Modern lyxig villa belägen på en liten kulle med fantastisk utsikt över Mar Menor från den stora poolterrassen och Medelhavet från fronten. Beläget i Calblanque National Park, är villan en oas av lugn med vackra vikar en femton minuters promenad bort och den långa sträckan av den prisbelönta Calblanque stranden en tio minuters bilresa. En privat 250mq villa med fyra ensuite sovrum, modernt kök, gott om mat och vardagsrum och ett spelrum nere med biljardbord, bordtennis och dart bland andra. Poolen använder ett saltsystem, inte klor, så det är mycket snyggare på huden. Det är 12mx6m med en stor privat terrass som två av sovrummen öppnar till inklusive sovrummet med har sin egen sittgrupp. Den omgivande landsbygden är idealisk för långa promenader eller mountainbike för de mer äventyrliga. Stall finns i närheten för ridning, liksom La Manga-klubben för golf. Mar Menor erbjuder möjligheter till ett brett utbud av vattensporter inklusive utmärkt dykning.

Stunning location and fabulous hosts

From the very start of communication with the hosts, this was an amazing experience. Wonderful property - incredible views, very comfortable beds, so much space and everything thought of. The location itself is so special - at the end of a track with fabulous walks from the property. The pool is beautiful and Carmen and Gines who help the host with logistics locally are very responsive and helpful. Couldn't recommend this highly enough. The local town has restaurants and bars and a little churros van. We even had to use the local GPs which was very easy to sort. Close to Caragena for history; close to Spanish civil war batterias if you want to off the beaten track military history. Close to all kinds of beaches - remote and windswept or touristy; whatever you choose. Highly recommended.

Unique location with fantastic views

A well appointed property which well equipped to meet the day to day needs of the holiday maker. The large private pool at the villa kept both adults and younger members of our family entertained for hours on end. The remoteness of the villa ensures privacy, but does mean a car is essential for all but the most serious trekkers. The only issue detracting me from awarding 5 starts is that following a power cut to the whole area our air conditioning failed to restart resulting in us using fans and opening windows. Although not a lot could be done at the time, Jason (the owner) was quick to respond to my emails and suggest courses of action.

Beautiful remote villa

If you want to be not overlooked and have stunning views then this is the one to pick, very large villa with big pool, it was quiet and relaxing. The villa had almost everything you need for a holiday, some working sun shades would have been good, as it was very hot, and there is little shade from the sun. Maybe some more sun beds by the pool if there is 8 people staying, as only had 4 the rest were on the other terraces. Well equipped kitchen , another fridge would have been handy in the utility room for drinks etc. The road leading to the villa is a track for about 1/2 a mile so a slow drive for the last bit, as it is unmade and an area of national park. We enjoyed our stay , enjoyed the games room and pool, air con in the villa kept us all nice and cool.

Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz. Das Haus steht auf einem Hügel mit einem atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer und in der Nähe gibt es kleine Buchten die in 20min zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Im kleinen Ort Los Belones gibt es leckere Restaurants und kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Dienstags einen Wochenmarkt. Der Vermieter hat immer sehr schnell reagiert und seine Kontaktpersonen vor Ort waren immer hilfsbereit und haben sich sehr schnell um unsere Anliegen gekümmert.

Another great stay!

This was our second stay here. The villa is spacious. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. We spent most days by the pool which has amazing views! The villa is on heigh ground so has a cooling breeze. It’s remote so very private but within minutes (by car) to Los Balones. Needless to say we had a lovely relaxing time.

Beautiful location perfect for our family holiday

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks in August. We were 4 adults, a teen and a 6 year old child. There was plenty of space in the villa. The games room was perfect and the large swimming pool enjoyed by everyone. Los Balones a short drive and plenty of restaurants to choose from. If you value privacy this is a perfect location.

Belle demeure qui mériterait des travaux de rafraîchissement, une amélioration des prestations

Belle demeure...mais 5 fourchettes pour 8 personnes, une clim qui fuit dans une chambre, la vaisselle pas propre, pas d'ombre possible sur la terrasse ( l'achat de parasols serait intéressant !)... dommage car très fort potentiel ! Très Calme et vue magnifique ! Le propriétaire a toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions, la prestataire sur place en revanche a fait le minimum...

Yes!!

We spent a wonderful week at this place. The view is perfect. It is very calm and this was exactly what we were looking for. The place is at the same time isolated to be quiet, but not too much to be scared!. In a couple of minutes, you reach the supermarkets and the beaches by car. You can also walk to a very nice beach (15-minute walk). It goes down to reach the beach, and as a result you need to walk up to get back to the house, which is fine. From the house you can go hiking very easily: so this place is perfect if you want a good combination of sport for some people and swimming pool/rest for others ! This year we could benefit from the beach card left by Jason and this was a real plus to go to the wonderful beaches only accessible by bus otherwise. The house is hugh and clean. The equipment is great (even if a microwave would add even more value). Some windows have their own logic, but it is fine once you “tame’ them😊 Our kids enjoyed the multiple bathrooms. The internet was more than OK. We had one small issue during the stay, and we got a very efficient help from the local team and from Jason. The city close by (Los Belones) is more interesting that it looks like, and we enjoyed the restaurants. Well, perfect! We may not come back as we usually do not go twice to the same places, but this is typically the type of house you remember for a lifetime!

Le paradis!!

La villa est magnifique, la piscine est grande. Superbes vues sur les alentours. Si vous aimez vous ressourcer, vous reposer, ce lieu magique est fait pour vous... Le propriétaire est très attentif, bienveillant..et surtout très réactif. (Merci aussi à Sara qui s'occupe de l'intendance de la villa) Délicate attention : les lits sont fait à notre arrivée. Et les linges de maison/lit sentent bons. Nous reviendrons évidemment dès que possible!😊

Villa au calme

La villa est conforme aux photos et descriptifs, avec une grande piscine, à l'écart du village, accessible par un petit chemin. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec la climatisation et de très bon matelas. La cuisine est bien équipée, le salon et la salle à manger sont immenses. Nous avons passés une formidable semaine de vacances en visitant la région, avec des plages de sables fins et de petites criques sauvages. Le propriétaire a été très disponible par mail et nous a fournis tous les renseignements nécessaires. Merci pour tout. Eric DERAY
