Gorgeous Williams Property

If you think the listing looks amazing, it's even better in person. We can't recommend this property enough. The home and views are gorgeous and it's thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have needed....and more. It's located an hour south of the Grand Canyon, which was very convenient. Fantastic stay. Thank you!

Lake front property

We loved everything about this house! It was perfect for our family of 6 and well equipped with everything we needed. Close to the grocery store and beautiful views and wildlife watching. This home was also a great home base for all the activities we wanted to do in northern Arizona!

Visit the Grand Canyon

This was an ideal location for us to base our sight seeing from. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home had everything we needed and more. The sunrises were beautiful. We definitely recommend this home.

Perfect home

Enjoyed our stay at this home. The owners are friendly and accommodating. The home has breathtaking views. The inside is very clean and comfortable. This is a home and location you wished you owned. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking. Be sure to check out their awesome gift shop on historic Route 66!

Great View

Very clean, everything you need is there. Close to town, highways, golf, fishing and the railroad to the Grand Canyon. Could easy sleep 8, but just me and my wife. Hosts were super at welcoming us in and making sure everything was working properly. Will stay there again.

Grand Canyon

Five south Louisiana ladies and I travel to a destination together once a year .We chose to go to the Grand Canyon this year. This house was excellent. It was immaculate. There was plenty of room for all of us. It's one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. The outside patio is well kept. Late in the afternoon we would see deer on this beautiful property. It was about an hour drive to the Grand Canyon, which was an easy drive. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Everything was perfect. I would give this house and property a 5 star.

An amazing experience!!!

We will never stay anywhere else in Williams... this house was perfect in every way! It’s clean, gorgeous, and has beautiful views!! They have everything you need, even binoculars to see the bald eagles that are always around! Mike and Stephanie met us after we arrived to welcome us and answer any questions we had! They also had a welcome basket of snacks! We booked another trip before we even left because we loved it so much! Thank you Mike and Stephanie!!

Loved it...

A great place to stay. Everything was just as noted in the review. If your goal is to see various parts of northern AZ, this is the perfect location - Williams is minutes away (perfect for all the staples and/or dinner spots), and close to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, and more. Our kids loved being outside, seeing all the wildlife (we saw lots of different animals) and having room to roam. House was clean, well-stocked, and plenty of room. Lastly, the owners were very responsive ... we had one tiny request (which easily could have waited until after we left), and the owners took care of it ASAP. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful gateway to the Grand Canyon!

My family and I stayed a few nights in April for spring break at this luxurious house. The large windows looking out on the lake were fantastic, it felt like a dream watching the sun set. The back porch was so relaxing and the kids enjoyed themselves. The gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfy. Loved that we all had our own bathrooms. The only issue was the internet was spotty and the streaming on the TV would go out. Great excuse to disconnect! Also, we were expecting kayaks, but they are not on the property. Fishing and hiking was great. Loved the Canyon Coaster and little town of Williams. We felt super welcomed and would love to visit again!

Magnificent house in a wonderful location.

We were a group up from the valley for a golf tournament at Elephant Rocks Golf Course and chose the house as it was near to the course. I think one of the first things that really strikes you are the views to the rear of the property. There is always wildlife on view around the lake varying from birds to elk. The views may distract you for a moment, but then you realise you are in a very special property. The charming and friendly owners, Mike and Stephanie, have thought of everything in the house which you can tell they built with love. The master bedroom with its sleep number bed and walk in shower is magnificent. But you can say nothing bad about the house - its just perfect in every way. Just note the little touches like the very special piece of granite that makes up the kitchen counter, the unique pantry door and even the bbq tools in the stainless steel box. This house will will give you a great vacation and it in an ideal location for touring Northern Arizona. The magnificent golf course is a few hundred yards away and downtown is a couple of miles. Be sure to stop in at the Red Raven for lunch or dinner - well worth a visit.

Great property that is immaculately clean, and just as advertised. Stocked with just about everything you might need to make your stay feel like you’re at home. The location is great with amazing views of the forest and lake. At one point there was a herd of 14 deer in basically what is your secondary backyard. When we come back to Williams to golf, will book this place again.

Friends vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mike and Stephanie’s beautiful lake home. Their recommendations were very much appreciated and they were always available for questions. The house was the perfect base between Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to visit northern Arizona.

We are excited to share what we love about Williams Arizona and all that it has to offer from the majestic sunsets to the endless possibilities of outdoor activities and adventures including; fishing, golfing, hiking, wildlife watching, skiing, Historic Route 66, the Grand Canyon and Bearizona to mention just a few. Michael has lived and owned several business in Williams for over 30 years and Stephanie is a native to Arizona and has lived in Northern Arizona for over 25 years. We both have extensive knowledge of the area and all that it has to offer. We hope you enjoy your stay in Williams.
