Gourmetkök komplett med flera ugnar, vinkyl, frukostbar och gott om skåp / diskbänk. Sovrum med skjutbara glasdörrar som öppnar sig till det täckta däck, privat badrum med dubbla handfat och överdimensionerad dusch plus stor garderob. 2: a och 3: e sovrummen båda med dubbla handfat i baden. Beautiful oceanfront home with gorgeous views of the ocean. Quick walk to the beach. Was nice all the bedrooms have their own bathroom. Appreciated the start up supplies and beach towels. The house had everything we needed and we had a great week. We took one day and went to Magic Kingdom. Is not a bad drive. Also walked to a couple of restaurants (Coconuts on the beach and Luna). Both were great. Thanks for sharing your home.

I think it would be a lot nicer if you had a wooden walkway all the way down to the beach. I am a senior citizen and that walk was difficult

Spring Break

We come to Cocoa Beach every year and couldn’t have picked a better place to enjoy Spring break. The best place we’ve stayed at Cocoa Beach so far. Will be tough to beat this one.

Cocoa beach

Perfect location at Cocoa beach, walk to most everything you need. Cannot beat the ocean front in back yard! Beach was wonderful. Prompt communication with host throughout booking and stay. House has some wear compared to pictures but is stocked very well in kitchen and outdoor beach supplies. Loved that each bedroom had own bathroom! Would stay again for location and beach access.

Great stay

We loved staying in this house for spring break. The house was very clean, spacious, and well stocked. We had everything we needed for the beach and the short walk out to the water was perfect. The coffee shops and restaurants were all within walking distance. We would love to stay here again.

The house is within walking distance to Coconuts, a coffee shop, and the beach is right outside. It’s the perfect location and a very cute house!

Great Location

We had four adults and two kids for our stay. The house was perfect for our group. The location couldn't have been better. Close to restaurants and town. We will keep this on our list of places to go!

Great place

Overall very nice stay. Easy check-in and check-out process. The information was provided on time before check-in and was simple to follow The house was stocked with all the items needed to enjoy the beach. The location is absolutely great. We'll definitely be staying at this house again in the future.

Awesome house and location

Came for a short weekend getaway with some friends. House was perfect, everything was super clean, the beach was awesome. Everything you could want or need is within walking distance. Great location!

Family Fun

The house was great and located in a perfect place. All of the beach items we needed were at the house for the youngsters to play with. Also had beach chairs. Location of the house was handy for everything in town.

Great stay at a beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It is beautiful. Big windows which face the beach allows you to take in the sunrise every morning. The beach was almost private, we barely shared it except for the neighbors we had. Got to watch a SpaceX rocket lift off right from the beach. It was a great vacation. Loved the stay!
