loud, some of the doors don't close properly, and all of the mattresses feel like they are 20 years old so our sleep was poor.

Older place but great for couples retreat.

This place was older, but really fun and 4 couples enjoyed their own space. Brand new appliances. Only negative was that the septic must have been full and toilet pipe and shower were flooding from overflow on the last night. I hope they get that fixed so the next renters don’t have to deal with that, but this place was great otherwise.

Good Value, Great Location

Like other reviewers have noted, the property is in a great location with a beautiful deck that looks out onto a wooded common space. The house itself is spacious but showing signs of wear. We didn't think the house needed any major repairs, but some things, especially the sinks and showers, could use upgrades. All in all, the rental was on the less expensive side for Sunriver and this seems appropriate given the condition of the house. I would definitely stay again.

Great layout and location

The house had a perfect layout for our family. The older boys enjoyed the extra family room to watch TV and play video games without keeping the rest of us up. It was a great location, close to Fort Rock Park, the SHARC and restaurants. The couch was comfortable … and even our dogs felt right at home, which doesn’t always happen on vacation.

A Peaceful Week in Sunriver

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 5 of us (all Seniors) in Leisure 4. We had a lovely, peaceful week with lots of walking, biking and some who played golf. We ate in and we ate out. Facilities were quite adequate for our needs, clean and comfortable. We have been to Sunriver many times as a family group, (3 siblings and 2 spouses) so are familiar with the area and know what we like to do. The weather this year was perfect. Not too hot, not too cold. We were fascinated with some of the culinary choices at the Brewery in Sunriver and the Lodge (although a bit pricey), not as impressed with the Village Grill. Canoeing was another activity we enjoyed

August 2017 Stay

This property is in complete disrepair. We had plumbing issues, a shower head was so aged it broke off, the dishwasher was falling out of its enclosure, there was a hole in a door, the shower doors were difficult to open and close, and the list goes on. I have been to many of a Sunriver home that needs updating, but this one is not in a rentable state. Needless to say, won't be renting this house again!

Spacious, but outdated. Not "stylish" or as advertised.

House is spacious but outdated. The photos on the listing are not current. One of them shows twin beds in one of the bedrooms, but it's now a single full sized bed. The living room furniture is all different. Needs accurate photos. One of the bathrooms is extremely small. Photos are misleading. If you have a family of more than maybe 6-7 adults this space is going to feel very tight. Some of the electrical doesn't work reliably (someone needs to go switch by switch in the house and address) and the gas fireplace leaves slight whiffs of gas in the room if you're not running ventilation. Fireplace also feels warm even when off. Concerned that the gas fireplace hasn't been maintained. Safety issue here that should be fixed. The air conditioning is also barely functional. Literally, can't tell when it's on/off. We were fortunate that the weather wasn't hot because you're essentially left to cool the house the same as if there were no AC. The gas BBQ needs to be cleaned and/or replaced. It's a fire waiting to happen. Tried to BBQ but it immediately resulted in large plumes of flames. Have rented multiple times and just didn't feel the value was here at all. Location is great. Probably the best feature. Kitchen is adequate. It has a ping pong table and four functional bikes. But I probably wouldn't use this rental again unless I was in a pinch.

Family Vacation at Liesure 4

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent house and location. Bike trail is right off the back. Rode bikes, rafted, hiked and spent quality time with family. BTW, did a great 40 mile round trip road bike ride to Bachelor!
