Det finns inte många platser som detta hem som är mindre än en 10 minuters promenad till stranden, har en pool och vid en sjö. Vi har kajaker, spel och aktiviteter för alla åldrar och allt du behöver för att göra detta till en minnesvärd semester. Vi kommer att tillhandahålla kylare, strandstolar, boogiebrädor och mer. Vi har ett solrum med utsikt över poolen med en våt bar och ett arkadspel med 60 av old school-spelen (Ms. Pac Man, Frogger, Battleship bland andra). Detta hem har en master svit med en king size-säng, ett annat sovrum med två drottning sängar och ett med fulla våningssängar och en rulla. Detta hem har totalt fem TV-apparater med en 70-tv i vardagsrummet och 50-TV i master-sviten. Vårt kök ombyggdes i Janaury 2015 och har apparater av kommersiell kvalitet.

We had a fantastic stay at this home and would recommend to anyone planning a trip to the area. Would book again on our next trip down in a heartbeat Everything was well stocked and had everything you need on site. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with the grill, pool and fire pit.

Fantastic

Mike was a fantastic host that answered any questions at any time. The house had everything we needed very spacious and clean. We spent more time at the house than intended due to the fact that we had everything there. I would recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful Spring Break

This house is amazing and met all of our needs for a fun, relaxing spring break. The location is perfect and is a short drive to restaurants and stores. We swam in the pool often, walked our dogs to the beach everyday, ran the quiet streets, biked everywhere, watched movies and had fantastic quality family time at this beautiful home. The house is located in such a nice neighborhood and we all slept so soundly every night. We loved being able to do laundry each day, sipping coffee in the all season area and we enjoyed staying in a couple of nights to cook in the gourmet kitchen and outdoor kitchen area. Mike was so informative, helpful and responsive for any and all needs. This house is absolutely perfect and our whole family has said they only want to stay here going forward for any other future HHI visits.

Great House not far from Beach

House is exactly as picture. We had the pool heated for our stay in November, which was great. Everything you need is in the house and it is very comfortable. Owner was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Great family vacation

Delightful Stay

We vacationed as a family of 6 with teens during TS Debby. It was our 4th visit to Palmetto Dunes, and we couldn’t more highly recommend the lovely home and its owners. The home is clean and comfortable, and the owner did a fantastic job of communicating and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely book again.

This house was great! It was a short walk to the beach and there was plenty of beach stuff. The pool area was great and we hung out there every night. It was very quiet at this location. Would definitely recommend this place. The host was great and reach out to make sure everything was okay

Little slice of paradise

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood! Backyard has an amazing view over a pond with a great pool. The owner had excellent communication. Would stay again for sure!

Fantastic property

Everything about the property was as listed and in very good condition. Mike was very communicative both prior to and during our stay. We loved spending the late nights in the sunroom which shielded our voices from the toddler. Highly recommend staying here.

We had the best time at this house and on the island! The house was even better than the listing shows and exceeded our expectations. We traveled with a 6 month old and 5 adults and everything was perfect and easily accessible. Communication with the owner was quick, easy, and helpful. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Family Vacation

We loved our stay in Hilton Head. This property was exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the birds, turtles and alligators in the pond. It was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing and the house was a home away from home.

Great place and wonderful host. Backyard is truly an oasis. Set up perfectly for families. They thought of just about all the details. Mike was very accessible the several times we reached out to him. We would certainly book again.

Perfect!

Wonderful house in a great location! Perfect size for our family of 6. The kids really enjoyed the pool and deck. The house is an easy 5 minute bike ride to the beach. As a bonus, the house is stocked with all of the extras you will need for a fun week! Mike was great about communicating with us!

Beautiful and serene!!

Very clean and well maintained!! Owners very easy to communicate with. Several areas inside and out to accommodate our family. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants, but not overcrowded. Definitely would go again.

Relaxing and peaceful stay

Wonderful home, right on the lagoon with a lovely pool area. Has everything you need and plenty of space…plus Palmetto Dunes offers great amenities and is an ideal central location to access the rest of the Island. Mike’s place is a can’t miss - and he’s awesome and super easy to deal with! Book and enjoy. :)

Great place to stay

The house is as nice as advertised. Clean and inviting, like new inside. Nice beds and furniture. Great spot on the island. Easy walk to the beach and walkable to grocery and shopping by bike path. Nice selection of beach gear (chairs etc) available for use. Our group especially enjoyed the video game table on the sun porch and spikeball (game carried from the house along with chairs by pull able beach wagon) on the dog friendly beach. Would stay again, highly recommend.

Wonderful vacation

Perfect size for our family. We loved the view of the lagoon. The house is well stocked and we enjoyed grilling dinner out. Pool was added benefit. Easy bike ride to beach access. Owner has great communication. Highly recommend this property.

Sweet Fall Break!

Beautiful Palmetto Dunes home on the lagoon with all the amenities we could have needed or wanted. This home definitely checked all the boxes! Some highlights...very well stocked kitchen, many games with an arcade game table, lots of towels were provided, outdoor kitchen with bar, beautiful pool area, the pool was nicely heated for a couple of cool October days, quite neighborhood and many things we needed for the beach which is only about an 8 minute bike ride. Mike was an excellent host, checking in several times before we arrived with information and a couple of times during our stay to make sure our expectations were met. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Felt Like Home Right Away

I can't say enough good things about this property! The house is located beside a lagoon in the peaceful community of Palmetto Dunes. The beautiful, quiet beach is a 10 minute walk away, and the owners of the house have supplied chairs, umbrellas, and canvas wagons to make the short trek there easy and comfortable. When the tide is out, the shallow tidal pools are heavenly for children (and adults!) to splash around in. The house itself is outfitted with everything you need for an enjoyable stay -- there's even a stroller and a high chair! We loved the pool and patio for long, lazy afternoons. The owner was very responsive to any queries we had. The house felt very much home, and we are planning to return next year. Thanks for a great stay, Mike!

We started vacationing here 20 years ago and fell in love with the small-town feel; we ride bikes to the general store and Shelter Cove. Countless restaurants, pubs, and golf courses keep us busy but quiet nights on the porch are just as fun. We can't wait to retire in the beautiful place that keeps us young and suits our laid-back, outdoorsy lifestyle.

After owning a condo in Port Royal Village for the past 10 years, 17 Full Sweep was a natural, wonderful upgrade to our Hilton Head vacation property. Large enough to house a few families but still small enough to feel cozy, we love that we can relax in the family room or have game night in the screened in porch. This property allows us to lounge poolside or play many of our outdoor games for all ages. We take pride in our home & can't wait for you to enjoy it!
