Casa dos Padeiros ligger 20 minuter från Faro flygplats mellan Almancil och Loule, och bara 10 minuters bilresa till marinan vid Vilamoura. För dem som vill utforska portugal är Loule tågstation en kort promenad bort och du kan resa 1: a klass till Lissabon för 26 euro! Det finns många stränder som ligger bara 5-10 minuters bilresa bort, liksom buggy-turer, cykeluthyrning, Aquashow-parken i Quarteira och 3 minuter från Loule, en blomstrande traditionell portugisisk stad med en daglig marknad, kaféer, barer och butiker. Villan ligger också mycket nära räckhåll för många fantastiska golfbanor.

Villan är rymlig och luftig med massor av inomhus- och utomhusområden, inklusive en 12m x 6m pool som kan värmas mot en extra kostnad. Den har ett tunnland anlagda trädgårdar med massor av fruktträd. Trädgården är säker med en muromgärdad omkrets och åtkomst till huset sker via en elektrisk grind med intercom-system. Det finns en bra storlek BBQ för din användning. Vi har också ett bordtennisbord utanför. Fastigheten har plats för upp till 10 vuxna plus 2 barn + 2 spädbarn.

På bottenvåningen finns 3 sovrum, 1 x SuperKing - med badrum, 1 med 2 x singlar (med 2 fullstora lastbilsbäddar för barn), 1 x Superking (detta kan delas upp i 2 stora singlar) - med en -svit. Två av sovrummen har badrum och det tredje har ett eget separat badrum. Villan har en stor öppen planlösning och matplats, med ett 3m matbord och sittplatser för 12. Det finns ett separat TV-rum, ett stort kök / frukostrum och ett tvättstuga. Köket är fullt utrustat med spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, kyl / frys och med säkerhet i åtanke finns det brandsläckare (på båda våningarna), brandduk och rökdetektorer. Tvättstugan är fullt utrustad med tvättmaskin och torktumlare, tillsammans med en amerikansk kyl / frys. Utanför tvättstugan hittar du en roterande luftare. Huvudloungen har en 55 "Smart HD-TV och det finns en 42" Smart HD-TV i TV-rummet tillsammans med en Blue Ray DVD-spelare och ett mobilt kompakt bluetooth-aktiverat musiksystem.
Det finns luftkonditionering i alla rum och en eldstad under vintermånaderna.

På övervåningen finns ytterligare två sovrum, ett med en king size-säng och det andra med en SuperKing. Dessa två sovrum delar badrum.

Villan är dubbelglasad i hela och det finns traditionella portugisiska låsande grindsystem på varje fönster och dörr och ett komplett elektroniskt säkerhetssystem.

Det finns två huvudsakliga uteserveringar (och andra mindre). På den övre terrassen hittar du avslappnade sittplatser och bord där du kan njuta av panoramautsikten mot havet. På terrassen på markplan finns det två bord och stolar för uteservering. Detta har också den extra fördelen med att ha persienner som kan skydda mot sol, vind eller regn beroende på säsong och gör att du kan "leva" ute längre.

Runt 12m x 6 m pool finns solstolar för 10 personer. Poolvärme finns.

Debatable value

We have been coming to the Algarve every year since 2003. We rented maybe 15 different villas, and this was not the best of experiences. Neighborhood noisy, House neglected in several places, bedsheets not clean upon arrival. Had to argue with the owner for an extra set of towels…Don’t get me wrong: the villa is an ok property for a larger group, with ample living space and huge garden and pool area, but considering the neglected overall maintenance status and noisy neighborhood the price point just doesn’t seem appropriate from my perspective.

Summer vacation

I cant see what more you would need from a villa. Impressive, comfortable beds, spacious and well kitted out. Beautiful gardens and stunning big pool a couple of fans would have been nice in the living room area for the evenings, but used outdoor seating most of the time as cooler. Enjoyed driving into local towns, which was easy from here, or just swaying in the hammock enjoying the dappled shade.

