Beläget på den historiska östra sidan bredvid stadens lekplats, gym och två pooler kommer du att upptäcka "Coast is Clear". När du kommer in i detta inbjudande och charmiga 3 sovrum plus sovande torn, 3½ BA strand stuga, kommer du att känna dig riktigt hemma. Perfekt för två familjer, Coast Clear är nyligen ombyggd och inredd för att visa upp det vackra strandlivet som Seaside har att erbjuda. Den öppna planlösningen på första våningen har ett nyligen moderniserat välutrustat kök, matbord och bekväma vardagsrum. Matbordet innehåller en bäddsoffa med bäddsoffa med extra stolar för att rymma en stor grupp människor. Under de kallare månaderna kommer gästerna att njuta av den helt nya eldstaden med extra omslag runt sittplatser. Två uppsättningar franska dörrar leder till en skärmad veranda med nyligen stoppade möbler. I närheten av köket finns ett halvt bad som öppnar utomhusduschen. Ett tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare fyller första våningen.

Rubrik på övervåningen hittar du tre sovrum och tre fulla bad. Befälhavaren svit har en king size-säng, klädkammare, privat lyxigt bad med dubbla fåfängligheter, duschkabin, plattskärms-TV och en privat balkong. Meander ner i korridoren till våningssängrummet som är utrustad med två upps��ttningar dubbla våningssängar med inbyggd förvaring cubby, garderob och lådor. Badrummet gränsar till våningssäng rummet är den största i hemmet med 2 separata fåfänga, stor glas sluten dusch och toalett med avskildhet dörr. Drottning gäst sovrummet har en stor garderob med inbyggda ins, TV och ett på badrummet som innehåller dubbla handfat och dusch / badkar combo.

Från andra våningen huvudet upp den röda spiraltrappen till tornet rummet där du hittar ett stort vardagsrum och sovrum med dubbelsängar som sover 2-3 och en platt-TV för de tur som får ringa detta hem för en kort medan. Gå ut den privata balkongen för en stadsutsikt eller uppför trappan till taket och njut av den fantastiska vyn!

Frosted Orange

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect for our family getaway, exactly as described. It was tucked away in the back of Seaside very near green space for dog walking and well-appointed/maintained for all ages (they even had infant spoons, and a pack-n-play!). We thoroughly enjoyed the beach (Cabanaman chairs and umbrellas made for easy beach time with a toddler), the accessibility of Modica and Black Bear breakfasts, Bud-N-Alley’s pizza/tacos, Dawson’s fro-yo/fudge, Pickles (everything) for quick lunches, and fine dining (Surfing Deer, Cafe 30-A, Ambrosia for us this time - lots of options) for upscale dinners. Shopping was fun at a wide variety of walkable stores and the amphitheater green was great for burning off kid energy! October weather was perfect and Halloween trick-or-treating sponsored by the Central Square merchants included complementary photos, candy for the kids, and music! Sundog Books had superlative beach reads as well as an incredible browsing! Extensive biking options and loads of outdoor activities readily available. The management team stayed in touch but we never needed them because they’d already thought of everything! Would definitely recommend and will re-visit!

There is a nice park nearby. Everything you could need is in the house. It is just a nice seamless experience so you can focus on relaxing and doing nothing but spending time with family. Property is always clean and property management very quick and responsive to any requests.

Rough stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beds were awful to sleep on, hardly any bedding in home certainly not even close to enough bedding to sleep 10 guests. Not even remotely enough towels we had to do laundry every single day of our stay. Construction next door was a huge issue they were banging and blaring music by 7am daily. Overall the house was just very very dirty I'm talking trash inside cabinets dirt and grime everywhere and really needs to have all furniture, beds, sofas, rugs etc replaced. Management company on the other hand was fantastic, responded immediately to all of our concerns and tried their best to make us happy even though the overall condition of the home is more on the homeowner and not so much the management company's fault what they have to work with.

Not the Best of Seaside

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've visited Seaside consistently for 25 years. The beaches we still amazing as the shops as well. However, Frosted Orange, although the most updated house we've stayed in it was the worst experience wise. First, the house had visible black mold in all bathrooms and laundry room. The construction next door started at 8:00 am daily. There was a port-a potty right off the porch and the stench was horrible. We also had the workers block our cars in and we had to contact them to get out.

