När du kommer in i detta inbjudande och charmiga 3 sovrum plus sovande torn, 3½ BA strand stuga, kommer du att känna dig riktigt hemma. Perfekt för två familjer, Coast Clear är nyligen ombyggd och inredd för att visa upp det vackra strandlivet som Seaside har att erbjuda. Den öppna planlösningen på första våningen har ett nyligen moderniserat välutrustat kök, matbord och bekväma vardagsrum. Matbordet innehåller en bäddsoffa med bäddsoffa med extra stolar för att rymma en stor grupp människor. Under de kallare månaderna kommer gästerna att njuta av den helt nya eldstaden med extra omslag runt sittplatser. Två uppsättningar franska dörrar leder till en skärmad veranda med nyligen stoppade möbler. I närheten av köket finns ett halvt bad som öppnar utomhusduschen. Ett tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare fyller första våningen.

Rubrik på övervåningen hittar du tre sovrum och tre fulla bad. Befälhavaren svit har en king size-säng, klädkammare, privat lyxigt bad med dubbla fåfängligheter, duschkabin, plattskärms-TV och en privat balkong. Meander ner i korridoren till våningssängrummet som är utrustad med två upps��ttningar dubbla våningssängar med inbyggd förvaring cubby, garderob och lådor. Badrummet gränsar till våningssäng rummet är den största i hemmet med 2 separata fåfänga, stor glas sluten dusch och toalett med avskildhet dörr. Drottning gäst sovrummet har en stor garderob med inbyggda ins, TV och ett på badrummet som innehåller dubbla handfat och dusch / badkar combo.

Från andra våningen huvudet upp den röda spiraltrappen till tornet rummet där du hittar ett stort vardagsrum och sovrum med dubbelsängar som sover 2-3 och en platt-TV för de tur som får ringa detta hem för en kort medan. Gå ut den privata balkongen för en stadsutsikt eller uppför trappan till taket och njut av den fantastiska vyn!

Perfect

We have stayed in Seaside once before-this location was amazing. Perfect distance to the beach and center of town. The layout of the downstairs is perfect for family time. Thank you for the awesome vacation!!!!!

Great location!

Lovely home with easy, short walk/bike ride to the beach! Just a few steps away from beautiful park. I’ve vacationed in Seaside for several summers now and this location was my favorite! Owner and Homeowners Collection Agency were super nice and easy to work with!

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway

The Coast is Clear was the absolute perfect house for our annual girls trip. Close enough to walk or bike to the beach and all the resturants and shops. We loved the screened in porch with plenty of seating and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The house was gorgeously decorated and immaculately maintained. It was just a magical place that we will all remember forever.

Seaside is my happy place!!

Super cute house in a great location. I would recommend this house to anyone. Close to everything. Cleaning service could step it up a notch. House isn't dirty but downstairs floors not super clean. I would defiantly stay again.

Comfort and Classy, Clearly the Best!

We stayed at the Coast is Clear as an extended family and created the memory of a lifetime! This beautiful home is unbelievably equipped with amenities such as kitchen tools and quality serving pieces, a state-of-the-art washer/dryer and big, comfy beds! The owners have considered every detail to make the stay feel like home, but with the classy feel of luxury. The bathrooms are amazing! Private beach access and advice from the manager really made things smooth. I HIGHLY recommend this cottage!!

Stunning Seaside Home

What a beautiful home. The kitchen is a chefs dream. Beautifully decorated. Clean, clean, clean! Funny as it may be, the towels were high quality, which is not the usual. The beach tote and towels, wine were a sweet treat! We’ll be back!

Perfect beach vacation

The Coast in Clear is perfect! Very comfortable with excellent amenities! Our family enjoyed coffee on the screen porch in the morning and amazing sunsets from the rooftop balcony at night. The kids loved the bunk beds, lounging watching TV on the third floor in their own special space, and only a few steps to the park and pool! We loved having the bikes and easy riding distance to all the excitement in the town center and beach. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxed beach house that can accommodate many guests and is close to everything in Seaside. We can't wait to go back!

