Great Sun, Pool and HOT Spa- close to Parks, Disney -Stores,-Clean, quiet, NICE!

Come stay in our happy home! Private pool and spa area with an umbrella, lawn chairs, pool toys and screened lanai. Eat on the covered deck and enjoy the great Florida weather! There is an extra removable fence around the pool to keep little ones safe, and house doors that tell you when they have been opened to keep everyone aware of exits. There is laundry washer and dryer in the garage, kitchen disposal, dishwasher, microwave, fully furnished kitchen, gas range and big fridge (with cold filtered water spout and ice inside). Perfect location with a field and park in the block area. Very safe location, and close to everything from restaurants, major grocery stores and theme parks. Located about an hour to Cocoa beach one way, and West palm beach and New Smyrna beaches are about 1 hr. 15 min the other way. Easy access to main thorough fares. Uber and Lyft can transport you from the airport with ease. High speed WiFi in the house, with Spectrum cable Tv on smart TV’s (3)/ Roku, and a fire TV too , computer desk space, printer, monitor. A/c works great! Keyless entry pad for arriving at any hour. Comfortable beds, and darkening shades and curtains to allow you to sleep in. Come stay with us for a wonderful, memorable, relaxing vacation!
In winter time heating the pool/spa is an option for extra heating fee ($60 for up to 3 days). Let us know if it is desired. We also have a BBQ gas grill available (extra gas and cleaning fee if it is requested by guests $35). There are 4 TV’s and an Alexa in the living room for playing your favorite music. Great house for a couple or family vacation!! New comfy couch in the living room and a recliner. Hot tub goes to 104 with jets.

Perfect comfort home

My family and I we're very satisfied with this home.It has everything you need. The pool and the spa was perfect temperature. The most important communication was outstandingThey made everything easy for us to check in and if you had any questions they replied right away. 2 nights in Orlando after a cruise

The is was a perfect location to be close to everything but out of the chaos. House was exactly as listed, very clean, and the ease of communication with the house staff was amazing. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was more than enough room for everyone! Pool and hot tub were a great perk! Would highly recommend to others and would stay again if in the area.

Highly Recommend

We stayed for 4 nights with 4 adults and 4 children. The house was beautiful and was accurately listed and kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. The pool and hot spa was the highlight of our stay. Pool was clean and very well maintained. We could be in there all day!!. There was lawn service one of the days while we were there but they came and did their thing and left . It wasn't a bother to us at all. Plenty of room for all of us. Bedroom was decent size and beds were comfy. Kim was great and very responsive to all of our questions. We had no issues during our stay and we will ddefinitely return and stay here again.again.

Great place for a couples getaway and great host!

The location is great in a VERY quiet neighborhood but close to a Walmart. The pool area was private from the neighbors, nice and heated, and property was clean. When we first arrived the entry code didn’t work and Kimberly had the issue resolved within minutes of me reaching out. There is a Vivant security system on the property with a doorbell camera (some people are paranoid about it, we weren’t since it’s so common these days). It announced when entry sensors were opened which could be an added safety assurance if you have kids on your trip to know if they sneak out to the pool or front door without you being aware. There was a safety fence around the pool for extra level of safety for kids on top of it all too. She was responsive throughout the stay and ensured we had everything we needed. She communicated that we might see a pool cleaner or lawn care crew come during our stay (we did see a lawn care crew that was there for maybe 20-30 minutes) it was nice to have that notice. The beds were memory foam and had a variety of different pillows to choose from. We can’t sleep without having a fan running for white noise and she had one in each room. It was nice to have blackout curtains to be able to sleep in too. Overall enjoyed our stay and plan to be back in the future!

Nice quiet Girls Weekend

Perfect place for a nice relaxing girls weekend away from the loud hustle and bustle of the busiest areas of Orlando. This rental is in a nice community area with not a lot of traffic or noise. It’s perfect for either a quiet girls weekend away from the kiddos or a family weekend with the kids. Whichever you prefer (we opted for the former :)The property management we dealt with was very friendly and accommodating We will definitely be back! We loved this property. It had everything we needed and more!

Pool and Hot Tub are Fabulous!!

This was a great place to stay. The pool and hot tub were perfect temp. The main reason we do vrbos is for a private pool. I loved the vinyl fence also for privacy. The start up kit was so nice and much appreciated! Shampoo, hand soap, even a box of Kleenex! Paper towels! Toilet paper. Also the fridge had basic essentials like condiments and tons of cooking equipment etc. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. So many wonderful things about this property! Also the management was great! Thank you so much for letting us stay. :)

Fantastic Stay!

My wife, son and his fiance, and I had a lovely stay at this home! It was plenty spacious without being so big that you would hear echoes. The bedrooms were nice, and the bathrooms attached to them were perfect. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The pool and whirlpool were a huge hit with the four of us. We spent at least three hours a day relaxing poolside. Communications with Kimberly were very quick and helpful. All in all, a very pleasant visit!

Family vacation

The house was outstanding well stocked with everything you would need for a family vacation ,we spent 16 days there. Kim,our host was great to work with, she was very responsive to making sure everything was in tiptop shape for us. The pool area with the hot tub was great relaxing space to enjoy our family. Wonderful clean home with Mickey Mouse pool

The home is very clean & located near Margaritaville resort, a movie theater, lots of stores including Target, Publix, and is a 6 min drive to Walmart & Starbucks. The host is lovely and very responsive. The master bed was so comfortable! Slightly firm but with a plush mattress topper that makes it feel incredibly comfortable. The pool is well maintained & like new with a Mickey Mouse design on the bottom. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The pool is awesome

Very clean house, Kitchen very nice and well stocked, beds for us where to firm but if you like firm there great. House behind this house has a filthy Lanai that really is an eye sore to look at. Very close to all things Disney and Orlando. Over all enjoyed our stay and would recommend

Nice location and nice house, the only reason of 4 star is the cheap pillows and sheets that kept rolling off the mattes all night. I would suggest investing in better quality sheets and pillows. Overall nice house and good communication.

Great location. Amazing host

Great location close to shopping, restaurants, and all Disney parks. Nice neighborhood. House was clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Kimberly is a wonderful host. We had a couple of issues which she addressed immediately. She is very responsive and great to work with. My husband and I enjoyed the heated pool and spa. There is a welcome package with dish soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergent to get you started. Also toilet paper and paper towels to begin your stay. Check in was very easy. We had a very relaxing stay.

We encourage guests to send us suggestions on how we can make it better. We update and buy new things all the time. Latest is our comfy new big couch.

This location is close to everything from restaurants to shopping, to Disney, Sea World, and Universal, and only a short distance to the beaches. There are two king sized beds and 1 queen, and a day bed with a trundle underneath, ( twin size) .

The pool area is protected by a screen and also a net to keep little ones safe. Please keep it up whenever there are little ones around. Do not ever leave smaller children unattended. There is an alert system that tells you when a door has been opened to protect all entrances and exits from kids getting out without your knowledge. Please pay close attention to those warning sounds.
We keep it extra clean- and there is no smoking allowed inside our house. We buy new pillows, rugs, bedding and towels often.
