The main house features two double bedrooms, both en suite, and two twin bedrooms, ensuring space and convenience for everyone. In the separate annex, there is a fifth en suite bedroom with two bunk beds, a fun and practical solution for children or teenagers, accommodating up to four guests.The fully equipped kitchen offers a functional and inviting setting to prepare your favourite meals, whether it's a relaxed breakfast, or a special family dinner.Outside, the villa impresses with a generous, recently renovated garden, surrounded by greenery that provides natural shade, and a peaceful atmosphere. The private pool invites long swims and leisure time, complemented by an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying Algarve’s sunny days to the fullest.With a privileged location, close to beaches, restaurants, shops, and golf courses, Villa AlGharif is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday in Albufeira.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests.From the 13th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
