Lovely home with easy, short walk/bike ride to the beach! Just a few steps away from beautiful park. I’ve vacationed in Seaside for several summers now and this location was my favorite! Owner and Homeowners Collection Agency were super nice and easy to work with!

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway

The Coast is Clear was the absolute perfect house for our annual girls trip. Close enough to walk or bike to the beach and all the resturants and shops. We loved the screened in porch with plenty of seating and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The house was gorgeously decorated and immaculately maintained. It was just a magical place that we will all remember forever.

Seaside is my happy place!!

Super cute house in a great location. I would recommend this house to anyone. Close to everything. Cleaning service could step it up a notch. House isn't dirty but downstairs floors not super clean. I would defiantly stay again.

Comfort and Classy, Clearly the Best!

We stayed at the Coast is Clear as an extended family and created the memory of a lifetime! This beautiful home is unbelievably equipped with amenities such as kitchen tools and quality serving pieces, a state-of-the-art washer/dryer and big, comfy beds! The owners have considered every detail to make the stay feel like home, but with the classy feel of luxury. The bathrooms are amazing! Private beach access and advice from the manager really made things smooth. I HIGHLY recommend this cottage!!

Stunning Seaside Home

What a beautiful home. The kitchen is a chefs dream. Beautifully decorated. Clean, clean, clean! Funny as it may be, the towels were high quality, which is not the usual. The beach tote and towels, wine were a sweet treat! We’ll be back!

Perfect beach vacation

The Coast in Clear is perfect! Very comfortable with excellent amenities! Our family enjoyed coffee on the screen porch in the morning and amazing sunsets from the rooftop balcony at night. The kids loved the bunk beds, lounging watching TV on the third floor in their own special space, and only a few steps to the park and pool! We loved having the bikes and easy riding distance to all the excitement in the town center and beach. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxed beach house that can accommodate many guests and is close to everything in Seaside. We can't wait to go back!

There is a nice park nearby. Everything you could need is in the house. It is just a nice seamless experience so you can focus on relaxing and doing nothing but spending time with family. Paradise!

What an absolutely gorgeous home in a gorgeous neighborhood! The layout of the house is fantastic. You can sleep a lot of people if you need to or it’s perfect for just two. A screened in front porch, 2 balconies and a rooftop deck provide ample views that are breathtaking. We walked everywhere, but you can bike too. So many great places places to eat, plenty of places to shop and some of the most gorgeous beaches in the U. S. and all within a few hundred yards. It’s unbelievably breathtaking and should be on everyone’s bucket list. Hope you get to come!

This is our second trip to Frosted Orange and it was just as amazing as the first.We love the location tucked back close to the pool and tennis facilities but still just a casual stroll to the beach and shops.The property is always clean and cozy. Love the screened in front porch and parking in the front and back is fantastic. Plenty of hot water for our family of 4. We will definitely return again!

One side was using a jack hammer al day to break apart a mistake that was made during the construction. It was horrible. Besides the construction and the really bad WiFi the house was nice and actually better than the pictures.

Function, beauty, and location! This gem has it all!

Just like Seaside, this cottage is absolutely charming and incredible. The layout of the home is wonderfully functional. It is so nice to have the living area and bedrooms separate. We have young children who go to bed early but we were still able to enjoy ourselves downstairs or on the rooftop in the evenings. The generous size of the bedrooms and bathrooms is also a wonderful feature. From the lovely fixtures and finishes to the tranquil decor, this cottage is worthy of a spread in Southern Living. It is evident that the owners take great pride in maintaining a spectacular home for visitors to enjoy. A short walk to the square and beach with access through the most beautiful pavilion and just a stones throw from the playground, 2 Seaside Community pools, and racquet courts, all while being cozied just away from the busier 30A traffic on a quiet little street, this home's location is absolutely ideal! Function, beauty, and location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful house, very roomy and well decorated with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. It's near the pool, fitness center and tennis courts, but not loud. An easy walk to the beach and to the center of town. Due to the home inspector being ill, it wasn't quite ready when we checked in (not restocked, etc), but they nicely made good on that, waiving the maintenance fee. A few small things need to be taken care of (lamps not working, etc, light bulbs out). One recommendation for the owner -- put dimmers on your lights in the main living areas (so bright!) and need more light in the master bath! But overall, a great house.
