Christchurch Riverside Studio med fiske tillgängligt

Studion ligger i ett utmärkt läge vid floden Christchurch
Stour. Det är fristående och söderläge i ett lugnt läge ca 12 minuter
promenad från Christchurch centrum och 6 miles från Bournemouth centrum.
Studion är rökfri. Det rymmer bara 2 vuxna och jag är rädd att vi inte tar med husdjur.
STUDIO DETALJER
          Studion är fristående och består av ett stort rum (15ft kvadrat) med eget badrum ... Åtkomst sker via en 6ft uteplats dörr i södra änden av fastigheten som också ger tillgång till uteplats, trädgård och flod. En uteplats och 2 solstolar med kuddar finns. Studion är inredd med ny HD-plattskärms-TV, två 3ft enkelsängar, två fåtöljer, matsal, kylskåp, vattenkokare, brödrost och mikrovågsugn samt tallrikar och bestick som är tillräcklig för två personer att laga lätta måltider men inga andra matlagningsanläggningar är försedda. Det nya (2019) badrummet har en duschkabin men inget bad. Studion är i god dekorativ ordning och rengörs noggrant mellan varje låt. Sängarna kommer att bestå av täcken och lakan före ankomst. Alla sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls gratis. Handdukar tillhandahålls inte. Det finns ingen kostnad för uppvärmning och belysning.
BEKVÄMLIGHETER
           Närmaste strand vid Southbourne ligger bara några minuter bort med bil. Stränder vid Boscombe Bournemouth och Mudeford nås också inom 10-15 minuters bilresa. Det finns pittoreska flodpromenader längs båda flodens flodar och fritidsbåtsresor går regelbundet till Mudeford-stranden. Det finns även självdrivna motorbåtar och roddbåtar att hyra. Att vara ett semesterområde finns många restauranger, golfbanor och sportanläggningar i närheten, inklusive Christchurch
  Leisure Centre, Littledown och Bournemouth International Center. Den gamla prioryen
  staden Christchurch, med sin saksiska torg shoppingområde har en mängd olika
  restauranger, pubar, historiska byggnader och museer alla inom gångavstånd.
ANORDNINGAR
   Parkering. Det finns gott om parkeringsplatser på den stora grusdriften.
Butiker. Närmaste närbutik ligger i Stour väg ca 400 meter
   bort (5 minuters promenad). Tuckton Village har en mängd butiker och är ca 10
    minuters promenad bort.
Buss. Täta bussförbindelser går till både Bournemouth och Christchurch från
    busshållplatserna som ligger inom 100 meter från fastigheten.
Järnväg. Stationen ligger ca 1 mil bort. Det finns en taxi service tillgänglig där.
Fiske. Observera ... Även om gästerna är välkomna att fiska från slutet av
   trädgården, ibland används båda förtöjningarna av ägaren och
   gästerna måste fiska runt sina båtar.

Beautiful property

Excellent studio with beautiful outlook over the river. Good size bathroom with shower. Although there's not a cooker or hob, everything else in the kitchen is well equipped, microwave, kettle and plenty of crockery/cutlery and cupboard space. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. The hosts were very welcoming and very thorough in explaining how everything worked.

Lovely location

On arrival Graham and Pat made us very welcome, our first impressions of the studio was that it was immaculate and great detail was given to cleanliness for Covid 19. Graham and Pat were great hosts during our 7 days stay. A lovely garden to sit ,relax and enjoy the riverside. Very peaceful. Everything we needed in the studio and the weather was perfect All amenities close by and beaches within a few minutes drive. Lovely cliff top walks. Thanks to Graham and Pat for a lovely holiday

We were looking for somewhere to enjoy a brief relaxing holiday preferably with a view and thus was certainly that. Beautiful garden and views of the river, always something to watch and enjoy.

Enjoyable stay

Very comfortable studio apartment the owners live above and could not be more helpful. The location is perfect for a base to explore short walk into town where there is plenty of very good food choices. We will definitely be returning next year , and that says it all many thanks Sue and Bill

Suche Sie Ruhe und Entspannung sind sie in Christchurch richtig aufgehoben

kleine, aber feine Ferienwohnung. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Grundstück. Sehr schöner Ausblick (genau wie auf dem Foto). Küchenzeile nur mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Leider kein Herd und Backofen. Neu renoviertes Bad (2019) Vermieter sehr aufmerksam und nett. Wohnen im Haus über der Ferienwohnung.

Fantastic place to stay, absolute river frontage, very friendly hosts, would definately stay again

We had a fabulous time at this property. Really enjoyed coming back after a busy day sightseeing and just sitting by the river relaxing with a glass of wine and some nibbles. Pat and Graham were fabulous hosts they made us feel very welcome. Everything is at your finger tips , public transport, shops, walks restaurants etc.. Would definatly reccomend anyone to stay at this property.

Location, location, location.

This waterfront studio could not be better situated. On a quiet road with easy off road parking and within a short walk of everything in Christchurch we couldn't be more satisfied. The view from the patio over the river pleased us no end as there was always something of interest to see on the river and in the park beyond. The kitchenette is sufficient if you wish to eat in or there are plenty of eateries within walking distance. Everything was clean and comfortable and the owners were friendly and very approachable. Just off a main thoroughfare it was very easy to get to Bournemouth or the New Forrest.

Wonderful view ! Mesmerizing!! Relaxing ! Very friendly and clean .loved it!!!

It was a slice of heaven !! So relaxing I enjoyed the many places in the area we went to ,but the highlight of the day was coming back to studio and sitting watching the boats and the scenery so nice!! The studio was spotless ,the owners were very friendly ,and helpful .we shall be returning without a doubt and I shall recommend it to family and friends .sorry we had to leave!!

Superb position for a holiday apartment. Watching the boats sail past the bottom of the garden was just wonderful. The flat was excellent and Graham and Pat could'nt have been more accommodating.

Excellent stay.

The location of the apartment is excellent, lovely views . The facilities of the garden and patio were excellent. Accommodation was in very good and clean. Also the owners were lovely friendly . The location also means that you can walk into Christchurch. Would definitely recommend this property and we will be booking for next year.

Super Location.

As the add states, it's a fairly basic studio apartment. Kitchen only has a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge but with all the restaurants within walking distance this is really not an issue. The studio was spotless, and had everything needed for a stay. Two single beds, two armchairs for watching the telly, a small table and chairs. Crockery and cutlery is also available if you want to eat in the apartment. Graham is a lovely gentleman. Took his time to explain everything when I arrived, and although I did not need to call on him till I left, I'm sure if there were any problems he would have sorted them straight away. I had a lovely stay and hope to return with my wife when we can arrange some time off together. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely studio by the river

Very happy with the accommodation and location. Clean and well presented. Easy access to Christchurch for restaurants and Hengistbury Head and Southbourne beaches. Owners very helpful. Would recommend to friends.

Great!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Willow Way studio, the scenery was fantastic, beautiful and homely studio, great area in Christchurch and we would definitely go back there at some point.

Pat has been letting this Studio for a few years now I enjoy meeting my new and returning guests. Although it is just one room with bathroom en-suite
many guests return each year because of the superb position. They like the fact it is on the ground floor with its own patio outside and the ability to wander down the garden and enjoy the river view.