Wonderful in every way

Three generations thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Casa dos Padeiros. The villa is extremely well laid out and equipped to host family gatherings, with two bedrooms upstairs and three on the ground floor. Five bathrooms were a luxury - but the whole villa was a luxury. Supersized kitchen with every appliance required. But the highlight is the superb pool set in glorious gardens. You will not want to leave! A car is highly recommended to facilitate food shopping and trips to the beach. Our best family holiday ever!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at your villa. The pool, surrounding area with ping-pong and the big pool was absolutely amazing. Two little disadvantages: The floor inside the house was a little bit dirty. It had no dirt on it, but the foots were nearly black after five minutes without shoes one. It seems just to be needed wiped wet one time. The other point was the loud air conditioner outside from our bedroom near the pool. We couldn't sleep with open window. These two points are to be mentioned, everything else was just great. The big kitchen was very good equipped, great washroom, billard room with bar... we enjoyed the week with our big family of 12 person from age 3 to 65 and would recommend this villa to everyone else. Fijne vakantie villa

Met 3 gezinnen hebben wij een heerlijke tijd gehad. De villa is ruim en goed ingericht en onderhouden. De grote plus punten zijn natuurlijk het verwarmde zwembad, de bbq faciliteiten, het terras wat afgesloten kan worden met insecten gaas, pingpong en pool tafel, de complete keuken, de heerlijke bad en slaapkamers en het rooftop terras. Beverly is zeer snel te contacten en zeer gastvrij. We bezochten de kust, de haven en natuurlijk Loulé. Hebben 2 keer gegeten bij restaurant Brava. De villa biedt alles wat onze tieners en wij als volwassenen zouden wensen. We hebben genoten.

Great house for a family of three generations and twelve people

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The best thing was the pool area, especially for the almost six years old boy twins. The family of five had their own floor and the family of three had their own corner with a nide balcony. Two couples had rooms heading to the pool. We had three cars and moving around was easy. The rooms for us all were handy and especially the childrens room.

Fabulous stay

Just back home after a fabulous stay at this beautiful villa. As other people have mentioned in previous reviews, the pictures of the property and its views are great but seeing it in real life exceeds expectations. We are a family of 3 generations who enjoyed everything this villa had to offer from the large heated pool to the games room. We didn't hire a car but got around using ubers which was very simple and good value. Villamoura and quarteira are around 15 mins in the car and well worth visiting for their many restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this villa.

July 19 special holiday

We booked this villa around a year ago for a special family celebration (8 adults and 4 children under five over 3 generations) and throughout the process, the owner, Beverly, could not have been more accommodating in our various queries/requests. To say the villa lived up to expectations doesn’t really do it justice…..yes the photos give you a ‘feel’ for the place but the experience is simply much better iand would exceed most peoples aspirations. It is difficult to portray the scale and layout of the property either in words or pictures eg the variety of eating area/terraces is a real treat. Arguably, it is a little out of the way (having a car is important for convenience), which is what we wanted and other than supermarkets and a variety of restaurants (5 mins), most of your likely destinations for the week (beach, golf, waterpark, marina, Loule itself) are within 15 mins drive, so central for most things…..although some days it’s tough to leave the villa/pool! It is in a quiet peaceful location with security and safety a prominent feature throughout. The kids (& big people!) all had a blast in the pool, exploring the grounds and the villa itself. The games room in the basement was a real bonus and perhaps could be featured in the website a little more? We just could not fault this villa and would defy anyone to be disappointed. We loved this house!

Our family (11 people including my son's family, my daughters family, my nephew and his wife, and my wife and I) had a great week here. The Owner, Beverly Martin, was gracious and responsive. The house was everything we had hoped for. The pictures show the house well, but it is even better being there. All of our family would love to return next year. We would highly recommend this house. We loved Portugal and the weather was perfect. I could not say one negative thing about our stay here.

A hidden oasis!

An amazing find for our biennial 3 generation family catch up of 8 adults and 3 young children, the villa had everything we wanted. An extremely spacious property set in wonderful grounds with a fabulous pool. We had this heated which kept it at a perfect temperature and spent each day in it or lounging around it, exactly what we had planned. There were also plenty of places to escape from the sun on both levels of the villa or around the pool.The games room was a bonus and was well used later in the evenings. The villa is within 5 to 10 minutes of a number of supermarkets and we did have a car which made shopping easy. The directions we had been sent made life simple for the taxi and airport runs too. Thoroughly enjoyed by everyone, we would highly recommend Casa do Paderios and would certainly consider returning. Many thanks to Beverly and her team.Superb service from all.

Beautiful villa

Our family of 11 really enjoyed our stay at Casa dos Padeiros. Right from the start when I first booked the villa, Beverly the owner made contact by email and was very prompt in replying to any questions that I had. The villa was so spacious with amazing outside areas with wonderful views for dining al fresco. The garden that surrounds the villa and is beautifully maintained. The pool is a really good size and really kept the children amused. Such a relaxing holiday and cant wait to go back!

