Vegas spänning åtnjuts bäst i måttlighet. Denna ranch stil, öppen planlösning hem med härlig ut dörrutrymme är perfekt placerad (4 miles till zip foder vid Fremont Street Experience och 8 miles till fontänerna i Bellagio) för att ge en fantastisk natt och avkopplande dagar vid din privata pool. Jag har varit värd för guesst i över fyra år och älskar det verkligen. Jag bor precis nere på gatan om du behöver något. Om inte, låter jag dig njuta av allt detta hus har att erbjuda.

Great place to get away from the strip when you need a break, and bring the dogs or kids. Great back yard oasis and only 15 minutes from the strip. Owner lives next door and is very responsive. Well equipped home has all your needs covered. Our dogs loved it too!

Everything was excellent! Our host Doug went above and beyond!! It was our home away from home as soon as we walked thru the door. We will not hesitate choosing to stay in this house again! Definitely would give a 5 star rating!

Had an amazing time in Vegas! Doug the property owner was very kind, accommodating and responsive to any of our questions during our stay and even came over to clean the pool from debris when we arrived. The only downside was the cleanliness of the property. We had to clean light switches, remotes, cupholders in the furniture, etc, that were dirty/sticky. The outside area was the part that was most disappointing, as it was worn, stained, and not clean. The property location is perfect, as it is close to everything which made the trip very easy to plan activities. Would have been a gold star location if it was updated and sanitized properly. I would definitely stay at this property again, however, only if changes were made to the issues mentioned. Again, Doug was a fantastic host.

Las Vegas VRBO Home

Everything was fantastic, just as described. We had no surprises, which is unexpected when renting someone else's home. All bedrooms well furnished and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was new and modern wiith top of the line appliances, and fully stocked. The yard was huge, clean and inviting. The pool was fantastic, we used it everyday. Kids loved it and the many other activities outside, like full sand volleyball court, hot tub, lots of pool toys, corn hole, and plentiful seating options. Great new grill we used often. They even had new boxed food items, condiments, and cooking staples to use. Host was super friendly and available, and greeted us upon arrival, providing great information for local kids activities, and restaurant suggestions. All in all, perfect family vacation in the perfect home away from home.

Perfect Vacation Home

Everything was conveniently clean, stocked, and ready to go. Doug is an extraordinary host and great communicator. He will go out of his way to help with anything needed. The photos and reviews of this rental are accurate. I would not hesitate to rent this home again if I return in the future with a large enough group. Great location

This property is located in a convenient area of Las Vegas. Allowed for easy access to Fremont or the Strip. Comfortable home with a great backyard & pool. The home offered plenty of space for small or big groups. Would be happy to stay there again.

Family Thanksgiving

Doug's house was perfect for 5 adults. It was very clean and well stocked. We were able to prepare an entire Thanksgiving dinner. The hot tub was appreciated after long active day trips. Location is perfect, off The Strip in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to get to all venues. Doug is quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Best Girls Trip EVER!!!

Checking in was a breeze, and our stay was Awsome!!! Anyone looking to rent a house in Vegas should book this one! Close to Fremont and the strip but far enough away to enjoy the company you go with. Pool was amazing and the house and everything it came with was perfect! I’ll definitely book again!!! Thanks for the great stay and memories!!!

Boys Weekend Excellent Base Camp

I set up a guys weekend for my brother's 50th, and 6 of us stayed at the house. It was great! Everything worked, everything was as requested. Great location. Will book it again.

great house + great owner=great vacation

this house was perfect for our large family( mom dad and 5 kids from 12 to 22yrs). We literally ditched some of our plans just to hang out in the back yard! The owner is a total pro- very responsive. The only down side to the whole trip is that we didn't book the house for a longer time. WE WILL BE BACK!

Just perfect!

My family and I stayed at Doug's place during Christmas and had a great time. The place is clean, well-furnished, convenient to the strip and quiet. The backyard is gigantic and very well kept. The place was everything we were looking for. Also, the house is a short walk from a great recreation facility so it's perfect for kids and teens. They had basketball courts, tennis courts and two pristine playgrounds. It felt like everything we needed was within a 3 mile radius. Also, Doug was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Fantastic home with everything you need

Stayed here with 4 friends to attend a concert and relax for a few days. The home was very clean, looked just like the photos and had everything you need for a trip. We really appreciated the extra towels and supplies that were easily found on display in a hall closet. Having nice pool towels and a few pool floats was a nice touch. There were a ton of spices and extra food staples available in the pantry. Not needing to clean the home prior to leaving was such a nice touch. Doug the owner was very nice and helpful. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great Family house!

We really enjoyed our stay! This house was gorgeous, clean and well organized. There were alarm on the doors to alert us when our kids when out which was a nice touch. Super easy to turn off if need be. The pool was beautiful and the sand volleyball court was such a nice touch. Plenty of seating outside if you want to hang in the gazebo and just enjoy without getting in the pool. The house is super close to everything you may need, even some really cool restaurants if you want to eat off the strip. Our host was very accommodating and really nice. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommend if you want an amazing experience and fun memories!

