Detta hem har verkligen allt med ett konditionsträning i hemmet, ett spelrum och tillgång till kajaker.

När du kommer in i hemmet hälsas du med ett nautiskt tema vardagsrum och en matplats med plats för 6. Det fullt utrustade köket erbjuder bänkskivor i granit, uppdaterat golv och en frukostkrok med utsikt över poolen. Det andra vardagsrummet, som ligger utanför köket, har utsikt över pooldäcket som visar en fantastisk utsikt över lagunen och har en webbgrill perfekt för en utomhusgrill. Poolen erbjuder gratis poolvärme från mars till maj och september till november.

De tre första sovrummen ligger i huvuddelen av huset, nära matplatsen och vardagsrummen. Det första sovrummet har en king size-säng med privat badrum, det andra erbjuder en queen size-säng och det tredje har två enkelsängar. Både det andra sovrummet och det tredje delar ett badrum i korridoren.

På den andra sidan av hemmet finns gymmet, spelrummet, ett mycket privat drottning på andra våningen med badrum och ett loft med sittgrupp med utsikt över lagunen vilket gör huset perfekt för flera familjer.

Family holiday gathering

The house was very nice. Because of the time of year we weren’t able to enjoy the pool but small dock at the back of the house was a great place to relax. The only suggestion was to improve the cookware. We ate all our meals in and the pots and pans could use some updatingBut overall a great stay.

Property Review

Start to vacation was horrible as wrong number given for entry to property. Had driven from Ohio and unable to get into property. No closet in upstairs bedroom. Had to call management for repairs. Response was very timely and very friendly people, but one towel rack broke again after they left. No handrail for use in getting out of pool, and for senior adults, that makes it difficult and one person fell and injured themselves. The outdoors was overall wonderful and we spent a lot of time there.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The house offers lots of space. We are a multigenerational family. 4 generations! The kids loved the pool. The men enjoyed kayaking in the lagoon. This is our second time staying here and we love it! It has bicycles, kayaks, the kitchen is well stocked, there are beach towels and a few pool toys. The game room has ping pong table but there is no Television in there which would have been nice for the kids. Overall we loved the house! It was great!

Hilton Head 2024

The house was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of room to spread out. We loved the game room and the great room with the multiple windows and water views. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. The pool furniture was comfortable. All in all the house made for a great vacation for our family and friends.

Great week

We had a great time at this house. Had 8 of us and each couple had a room. Lots of spacing around the house. Pool was great. Hard to walk to the beach if you have coolers or games and chairs. We did have a plumbing issue with our last day and they responded quickly but unable to fix. We were still able to use most toilets though.

Wonderful family vacation

We absolutely loved the house from the moment we walked in…it was beautifully clean and well supplied…the pool people and yard people were there during the week so everything was blown and cleaned…the configuration was perfect for us as there was a mother-in-law suite and three bedrooms in another wing that worked great for my daughter, son-in-law and three grandsons

Beautiful home, spaces to be together or have some quiet time. Kitchen had plenty of the basics for cooking and eating. Plenty of beach towels for the pool and beach. The pool is well maintained. Several bikes in the garage though maintenance looks spotty. We used one and rented the rest. This home was a great place to stay and would rent it again!

Loved it!

House was well cleaned when we arrived. Owners had grill perfectly cleaned and extra can of propane. Loved the game room and appreciated use of the bikes as well. We had two babies with us and the layout of the house was perfect to allow them to have a quiet place to rest while adults could stay up late without worrying about waking the kids. We had wifi issues but property manager had cable company out on Monday to check it out. Finally AC worked great…and in a lot of these homes it doesn’t. We will stay there again if it’s available.

Great house for a big family!

This house was very cool! Tons of space for 2 families of 4. The kids loved the game room. The pool has a heater which was a bonus because the weather was a little cooler than we expected. The owners of this house have done a great job of making sure that you have everything for the beach. Sand toys, towels, bikes, chairs.. we will definitely stay here again.

A summer week with no AC in main living area!

First off the house was gorgeous and clean and the owner of the house was very kind and I would stay again if I was in the area. If I based my review on that I would have given a 5 star rating. The reason for the 2 stars is after spending multiple thousands of dollars for a much looked forward to vacation the AC in the main living area only worked for about 18 hours the entire week we were there. the thermostat registered 85 degrees in the early afternoons. Thankfully the AC in the bedroom areas worked. The second time I called management (first time I was not called back) I was told the Ac had been checked on Saturday and everything was okay despite me telling her it was not working and was 85 degrees in the main living area. A repairman came out a day later and patched it and that lasted less than a day. We were finally told the owner had plans to replace the unit the week we were there, hoping each day was the day the new unit would be installed, we hung on and just stayed in the pool We were also told we could be moved to another property and after 3 days we asked to be moved to another property only to be told nothing was available. When I mentioned checking out and getting a refund for the four remaining days the property manager agreed to a refund of the rent only and agreed to $50 for the inconvenience of not having AC for 3 days. Wow! Because we would have lost money and it would have been hard to find another place for 10 people we stayed till Saturday, either in the pool, at the beach our bedrooms or shopping. The promised new AC never arrived while we were there. I feel the manager knew about the AC problem from discrepancies in her stories before we checked in and should have found us other accommodations. The owner of the house did call us with a heartfelt apology, which was much appreciated

First trip to Hilton Head

This was our first experience in Hilton Head the overall process of booking was easy and simple. The property itself was located inside a fabulous resort with everything one would need. The house was extremely clean and provided a great place to relax and enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer! Definitely will come again!

Great stay

Spacious home, amazing layout. The neighborhood is awesome, sidewalks, lots of people biking close to everything. About a mile walk or bike ride to the beach and the home has bikes. Would stay again.

Can’t be perfect

Everything is wonderful except the indoor pool. It got too much dried leaves and the pool lights do not work during night time. However, we had a great trip at Hilton Head. We love the life style there. We will be back there soon.

Great House and Location

Lots of space and light. Beautiful and quiet property that is very well furnished. Kitchen has everything you will need. Lots of nature to enjoy, had deer visit in the mornings, and the boys loved fishing off the dock.
