We had a great time! Beautiful property. We saw moose & 2 babies, deer & a black bear all right from the porch. There were 20 of us so hot water was scarce but there was plenty of room & we enjoyed every moment of our stay!

Great Property

The house was a great stay. It had everything we needed plus some! There were plenty of towels and a nice big crock pot. This really came in handy to have a large family dinner already done since the days were quite long. There was bear spray and coolers for our use and a second fridge! The beds were all comfortable and there were lots of box fans even though the weather was perfect.

Family Fun Getaway

This was a great place to stay for our whole family! The grandkids loved it with the arcade foosball table and the fire pit outside. The kitchen was well well equipped with pans and dishes. Loved the location so we could go hiking and fishing!

Family fun in Island Park

The property was beautiful and the cabin was immaculate. Everything we needed especially the space. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would suggest is make sure there are cleaning supplies and paper towels available. Perfect weekend.

Annual family trip

This was our first trip to Island Park. The house was awesome, very assessable to a variety of Henry’s Fork, fishing, picnics, paddle boarding, and hikes. It was perfect for the activities we enjoy.

Wonderful reunion with children and grandchildren

My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. We had our children and grandchildren from Texas, Washington and Utah. We floated the river from Big Springs to Mack’s Inn where we saw a mother moose and her baby. We enjoyed two full days in Yellowstone. The cabin was comfortable for all 20 family members. We didn’t spend as much time at the cabin as I would have liked but we enjoyed the hot tub and the peaceful setting. The kitchen had most needed items and it was nice to have a second fridge.

Lovely!

Our family got together and it was perfect for nine adults. We thought if kids were involved it would have been a great place for them as well. There is foosball and video games. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities. We had the company of a cow and her two calves the first night and then into the next beautiful morning. Melanie was a great host!

Family vacation

Beautiful location with wildlife

We loved watching the mother moose wander through the woods behind the house with her two babies. Plenty of space, clean and spacious.

Drive way snow

Not the owners fault be the roads were not clean very wide for a 30 ft enclosed trailer I have been a truck driver for 30 years and was able to get it the trailer in the yard but it was a challenge. We also had to ride from the house because we couldn’t get the truck and trailer yup the slight incline on the driveway way to much snow left behind even after it was cleared

Close to West Yellowstone

We had a great time at cabin. Very clean. Owner very responsive. Highly recommend. Cabin accommodated our family of 15 well 4 families. Everyone had enough room to spread out. Weather was perfect. Loved the fire pit outside and teenagers loved the basement games and hot tub. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils for all. Highly recommend.

Nice house

House is nice and beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and there is an extra refrigerator in the basement. The house does not have A/C so the afternoons were hot inside. We did find/kill numerous mice in the basement. Hot water heater isn't big enough for 10+ people which surprised us since it sleeps 20. We also had to go to town for toilet paper and paper towels. Did not supply enough for a week. Overall good experience. 45 minutes from West Yellowstone entrance which was great.

Family trip

We enjoyed our stay so much. There were 15 of us ranging in age from 11 to 75 and we had plenty of room. The cabin was nice appointed and we liked being in the woods. There is a mama moose and her calf that hangs out in the neighborhood and we loved seeing them several times.

Yellowstone Family Trip

We took a family vacation with 15 people to include 4 teenagers. The cabin was very clean very spacious and had everything we needed to have a great time. The kitchen was very large and had all the cooking items we needed. We especially liked the two table top griddle‘s and We used them The foosball table, and the arcade game where a big hit with not only the teenagers but the adults as well. We loved the hot tub and we had a great time every night sitting in front of the outdoor fire pit. We saw lots of wildlife to include a baby moose and it’s mother. I must say Melanie was very attentive to our needs or request. There were a small issue at the cabin and Melanie took care of it immediately. This is an amazing cabin, great location, with a great owner. We highly recommend them if you are going to stay in that area.

Summer cabin stay

We (17 of us) have stayed in a lot of rental properties for vacations. The property itself was remote and cabin was nice. However the cleanliness of it was sub par, decks/furniture were covered in pollen dust, furniture not positioned, inside not vacuumed (food under table), sewer flies in all the bathrooms, hot water was limited (cold showers for half our group) for amount of people the house sleeps, landscaping could be more welcoming, and add needs to be updated that a new construction cabin is right next door.