Attention to detail!!

It was obvious from the get-go that Doug takes pride in preparation for his guests. The property was immaculate and provided for all essentials needed...and then some! Doug took time upon check-in to review a completed checklist and thoroughly explain the property. My wife and I are gracious for the hospitality shown throughout. The property is a great location. Minutes away from various spots for shopping, exercise, and entertainment. It's a short 10 minute drive downtown and 15 minutes to the strip. We definitely will be returning in the future! Thank you Doug!

I don't know if I have the words to express how easy and comfortable our stay was at Casa de Baygo with Doug. First of all, he is such a nice person and very attentive! He wanted to meet us at check-in and say goodbye at check-out. Unfortunately, our flight schedules were not conducive to this, but we met him on day #2 and instantly felt at ease with his presence...he lives next door to the property! Our teenage kids had a GREAT time playing volleyball, lounging in the spa, and swimming in the pool. Our beds and pillows were very comfortable and the house is stocked with EVERYTHING one could possibly need or want to feel at home. The house is well appointed, clean, and in a central location but not too close to the strip, so we were able to recharge after busy days on hikes, exploring the city, and generally having family fun in Las Vegas. Thank you for your hospitality, Doug! We will recommend your house to anyone traveling to the area and will definitely be back for a ladies only trip next year!

Clean, great location, terrific amenities and more personal than a strip hotel.

Douglas, your place is everything and more than what the photos depict. For the past 5 years while our daughter was at UNLV we have stayed at the Wynn, Bellagio, Aria, and the Venetian. We usually stay in suites with attached rooms. While your place does not have the "glitz" or the proximity to walking to the casino it has the home feel, comfort, and cleanliness of a home that someone cares about and maintains. Takes about 15 mins. to get to the strip yet once you get here your idea of entertainment changes to maybe we will stay home tonight, relax, take a swim, listen to music, cookout, or just hot tub and go to bed early to gear up for a night out in Vegas the next night. What a great, charming place you have Douglas, and even with Douglas out of town his staff was very attentive to our needs. We will be back again. Thank you. Jerry

Heaven in a Hell of a Weather…

This was a last minute planned summer vacation with the whole family before my teens goes off to college. And whoa, were we glad we booked Doug’s Casa de Baygo!!! We were dreading the hot weather in August in Vegas, but after seeing this oasis backyard…fuhgeddaboudit!!! This was a perfect family retreat….with kids and dogs!!! We were just drawn to this backyard everyday…starting with our morning coffee, swimming day and night, and wow a volleyball court!!! A huge plus for us since we play the sport. It definitely made this house stand out from the other places we looked at. And of course, I have to mention the property owner, Doug. He was so accommodating and approachable. He just thought about everything what guests may need…very well equipped from amenities, kitchenware, toiletries, etc. (and a Flat iron! Haha…that’s a first for us in Vrbo…even my daughter had to mention it to me coz we brought our own). After a week from coming back from this trip, we’re still reminiscing about this place. The location was prime…close enough to the Strip for my in-laws, restaurants for my foodie teens and a spacious backyard for my dogs. Everyone’s content and happy!!! We would love to come back to Casa de Baygo and we highly recommend staying here…

This was by far the best place we've stayed in Las Vegas away from the Strip. The home is spacious, pet-friendly, and features a large common area and bedroom—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the outdoor spaces. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials for light cooking and BBQs, which made meal prep easy and enjoyable. We especially loved spending our evenings in the clean, inviting yard and pool area. The owner lives nearby, which made check-in and checkout smooth and hassle-free. We’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

I am a displaced mid-western farm boy. After living in San Francisco for 8 years, I moved to Vegas to slow down a bit and bought this house. I did a lot of remodeling and updating...including 100% desert landscaping and solar pool heating. When I outgrew the space I just couldn't part with the house and started vacation renting it in June of 2014. I didn't like the level of service the management company was providing so I took it back and am now managing it myself. I still live in this awesome neighborhood in the house next door.

I look forward to meeting my guests. I do my best to meet you at check in, say thank you person and give you a tour. I now have several return guests who find my hospitality, comforts and location unbeatable.

I am a licensed real estate broker/salesperson in the state of Nevada. If you happen to be thinking about relocating, I'd be happy to help you find the perfect home in Las Vegas.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I call it easy living. I've updated all of the appliances, took down a wall to open the space up and made great improvements in the back yard. The orange turf is actually the same turf used when the Wynn opened to advertise Avenue Q! It's fun and a great way to conserve our precious water in the desert.

My house was always the social house. My friends found it very easy to get to from all over the valley. Fremont street is 4.1 miles and I can get to Caesar's Palace in about 15 minutes...I'll share the back street tricks to save you a bunch of time.