We were so pleased in 2016 that we all dreamed of coming back to Casa dos Padeiros - and we did!

The hole family, three generations, 6 adults and 5 children aged 6-14, had once more a wonderful week in Beverly's house.Thank you! The villa is spacious and tastefully equipped and perfect for us with 5 comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. And, not to forget: The wonderful pool and garden - it can not be better. A holiday here is worth every pound!

Villa was beautiful and although a little out of the way, the instructions Beverly gave us were perfect. Everything you could possibly need was available and the pool area was wonderful - our grandson was in the pool within an hour of arriving and we all enjoyed our time there - it was well worth paying a little extra to have the pool heated. We organised a home delivery from Apolónia but there were plenty of supermarkets nearby - you do need transport though. Perfect villa for a family get together and the 11 of us (3 children, 8 adults) had a wonderful week.

Amazing Villa

Me and my family stayed in the villa from 17-24 August 2017. We were met by the property manager he let us in the villa and showed us around and told us all the information we needed to know- how to lock the doors ect he was very helpful- The villa was amazing it is masive and so well laid out, we loved dining together inside and out. The pictures do not do it justice- it is such a beautiful home! All of the bedrooms are a good sizes and the bathrooms are well equipped. The pool is a very good size (much bigger than pictures) and it is cleaned once aweek. The games room in the basement is really good its got a large pool table and dart board, it also has a bar with a small fridge. The kitchen is equipped well with plates, pots, pants. It goes on to a utility room with another fridge freezer with a washing machine, ironing board etc. We loved staying in this home! We used local taxis & uber to go to supermarkets - this was roughly 12 euro and about 10 minute drive. We used yellow fish transfers which were also very good and the price was very reasonable. Information about resturants, taxis etc, are in the villa in a book provided! One thing, the property was spotless and the cleaner was lovely! Beverly was very helpful upon making the booking and answered any questions that we had. We would definitely reccomend this villa to anyone! Thank you for a lovely stay :):)

Peaceful surroundings and beautiful villa

We really did find the perfect property for our trip. Ten girls in one place can be quite full on but the villa has plenty of space allowing you to seperate if needed! Taxis were slightly challenging as no one could find the villa, uber works a treat though and is comparable or cheaper than local cabs. We had Golden Triangle Catering in to cook, if you want a treat at home it's definitely worth booking Massimo. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and lovely big bathrooms, only slight issue was water pressure upstairs but only when others downstairs were showering. It's very secure and feels safe to stay in. Depending on when you visit you may also reap the benefits of the fruit produce from the garden. Beverly, the owner, was most helpful when we booked the villa, answering many questions that I had! Would definitely recommend Casa dos Padeiros!

A beautiful villa with an equally amazing garden. Absolutely stunning all round!

The villa looks great in the photos but, in person it is absolutely stunning! Definitely worth the money, it's an absolute bargain compared to what is offered at other villas. Joao, our rep, was really helpful and Beverly couldn't have been any nicer if she tried. Beverly answered all our questions before we went and I can't thank her enough for letting us stay in her exquisite home! It was so easy & cheap to use Uber's to get around, costs about €10 to get to Villamoura. We went as a group of 10 and we are all discussing booking to go again next year because we had such a great time!!

Brilliant stay, in a beautiful villa.

We had a brilliant stay at this beautiful villa, during the day and at night the house looks equally beautiful. Beverly was really helpful during the booking stage and was really quick to answer our questions. The villa is huge, there were 7 of us, and we never at all felt remotely on top of each other, it could sleep 10-12 easily. The facilities were great and the pool area is fantastic. Suitable for people of all ages, the games room was excellent and we spent many hours playing snooker, table tennis and darts. A car is probably needed, but if you're wanting to all go out for a meal and want to have a drink, please use Uber over the local taxis, they're cheaper and from our experience were so much nicer than the taxi firms we used early on in our stay. Overall, the villa is beautiful, if you were wondering whether this was right for you, rest assured it is, book it, you will not regret it. Thanks for a lovely stay.

A wonderful villa - perfect for our family

We could not have choosed any better property for our holidays in Portugal. All was even better than you can imagine from the pictures. We all send many thanks to Bevery for kind service and a warm welcome. The family 11 persons, from 4-69 years. The location was very good. It all was cleen and with a superb standard and it was really plenty of areas all over. You will need a car to get around. Beautiful and interesting beaches not too far away. We would love to come back!

We fell in love with this property because it is so private and yet only a few minutes drive to everywhere that you would want to go to. It has mountains behind us and a view of the sea in front.
