Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, toppdörrar till poolområdet och badrum med hörnbadkar, separat duschkabin, dubbla handfat, toalett och klädkammare. Sovrum 2 har en full säng med dubbel garderob. Sovrum 3 har två enkelsängar och en dubbel garderob. Familjebadrummet har badkar / dusch, handfat och toalett. Familjen vardagsrummet är ljusa och bekväma och har tre sits soffa, lovsät, fåtölj, 36 "TV, DVD-spelare, 3 CD växlare och altandörrar till poolområdet. Nice property

Property itself was nice. We feel like towards the end of getting everything finalized there was no one to talk to. It took numerous phone calls to finally get someone on the phone.We were not notified that every person who is a part of the party needs to be registered in order to go in and out. My wife was not allowed back in until I called the management (at about 9pm) to get her back in.

Great location

The home is in a great location with Publix and Walmart not far away. Everything was nice in the home but could use new beds they were hard and could use a few more kitchen items. I had to purchase my own pizza pan. But we did enjoy our stay and will return again.

Relocation

Hubby and I are considering relocating to Central Florida and used this place as our base camp. We arrived later than expected and did have a bit of a wait to enter the gated community; however once my license was verified every time we returned home it was easy to enter! The home itself was clean, it’s an older home (built in the 90’s I believe) so some wear and tear issues, but nothing major that turned us off! Kitchen well stocked with glasses, plates, silverware, pots and pans. Master bed was divine … comfortable and nice quality sheets! Pool and covered lanai was nice, had happy hour every night, our friends enjoyed the pool. Overall very happy with our stay! New owner/management since the negative reviews seems to have resolved past issues.

Disappointed

House needs a thorough cleaning. Master bath grout is either stained or deteriorating. Bottom of shower door caked with hardwater stains and is rusting. Door trims had heavy dust collecting on them. Windows were not clean. Inside front entrance light has not been cleaned in quite some time. The glass is heavily filmed over. Outside entrance light did not work. Pool area was dirty - cleaned 3 days after we got there. When we go there a garden hose was actually in the pool. Outside needs to be spring leaned. Leaves on walkways and collected at front entrance and bushes. Looks like the house was not cleaned prior to our arrival.

Great Home

Overall the house was very nice and clean and in a nice neighborhood. The patio furniture defiantly needs an upgrade. We had an issue with the house AC not working but I made a call and the next day a technician was out at the house and was able to fix the problem.

Misrepresented

This property is completely misrepresented in the listing. There are cheap cosmetic “updates” such as painted cabinets and counters, newer range and dishwasher, but “new” refrigerator doesn’t work but is still in place in the kitchen, with an older refrigerator without ice maker sitting between kitchen and living room. Washing machine didn’t work. Air conditioning only worked some of the time. Tiles coming out of the wall in hall bathroom. A piece of the outside screen around pool was broken and had been taped but fell apart before our arrival. Maintenance did fix the screen properly while we were there. During our stay there was a plumbing leak that flooded the kitchen. We had to be relocated 20 mins away. At first we were told it would be for 2 nights and they weren’t sure where we would go for our last night. Then the next day we got a call while we were out for the day, saying the plumbing had been repaired and we could move back in within an hour. We are still waiting to be given confirmation of a partial refund for all of the issues. Communication seemed great in the beginning when we first reached out but has become less and less. I’d never stay at that property again. Not sure if I’d work with the property management company again. Will depend if they follow through with rectifying the issues.

Pictures lie

Just as we packed up to get on the road to our vacation, we were told the pool and jacuzzi does not heat/bubble. Useless! We would not get back our money, or find another property on such short notice. We got there Sunday 8pm. At the gate, nobody knew where we belong, office was closed, they couldn’t talk to them. After 30 minutes the manager let us in. The place was extra dirty. Dust everywhere, walls, windows. Sticky doorhandlers, stench of urine in bathrooms. My 8 pounds puppy found a pill in the fam.room. Thankfully I picked it up before hi did. Floors sticky! The palm tree at the pool... was there 15 years ago. The stump is there. Next day i called, cleaning crew showed up, wiped the floors somewhat with a towel. Told me , it’s the Lysol they use to clean with has a distinctive smell, not urine. Publix is close, bought bleach, mop, gloves and other “necessities”, spent the evening cleaning. 2 am smoke detector beeped, battery dead. There’s a raccoon nest on the roof, they run around all night and visit daytime. Furnitures are makeshifts. Drawers missing pullers. Livingroom furniture not what you see on pictures. Pool isn’t working for awhile, tiles are cracked/broken/peeling off. The netting over the back yard/pool is ripped. Bugs are present. The only good thing about it, Disney is close by. Would not recommend to anyone. As we are renting properties from VRBO, I’m skeptical about our next time, if there will be any. How do you not check what you represent?

Updates

House needs a lot of updating. The toilet in the master bath didn't even sit straight. It was at an angle. Furniture and appliances need updating. My husband sat down in one of the chairs on the lanai and it broke and he fell. Did not like the way management handled that.