Would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful house, very roomy and well decorated with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. It's near the pool, fitness center and tennis courts, but not loud. An easy walk to the beach and to the center of town. Due to the home inspector being ill, it wasn't quite ready when we checked in (not restocked, etc), but they nicely made good on that, waiving the maintenance fee. A few small things need to be taken care of (lamps not working, etc, light bulbs out). One recommendation for the owner -- put dimmers on your lights in the main living areas (so bright!) and need more light in the master bath! But overall, a great house.

Very unhappy renters

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at many places at the beach but this was the worse experience we have ever had. The amenities were very limited with no outside pool (only a small covered pool nowhere close to the beach). Coast is clear is unfortunately right beside the basketball area and had kids playing on it all night long so was very noisy. The renters across the street had 13-15 teenagers that hung out all day and night with no adult supervision and were very disruptive. The house itself was nice but the beds had very worn out mattresses that had no support and you would sink down into the bed. The staff was very friendly but were understaffed. We have stayed in Watercolor before and the experience was much better and so were the amenities. Sorry

Great house for a large group!

We had our group down to this house over the 4th of July and had the best time. We had the bunk room filled up, the tower beds filled up, and master King room occupied, and then we used the Queen room as our "luggage room" since we had so many guests. The downstairs was excellent for entertaining as well. We will be back!

Stunning Seaside Home

What a beautiful home. The kitchen is a chefs dream. Beautifully decorated. Clean, clean, clean! Funny as it may be, the towels were high quality, which is not the usual. The beach tote and towels, wine were a sweet treat! We’ll be back!

Beautifully designed home

I won't describe why we choose this town out of all the options along 30A due to limited characters. Frosted Orange stands out to us for a few reasons in Seaside. If you have young children and like to cook and be in community with your family while in your home, stay here. The kitchen is not just beautifully finished and designed but well stocked and the central piece to the first floor living. We regularly had someone cooking in the kitchen, another relative working a puzzle at the kitchen table while someone else holding our newborn and sitting by the fireplace in the family room. Few spaces stayed at in Seaside offer this kind of layout. Cutting boards, cutlery (even honing steel), a slow cooker, countless pans, pots, gas range and room to prep. We enjoy eating out on vacation but equally enjoy cooking and this home provided all that we needed to cook delicious meals. The home was close to all things our toddler and young family like such as the pool, play ground, large field, and it is back off of 30A and quieter as a result. Home was clean, comfortable, relaxing and offered everything we could have wanted and more from our booking fees. We rarely note properties we will rebook in the future, but Frosted Orange is one of them.

Thanksgiving in Frosted Orange

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was beautiful however we were very disappointed in several aspects of our stay. I’m part, some of the reasons we chose this house was due to the fact it advertised a grill, fireplace and fitness center. The grill was removed prior to our stay even though it is still featured in the pictures. The fireplace was inoperable and had to have maintenance come several days to try to get it going. The fitness center is advertised as a feature and they listed 6 people on our passes (our group was 3 adults and 3 children). There was no mention that kids can’t even enter with their parents, let alone participate. Without being able to take our children (ages 7, 9 & 12) we were unable to use that amenity. This should be clearly expressed prior to renting. The downstairs toilet ran every 15 minutes even through the night keeping my mother in law awake. Maintenance came to try to fix but still running. And finally, the worst part was that there is NO mention of an active construction site within arms distance of the side of the house. The house next door is being built and there was hammering ALL DAY even on Saturday. It sounded like someone knocking on the walls/doors all day.

Frosted Orange is a great seaside home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying at Frosted Orange seaside beach house was described by my kids as the best house yet. We have been vacationing in Seaside for years and enjoy staying in different homes every year. Now my family wants to stay here again next year. The Homeowners Collection Management and the property owners made sure everything was great and even let me know about nearby construction so there would be no surprises. We do not mind the construction that is nearing completion and love to see Seaside continuing to grow and improve. The open floor plan downstairs with a great kitchen, bath and roomy den made a good family area. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the second level worked out great and my son with his friend stayed in the top floor that shares three twin beds and a private balcony. The street is quite and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch and meeting all our neighbors. Highly recommend this property.
