Detta hem med 4 sovrum erbjuder underbar utsikt över lagunen med en privat fiskehamn och nyligen uppdaterade möbler och golv! Detta hem har verkligen allt med ett konditionsträning i hemmet, ett spelrum och tillgång till kajaker.

När du kommer in i hemmet hälsas du med ett nautiskt tema vardagsrum och en matplats med plats för 6. Det fullt utrustade köket erbjuder bänkskivor i granit, uppdaterat golv och en frukostkrok med utsikt över poolen. Det andra vardagsrummet, som ligger utanför köket, har utsikt över pooldäcket som visar en fantastisk utsikt över lagunen och har en webbgrill perfekt för en utomhusgrill. Poolen erbjuder gratis poolvärme från mars till maj och september till november.

De tre första sovrummen ligger i huvuddelen av huset, nära matplatsen och vardagsrummen. Det första sovrummet har en king size-säng med privat badrum, det andra erbjuder en queen size-säng och det tredje har två enkelsängar. Både det andra sovrummet och det tredje delar ett badrum i korridoren.

På den andra sidan av hemmet finns gymmet, spelrummet, ett mycket privat drottning på andra våningen med badrum och ett loft med sittgrupp med utsikt över lagunen vilket gör huset perfekt för flera familjer.

Huset har tre separata värme- / kylzoner med separata termostater så att alla kan vara bekväma. Det finns också golfklubbar, tennisracketar och fiskestänger för gästbruk.

Excellent Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation! We traveled with my sisters for a week at the beach. The layout was prefect, the kitchen was well stocked, and the availability of beach toys, pool towels, bikes, sporting equipment, etc...was a welcomed bonus. We enjoyed it so much that we have already started making plans to stay in this home again. Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful week in our favorite location!! House was very well stocked, large and spacious. We loved seeing the deer walk through the back yard when we were out at the pool. Only saw the “ friendly” visitor in the lagoon once. The bikes with the house were a nice addition and in great condition. Overall great trip!

July 25 Stay

We just finished spending a week at this lovely home in Palmetto Dunes Resort. The house has a unique but functional layout that suited our 8 adults and 2 babies perfectly. The pool was very nice with plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill. The dock to the lagoon made for such a beautiful backyard view! We enjoyed kayaking every evening. The house is well stocked with beach towels, pool & beach items, and bicycles for the short ride to the beach. We most loved the game room with the MIL quarters above it. We played ping pong pretty much every evening. Literally, the only thing that needs an upgrade would be the cookware - it was not horrible just could use a few new pots and pans. We enjoyed many local restaurants and also tried out Big Jim's within the resort at the RTJ Golf Course. Overall, it was a lovely vacation. We will definitely stay in this home again.

Family holiday gathering

The house was very nice. Because of the time of year we weren’t able to enjoy the pool but small dock at the back of the house was a great place to relax. The only suggestion was to improve the cookware. We ate all our meals in and the pots and pans could use some updatingBut overall a great stay.

Wonderful family vacation

We absolutely loved the house from the moment we walked in…it was beautifully clean and well supplied…the pool people and yard people were there during the week so everything was blown and cleaned…the configuration was perfect for us as there was a mother-in-law suite and three bedrooms in another wing that worked great for my daughter, son-in-law and three grandsons

Hilton Head 2024

The house was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of room to spread out. We loved the game room and the great room with the multiple windows and water views. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. The pool furniture was comfortable. All in all the house made for a great vacation for our family and friends.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The house offers lots of space. We are a multigenerational family. 4 generations! The kids loved the pool. The men enjoyed kayaking in the lagoon. This is our second time staying here and we love it! It has bicycles, kayaks, the kitchen is well stocked, there are beach towels and a few pool toys. The game room has ping pong table but there is no Television in there which would have been nice for the kids. Overall we loved the house! It was great!

40 Starboard Tack

Beautiful home, spaces to be together or have some quiet time. Kitchen had plenty of the basics for cooking and eating. Plenty of beach towels for the pool and beach. The pool is well maintained. Several bikes in the garage though maintenance looks spotty. We used one and rented the rest. This home was a great place to stay and would rent it again!

Great week

We had a great time at this house. Had 8 of us and each couple had a room. Lots of spacing around the house. Pool was great. Hard to walk to the beach if you have coolers or games and chairs. We did have a plumbing issue with our last day and they responded quickly but unable to fix. We were still able to use most toilets though.

Great house for a big family!

This house was very cool! Tons of space for 2 families of 4. The kids loved the game room. The pool has a heater which was a bonus because the weather was a little cooler than we expected. The owners of this house have done a great job of making sure that you have everything for the beach. Sand toys, towels, bikes, chairs.. we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing huge home

This house is really big and has a fantastic heated pool (you have to pay to have it heated but worth every penny), kayaks, and bikes. A short bike ride to the beach where is was not crowded. The biking in the neighborhood is fantastic. The house was very clean and had tons of beach towels. We will definitely be back!

Loved it!

House was well cleaned when we arrived. Owners had grill perfectly cleaned and extra can of propane. Loved the game room and appreciated use of the bikes as well. We had two babies with us and the layout of the house was perfect to allow them to have a quiet place to rest while adults could stay up late without worrying about waking the kids. We had wifi issues but property manager had cable company out on Monday to check it out. Finally AC worked great…and in a lot of these homes it doesn’t. We will stay there again if it’s available.

Misleading

Pool unclean, pool heater broken. Dishwasher broken, toilet upstairs broken. Had to call maintenance to repair toilet seat in one of the bathrooms, towel holders were falling down in all the bathrooms. I would not stay at this property again or ever work with Vacasa for a property rental again.

Zero communication led to disappointment

We never received answers to any of our questions about the rental. Customer service was nonexistent. Arrived to check in and the house was 91 degrees—took overnight to cool to a comfortable temperature and we had small kids with us. Couldn’t use the pool after dark because the lighting didn’t work. Couldn’t use the grill because there were THREE empty propane tanks at the house and we couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Kitchen was not well stocked, house wasn’t super clean, and again, the lack of communication was simply unacceptable. Went kayaking and fell overboard because the boards in the dock are rotted. Also brought our own kayaks (thankfully, because the ones provided were molded and disgusting). Ping pong paddles were in bad shape and shuffleboard table had no sand, so we couldn’t use it. We had several questions a week before our reservation and no one ever responded to any of them. Definitely would not recommend this place.
