The beachy decor is nice. Condo has good layout. Small resort and uncrowded. We had pool to ourselves alot. Lots of things to do walking distance. Hope to stay again. The owners are very responsive

Amazing as Always

We are repeat renters. Always try to book this condo before any others. I have been vacationing at North Myrtle my entire life, and have continued the tradition with my family. Ocean Shores is my preferred type of place to stay and I happened upon this unit around 2017/2018. If I could guarantee my family's availability the same week every year, we would book this unit indefinitely. The owners are perfection, and are extremely responsive and helpful. The condo, location, and amenities are great. We always feel comfortable and at home when we stay. Thank you for sharing with us!

Spring Break

Kelly was very easy to work with. She went the extra mile to answer questions and make suggestions to help our first visit to the area a good one. The condo could use a good cleaning inside and out. The ocean view is incredible. The beds are comfy. Kitchen well stocked. The pool isn’t heated and had been opened 2 days prior to our arrival. Although it’s located on a busy street you don’t hear the traffic because this condo faces the ocean. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It’s a busy area, but not as busy as downtown Myrtle beach.

Wonderful Place

This Condo was a very nice, spacious, and the location is great! The owners were very nice. They even checked in with us to make sure that we had everything we needed while we were there. The ocean front view was simply gorgeous! The weather was beautiful and we had a wonderful time making sweet memories with our precious family!

Great location!

First time visiting North Myrtle in quite a while. Loved the location! Beach, shops, and restaurants were easily within walking distance. Property was clean and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Owners provided clear instructions on how everything worked. The week we were there it was pretty quiet at the condo. Overall, great experience!

The Pennington’s place was exactly as advertised. Quaint and homey and perfect location to everything. It had everything we needed to cook full meals and we could walk to restaurants as well. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others

Fantastic stay.

Overall a fantastic stay. amazing location right on the beach and a 1/2 block from the shops and restaurants. Unit was clean and updated. The kitchen is very well supplied with everything you need for cooking. We only had 2 issues. There wasnt any toilet paper provided. After driving 15 hours, we had to get back in the car and go out to the nearest grocery store to buy some. Also, the queen mattress has a "hole" or soft spot. We had to shuffle around sleeping assignments as you really couldnt sleep on that side of the bed.

I must be part mermaid!

This is exactly what we needed. The closeness to the beach was perfect. The interior of the condo was homey, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The owners Kelly and James were wonderful / friendly to work with / communicate with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was nice that our older kids could go out to the beach on their own or out on the street to enjoy grabbing somethng to eat, ice cream and shirt shops.

Family Vacation 2022

I gathered my children and grandchildren together and found this hidden treasure in your condo! There was so much room for the size of our party, the pool, the access to the beach, the large amount of stores and places to eat at within walking distance of our room. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a beautiful place to relax and have good family fun! May I also add that every time I had a question regarding ANYTHING about the residence James and Kelly responded back immediately or witching a very short time. This vacation has got to be the best one yet for our memory books. Would not hesitate to rent from the Penningtons again.

Great Place

We loved this place! It was exactly as described! The view was amazing, the pool was great! Everybody in the building was super friendly and just the atmosphere made for a great vacation! The only suggestion I could make is to put a lock at the top of the door or a deadbolt but we managed without it too.

Pleasant Experience

The property was in a great location and was within walking distance to dining and shopping! The owners had a very lovely condo overlooking the ocean. The owners communicated everything every step of the way. We were very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Great location and roomy

We had a great stay. The condo was very spacious and right on the beach. Lots of things to do nearby. We loved the shops, restaurants, and bars that were across the street. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Bring beach towels and chairs if you need them. Other than that everything is provided. Very easy to get ahold of the owners at any time. We will definitely be back!

Includes fully equipped kitchen, cable television, comfortably and beautifully decorated interior. And don’t forget about the amenities you can’t find at home, like the spectacular views, the sand and the beautiful, blue Atlantic Ocean!