This is our second trip to Frosted Orange and it was just as amazing as the first.We love the location tucked back close to the pool and tennis facilities but still just a casual stroll to the beach and shops.The property is always clean and cozy. Love the screened in front porch and parking in the front and back is fantastic. Plenty of hot water for our family of 4. We will definitely return again!

Paradise!

What an absolutely gorgeous home in a gorgeous neighborhood! The layout of the house is fantastic. You can sleep a lot of people if you need to or it’s perfect for just two. A screened in front porch, 2 balconies and a rooftop deck provide ample views that are breathtaking. We walked everywhere, but you can bike too. So many great places places to eat, plenty of places to shop and some of the most gorgeous beaches in the U. S. and all within a few hundred yards. It’s unbelievably breathtaking and should be on everyone’s bucket list. Hope you get to come!

We had our group down to this house over the 4th of July and had the best time. We had the bunk room filled up, the tower beds filled up, and master King room occupied, and then we used the Queen room as our "luggage room" since we had so many guests. The downstairs was excellent for entertaining as well. We will be back!

It was tucked away in the back of Seaside very near green space for dog walking and well-appointed/maintained for all ages (they even had infant spoons, and a pack-n-play!). We thoroughly enjoyed the beach (Cabanaman chairs and umbrellas made for easy beach time with a toddler), the accessibility of Modica and Black Bear breakfasts, Bud-N-Alley’s pizza/tacos, Dawson’s fro-yo/fudge, Pickles (everything) for quick lunches, and fine dining (Surfing Deer, Cafe 30-A, Ambrosia for us this time - lots of options) for upscale dinners. Shopping was fun at a wide variety of walkable stores and the amphitheater green was great for burning off kid energy! October weather was perfect and Halloween trick-or-treating sponsored by the Central Square merchants included complementary photos, candy for the kids, and music! Sundog Books had superlative beach reads as well as an incredible browsing! Extensive biking options and loads of outdoor activities readily available. The management team stayed in touch but we never needed them because they’d already thought of everything! Would definitely recommend and will re-visit!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there June 6-13. We were not informed that construction was going on two houses on two sides of us. One side was using a jack hammer al day to break apart a mistake that was made during the construction. It was horrible. Besides the construction and the really bad WiFi the house was nice and actually better than the pictures.

Function, beauty, and location! This gem has it all!

Just like Seaside, this cottage is absolutely charming and incredible. The layout of the home is wonderfully functional. It is so nice to have the living area and bedrooms separate. We have young children who go to bed early but we were still able to enjoy ourselves downstairs or on the rooftop in the evenings. The generous size of the bedrooms and bathrooms is also a wonderful feature. From the lovely fixtures and finishes to the tranquil decor, this cottage is worthy of a spread in Southern Living. It is evident that the owners take great pride in maintaining a spectacular home for visitors to enjoy. A short walk to the square and beach with access through the most beautiful pavilion and just a stones throw from the playground, 2 Seaside Community pools, and racquet courts, all while being cozied just away from the busier 30A traffic on a quiet little street, this home's location is absolutely ideal! Function, beauty, and location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful house, very roomy and well decorated with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. It's near the pool, fitness center and tennis courts, but not loud. An easy walk to the beach and to the center of town. Due to the home inspector being ill, it wasn't quite ready when we checked in (not restocked, etc), but they nicely made good on that, waiving the maintenance fee. A few small things need to be taken care of (lamps not working, etc, light bulbs out). One recommendation for the owner -- put dimmers on your lights in the main living areas (so bright!) and need more light in the master bath! But overall, a great house.

As perfect as it gets!

This was my second visit to the Coast is Clear and it continues to impress. The homeowners have thought of EVERYTHING to make their property feel like you are right at home. We had five kids in our group ages 2 - 8 and it worked out beautifully! The kitchen is truly the heart of the home. With a huge family table, we were able to cook plenty of meals, play games, and make crafts while cooking or relaxing in the family room. The best part about their location is that it's nestled in and cozy quiet area, but only a 10-second walk to the park, kid pool, adult pool, and sporting greens. And...as much as we enjoyed cooking, we were there for 10 days and were able to explore even more restaurants along 30-A so be sure to build that into your trip! There are some impressive venues that you much check out. The beach is stunning and the property is ideal for families. I will be back to the specific house year after year. Enjoy!
